In my opinion, this is a good hotel, considering that I visited two other nearby hotels, the Port River was clearly better! Yes, the animation is monotonous, but I haven't seen much more fun anywhere, maybe because I didn't really watch it (I was in Marmaris and Bodrum in Turkey) The hotel is still suitable for couples and with children over 3 years old, children have to eat only in the morning - sweet milk porridges (semolina, rice), delicious local yoghurts, boiled vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) from meat for children there is a turkey, well, chicken nuggets and fries)), on that's all, nothing for children under 2 years old. And so the hotel is clean, 4 elevators, different rooms (there are small ones for two - economy, and large ones), everything seemed to be working properly in the rooms! We cleaned every day, soap, shampoos, shower gel and body lotion were always replenished. By the way, they settled quickly, at the entrance there are sodas, three beers, juices and water in the mini-bar, then only water and juices are replenished. You need to walk to the beach, because there are delicious snacks, kebabs, and a lot of vegetables, plus there is always a bar. By the way, there are changing rooms and a shower with fresh water. There are many places to sit with the company in the hotel and a variety of interiors, 3 bars (lobby up to 12, near the pool he worked with us until 4 in the morning, and in the restaurant when it is open). Of the entertainment, there are 6 slides on the pool, an evening disco under the balconies that look at the pool (poor tenants from these rooms), there is a nightclub (which never has anyone, but we were there and there is a bar, too, by the way;)) that's ALL) we went to the city - interesting , the embankment is beautiful, from the Side clubs, I liked Karma. I recommend it mostly to married couples, others in general will find the city of Side boring.

We had a vacation with my husband and child for 12 years. The food is very tasty and varied. They asked for a second card for the child - they gave it without any problems. The Wi-Fi didn't work very well, intermittently, but it caught even on the beach. The sea was clear.. Only once some foam was nailed, perhaps they were washing the ship somewhere ((( The contingent was different somewhere 50-50 (Russians / foreigners) Of the disadvantages is weak animation. The animators tried their best. Funny, sporty. But there was nothing to do in the evening. Especially for children from the age of 10. Everyone was on their phones. I will recommend it to my friends for a relaxing family vacation.

A very good hotel. I stopped at this hotel on May 8, 2019 for 10 days I had a lot of fun. I had a room with a sea view. The room had all the rules and regulations. The buffet was also very large and there were a LOT of dishes for children and adults. All my favorite dishes were, on May 13 there was a fish day. crabs, large shrimps and rolls (but dry) in the lobby bar, ALL the drinks were very tasty but there were only 2 non-alcoholic cocktails, except for cocktails there was a Fanta cola Sprite, etc. but there is 1 minus the pool there was 1.40cm who dives with a pike can leave teeth I'm serious (really) be careful!!! Ice cream, a burger, and French fries are also distributed around the pool. About the mini bar in the room there was also Fanta, cola, water and juice, it was only on the first day and the rest of the days were replenished only with water and juice (without lemonade) the water is very tasty, I advise everyone!!! Water can be taken at will near the pool in the refrigerator. I really liked the hotel and was impressed 👍👍👍 the beach is 5 minutes away by a quick walk and the usual 3 minutes is no more. The hotel has its own beach there, too, everything is included 👍 a burning ticket at that time cost 72,500 rubles. And I was very impressed and pleased with the hotel. I'll give you 5* points

Everything is fine, everything is fine, but in 10 days it can already get boring. The hotel is located a little away from civilization, but you can take a minibus to Side or manavgat. The alcohol is good, the food is good too. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea or wait for the bus for 30 minutes. There is a lot of space on the beach, you can find a free sunbed. With children under 3-4 years old, you can safely go. Young people will be bored.

The hotel has many shops and souvenir shops, bags, clothes, jewelry and basic necessities. One minus is not where to walk, near Lake Titroengel, 500m, but in the evening there is nothing to do, it is dark, and in the afternoon you can feed the ducks. The nearest town is Manavgat, 20 minutes by dolmush. It's the same distance to Side. I recommend this hotel.

