We rested with our daughters from 08.09 to 19.09. The hotel is great 👍Cozy and beautiful rooms. 5-7 minutes walk to the sea. Cleaning is done efficiently and daily. Friendly staff. Due to recent events in the world, there was a little fear of aggressive foreigners against Russians. But everything went very well. And we were in a friendly environment where everyone was happy. In the evenings, discos and karaoke are held. The area is very beautiful and cozy. The air conditioning in the room is working properly. The only thing, but this is not a minus for the hotel, but just our mentality. Unfortunately, we are not used to their cuisine, so we could not eat anything. But this is even a plus. I've lost a little weight, I bet you 5. And thank you for your hospitality!

Great hotel, ultra all inclusive. Very polite staff, checked in immediately, even earlier than expected. The most gorgeous pool, huge, plus there is also an indoor one.The territory is large, you can find a comfortable and cozy place for breakfast, lunch, etc., even inside, even on the street. There is a lot of food , varied, alcohol of good quality, cocktails are made strong, they do not regret, there is bottled and draft beer. The cleaning is good, daily, the bar in the room is also replenished with drinks daily. The sea is not far away, there is a lot of greenery along the way. Well, the emotions of visiting this wonderful hotel have calmed down a little and you can objectively write a small review. The first is placement. Nature saves you from idleness and overeating, within a 50-minute walk there is a new mall and grocery stores, currency exchange and small shopping. There are frankly those who are too lazy to bother, there are those who are trying. But in general, the attitude is normal, without negativity. The third is the rooms, they may forget to replenish the minibar or shower accessories. The rooms are cleaned as usual, in 3-5 minutes. In the 11 days that we were there, it was not noticed that the bed linen was being changed. The fourth is food and drinks, as luck would have it with the chefs, but definitely not the top five, everything is boring and sometimes very acute. You can forget about beef and others like it. Liver and chicken are our everything. There were three red fish and two crayfish. Honestly, crayfish would be better not to cook, they ruined such a product, eh. Drinks of the middle group, beer of the same type.8 simple inexpensive cocktails, generally average. Not bad, but it's not a five.The fifth is the beach. Here everything is not very good at all. It's dirty, no one bothers with cleaning, the water will wash everything away...Guys, you really can't do that. Such a gorgeous sea and the approach to it is covered in garbage. We rested from 2.08.23 to 09.08.23. We arrived at 21.00 and were given an excellent room on the 6th floor. A hotel employee took things to the room, showed how the air conditioner works (he served faithfully throughout the rest). The room was cleaned perfectly, the floor was washed daily, the refrigerator was replenished and accessories were reported to the shower. Towels were changed regularly. There is a lot of food, but for me it is for an amateur. The drinks and service are beyond praise. It is 6 minutes to the sea along a beautiful path along the park, it is very pleasant to walk. There were not enough sun beds on the pool often, but this is not critical, we took a table by the pool and went swimming. No one has ever touched things. The hotel staff tries very hard to maintain cleanliness and service. Food and drinks 24/7. There are a lot of guests from different countries, but there has never been any bias or any clashes. There is nothing to do with teenagers in the hotel, they are bored, with kids it is normal. We really liked the hotel! But! Take medicines and a patch with you, there is no pharmacy in the hotel, and the doctor is incredibly expensive. A minimal set of medications will not hurt.

Only one restaurant is alyakart, and they didn't get to that one in 8 days. At first, it was necessary to come at 8 in the morning to sign up there, recording only day in day out. And later they even left 2 a week to write down. The hotel is crowded, there are a lot of people willing, the queue had to be occupied from 7 in the morning. And many were relocated or immediately settled in a nearby hotel. People complained that there are no beds for children in the rooms, they sleep together. There are no cocktails at all on the beach, tortillas are also not every day and quickly ran out.
Of the pros - drinks are in the refrigerator every day (it would be better if there was no poison), food is almost round the clock, ice cream is also clean, there are slides.

The beach is dirty in winter, as they wrote, dogs live on the beach, large, but not aggressive, and cats also live. So everything is fine, but it doesn't really look like they are being fed, as for me, let them live, but only if they were well-fed and did not run, did not meow (about cats), dogs did not bark for food, but they also control everything, you just can't get through :). Drinks in bars seem to be nothing , and beer and wine and champagne are quite nothing , bell's whiskey, I don't know the other , the glasses are all glass , not reusable plastic . The rooms are not large, but they lived on the 4th floor, in the 3rd building, overlooking the river, fields and, in the distance, another hotel closed for the winter. It's decent to walk to the sea, I can't do it in the heat, but in the season they carry something on wheels. Would you go during the season? No, of course not. Not my option. The area is small, there is no greenery, plates and appliances need to be checked for cleanliness. The food is non-stop, but monotonous. The ice cream is super. The pools are small. We have been vacationing at the Port river hotel & spa since June 30, 2023. We have vacationed in Turkey many times in different hotels in the settlements of Evrenseki, Cholokly, Chamyuva, Kemer, etc. But we haven't had such a vacation yet. Fortunately, there are 2 days left. The stated five stars are, at best, a C grade. The restaurant is unsanitary, dishes are dirty, glasses are unwashed, cats roam the restaurant. The food is monotonous, tasteless, and it feels like it's getting smaller every day. And it's not even the middle of the holiday season yet. On the 4th day of rest, they caught rotavirus, with vomiting and diarrhea. We are still fighting, with varying success. The beach is not cleaned at all. Sunbeds on the beach without mattresses, so the 80s of the last century. The plastic bursts on them, you can pinch yourself something. Children play in a mixture of plastic cups, cigarette butts and sand. After rinsing, beer is poured into the same cups. For two years, since 2021, we have not traveled to Turkey. But such changes!!!! definitely not expected. Even during the pandemic and the fires, everything was decent... The long-awaited vacation is ruined. I do not recommend visiting this hotel if you do not want health problems and wasted money and time.

Hello, I bought a tour to this hotel after reading positive reviews. You can go there for those people who do not care where to drink and what to eat. The food is ordinary, but we arrived on October 2, maybe we were already turning off the "big" kitchen. We had a good rest, as planned, calmly, in our own rhythm and with walks to the sea.
There are definitely no direct complaints about the hotel. But the format is for those who want to be left alone and lie down-sunbathing by the pool. Or go to the sea in the morning and come back in the evening.
The territory is very small, to be more precise, there is no territory with plants, there is an outdoor restaurant area and a swimming pool area (it closes at 5-6 pm). A bussane with different zones, even with small activities, but of the disadvantages, the shadow from the hotel falls on the pool quite early and in the evening it is a little uncomfortable to swim. The road to the sea is very decent, there is an underground passage, it was convenient for us with a stroller, but for some reason many ran across the road, but the traffic is not active so it's not scary.
If desired, you can walk along the line of hotels, there is a convenient path along which you can ride rented bicycles or minimachines. Along the canal, there is greenery, you can see boats, horses walking, camels.
In the evening, everyone goes out to feed the cats outside the territory. There are some shows every evening, for children until 9 pm, then for adults, in the form of a disco. If you really want silence, it's better to take a room with a view of the field, we did so. In general, if you are with a small child under 3 years old, then it is quite good. If you are alone or an older child, it is better to see a hotel with a larger territory
The staff is very kind, no complaints, even lost my phone, found everything, actively helped

The food on the beach is light, there are fruits, there is a lot of water.
Everything from alco to the beach is local.
Of the imports in the lobby bar, only we directly asked for specific drinks and were given to us without any problems, or they said that there was a substitute available, who did not know this, everything was poured locally.
The entrance to the sea is sand only in the middle, if you step aside a little, there are already uncomfortable slabs.

The hotel is not bad, we were in it in November. Since we went with an excursion program using a free voucher, we got the hotel according to the "fortune" program, that is, we did not choose it. The tour operator provided us with this hotel, as there were empty seats in it at the time of our vacation. To my surprise, there were quite a lot of people in the hotel. The hotel is in demand among Russians and Germans. It was not possible to evaluate the animation and the services offered, since we were on excursions all day, and only spent the night at the hotel.
The rooms are 4, at first glance everything is fine, but when you start to look closely, you can see the jambs in the form of mold between the seams of the tiles in the bathroom, dirty curtains, etc., but perhaps this is due to the fact that it was the end of the season and just these shortcomings were not eliminated, and by the new season everything will be OK.
The audibility in the hotel is quite strong, the first time we got a room in the 4th building, away from everyone and there was silence, and the second time in the first building and music and an elevator were heard, which was not far away.
The food is 3, there was a choice of dishes, but it's the same every day, if I rested in it for money, I would be very disappointed.
Pros- there are a lot of cats in the hotel, especially in the dining room, but if you don't like cats, then this will be a big minus for you.
By the way, when we were at the hotel, there were sometimes not enough places in the dining room, I imagine what happens at the height of the season, when there are many times more people.
It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the sea at a leisurely pace, I can't say anything on the beach, because there were no sun beds in November, and I don't know if there are enough of them in the summer for everyone
The staff left a rather twofold feeling, there were very talkative young people at the reception, there were very nice guys in the dining room who greeted us, asked where we were from and wished us a good day

We were on New Year's holidays.
The hotel is definitely not 5*. This is an old foundation, the plumbing is old. For example, the shower holders are not the same size as the shower handle. Apparently they changed it for what it was... and a lot of the same in small things.
The indoor pool is dirty, the water doesn't seem to have changed for a year, mold on the bottom.
The chefs cook tasteless! Desserts are just for two. The trout was overcooked until dry, the kebab was overcooked on top, raw inside.
There are a lot of people, fresh for extra.the fee.
There are no bathrobes in the rooms, they are paid. 10 dollars for the rest period🤦♀️
Positive: good sauna and hammam, road to the sea. Friendly staff at the restaurant and bar.