We were also not very lucky with the room, our balcony overlooked the pool and until 12 at night we could arrange a disco without leaving the room. Half an hour later, she told me again about twenty minutes later, at about 2 o'clock, although the time was 12.30 at that time. The room is bright, clean. Drinks in the fridge, safe. We did not use the air conditioner, the nights in November are cool. We slept with an open balcony, the room was right above the dome of the main entrance, on the 3rd floor. Upon exiting the room, there is a great view of the transparent elevator. We had a great wifi in our room. I specially chose a hotel with an indoor heated pool, so, nothing like that, the water is cold, of course a little warmer than in an outdoor pool, but without heating for sure. It was important to me, because it gets colder every day in November. The dishes in the restaurant were pleased with the variety and deliciousness. In general, everything is fine

The hotel is well short of 5. But I understood this, I knew that for this money I would not get 5 stars. On the plus side: we did not go hungry - the food was quite tasty, bottles of drinking water in unlimited quantities, friendly friendly staff ready to help with all questions, a good hammam. Also, for vacationers who do not speak foreign languages very well, one of the advantages will be that most of the staff (except cleaners, cooks and waiters) speak Russian. Of the cons: one card per room (no matter how many people live there), wi-fi works fine only closer to night (during the day - if you're sooo lucky), entrance to the sea (huge stones, coming off which, you immediately get to a decent depth. It will be scary for the kids).
For me, the contingent was also a small disadvantage: almost all Russians were drunk as if they were out of their minds. At least they didn't get violent. There are a lot of "smart" men with finger-thick chains, hands in rings. There were many girls who did not understand that they had come to a Muslim country - war paint, all for show. The most annoying thing is that all our compatriots are very often judged by such people.
Otherwise, there are certainly more positive impressions than unpleasant ones.

I do not recommend this hotel for families with children. Upon arrival, the staff meets at the reception, escorts to the room, and asks for a tip., we gave 300 rubles, to which the answer was: Not enough! I fell behind with difficulty, I didn't want to leave our room. There is a lot of food, but there is nothing to eat. Mediocre food quality. Powdered fruit juices, such as invite, yuppie. Of the fruits, more or less grapes, plums, watermelon. There is a lot of bottled clean water, of poor quality. The rooms are cleaned superficially, for show. Children's playroom, one name:It's dirty, there are practically no toys. It's a bit difficult to walk to the sea in the heat, although the hotel positions itself as the first line to the beach! In the evenings, the entertainment program is just trash. The presenter is yelling, probably he doesn't even understand what he is saying. He tries to speak both Russian and English. It is impossible to listen. The music is very loud, it is impossible to sleep at night, as the room overlooked the side where the entertainment program was held. This holiday was a real challenge for us. The whole family was poisoned, with a high fever. I was waiting for the rest to end as soon as possible, counting the days when we would fly back. The rest was bought for 7 days. The food was disgusting to look at.

The inconvenient location of the sauna and the pool, in order to get from one room to another, you have to walk wet along the common corridor. There is little space in the locker room and shower, most of the locker locks are broken, the light in the shower is on intermittently only in one stall, the light in the other either does not work or is constantly flashing. There is a feeling of filthiness.
There was no restaurant scheduled once a week.
The beach is not cleaned out of season.

But the smell of the toilet is all over the floor, the rooms are poorly cleaned. They don't wipe the floors, and neither does the table. Only towels are changed and shampoo is put in. In short, anyone who wants to try this nonsense personally on themselves is welcome, but there is not a foot in Manavgat anymore, the desert, there is nothing nearby except hotels... We stayed at the hotel in September for 10 days. There was a cozy and clean triple room on the second floor. But my girls couldn't sleep at night, because there was a night disco under us, and a closed door didn't save them, there was no sound insulation. The staff is helpful, I especially want to thank Ilona, the most responsive employee in the hotel. She always helped and prompted me in any difficulties . The food was delicious and a lot. It's just a pity that the cheese and sausage are inedible, but there were many other goodies, so you can't be hungry with all your desire. I really liked the design of the hotel, everything is beautiful, but the territory is not big, there is nowhere to go for a walk. We walked only to the beach. The beach is normal. The sea is clear. There were enough sun beds for us because we came early in the morning and after lunch we also had free sun beds. In the beach bar, we ate only a couple of times all the same as in the restaurant, only a slightly smaller assortment. I really liked the beer, but there was nothing for the beer. I advised my friends who went after to take fish with them to beer, which they did, which they thanked later. We went to Manavgat and Side by regular bus for 3.5 lira, you can also get to Manavgat by municipal boat for free with a visit to the museum (also free). In general, the rest was a success. I was very worried that I would not like it, for the first time in Turkey. The aftertaste is excellent.

Please read the review to the end, there is a lot of important information at the end. (I must say, I have rested a lot, usually 2-4 times a year). And so, everything in order, I'll start with the main advantages of the hotel. The check-in was quick, we arrived at the hotel in the morning, about 10 o'clock, we checked in instantly. The rooms are ordinary, not particularly shabby, we met a couple, they are for an additional fee.for a fee of $ 30, we checked into a two-storey room on the roof, with a steep view on a large balcony. The food is good, of course the choice is not particularly great, but everything is delicious, almost all the dishes that are offered are cooked really not bad, edible. Every day they give ice cream, not just in balls, but as a store-bought package, to choose from, you want ice, you want popsicles, etc. A very tasty barbecue is given on the beach, with onions, everything is as it should be, as everyone is used to cooking at their country house. The fruits are not very sweet, the choice is also scarce. There is a hammam, sauna, etc., where there are changing rooms, showers, etc. everything is at a good level and free of charge. The hotel is relatively fresh, renovated and the territory, however, which is practically non-existent, is in good condition. Well, it seems that everything is finished with the main advantages of the hotel, I will not write about other points that are in almost all such hotels. I will now write down the disadvantages that left a negative about the hotel. And so, the service is very poor, there is no service, the staff is very arrogant, all attention is paid only to Turks and foreigners who rest there, serve out of turn, and so on. Today, the bartender is in a normal mood, he will give you 2-4 glasses in one hand, he will give you a bad one, or what you ask to pour, he will say no or "I don't understand" their popular phrase, the bar is declared around the clock, they sat several times, the company, at night they refuse to pour at all, they can specifically close the bar so that people disperse, with the food is all the same, where they give burgers at night, they gave it to foreigners in front of us, they refused us. Tips don't really help, and after such an attitude, you don't really want to give them. There is also no special animation, yes it is, but every day it is the same, the music is the same all the rest, which is on animation, nothing new, animators offer mainly paid services, bingo and a disco in Side, although there is one in the basement, which is not even talked about, I have met people who only on 4-5 days we learned about her. The evening one is the same, people watch it for 30-40 minutes, and disperse, because there is nothing to look at. After 11 a.m., the hotel is mostly quiet. The hotel is positioned semi-family, semi-youth. There is absolutely nothing for young people to do in this hotel, I do not recommend even considering it. This hotel is even more retired than a family hotel. It's good that the girl and I are sociable guys, we found company for ourselves, with whom we spent our holidays and entertained ourselves. We had a jbl speaker with us, in the evening it was forbidden to listen to it everywhere, although at that time there was animation and music playing for the whole hotel, and we can't listen to them. I wrote above about the room on the roof, that's where we found a way out where we could sit with a normal company + went to the beach to sit. There was another situation, we were sitting in the 4th men on the pool, near the bar. The time was about 2 p.m., we had music playing in the column, they started coming up to us and telling us to turn it off, there was no answer to the question why, we did not turn it off, as a result, the manager ordered the bartender not to pour us any more. There was a quarrel between us and the managers, some general manager came, allowed us to listen to music and pour for the bartender, but apparently the managers who forbade it were offended by this, before dinner when we went to the lobby bar, we were already sitting without music, when we went to the bar, the managers forbade us to pour already in the lobby-they started talking at the bar and started talking at us, in general, a conflict situation turned out, the managers started calling someone, talking for a long time, as a result, the alleged owner came, his name was Yakup Suzer Chairman, but this is only allegedly, along with security and other people came up, as a result we were taken out of the hotel like dogs, behind the barrier It was as if we came to the hotel uninvited, without explaining anything, shouting at us very strongly, in Turkish, then we were told to wait for someone and not leave, in general, as a result, 2 guys had to fly home in the morning, they were evicted from the hotel. Then these managers would come up to me and say you're next. I have not seen such an attitude anywhere, we did not violate anything criminal and behaved more than adequately, the time was not at night, especially. To all the questions, what and why, there is one answer, I do not understand. In general, those who fly to rest for the 1st time may not even notice it, but those who already have experience, I strongly advise against the hotel, all the pros are instantly overlapped with the cons, a very boorish attitude towards Russian tourists, yes, it happens bad in other hotels, but not so much and this opinion has developed not only with us and most of the people you met during your vacation.

Nice hotel. There is a lot of food, varied and delicious. The sea is 5 minutes on foot and less than a minute by bus. Bus every 30 minutes. There are enough sun beds at sea, the bottom is sand + small pebbles, it goes away quite abruptly (2 meters from the shore up to the neck).
