The hotel is lovely, the food is excellent. Very kind-hearted and polite staff at the reception desk. They clean well. The area is beautiful with pools and children's slides. The sea is 5 minutes away, the beach is private
But the workers of the cafe, where the entrance to the spa is , they have absolutely no idea of polite and cultured communication . I refused massage and peeling, so I couldn't get to the spa anymore: they were already going home at one o'clock in the afternoon, then they were tired of keeping order. What other excuses.

A magnificent budget five, very conveniently located on the one hand, access to the bike path along the river to Manavgat, on the other the main entrance and passage through the pine park to the sea.The food is delicious and varied, alcohol is not only Turkish, they are cleaned regularly, almost all rooms have a view of the sea.For me, the only disadvantage is the lack of a gym.

A wonderful hotel!!! We had a rest from February 8th to 15th. I really liked everything!!!!!! We checked in quickly, the room is clean and cozy! The food is varied, for every taste! The staff is polite and Russian-speaking. All with humor. Just well done! The bars are open.. It's fun! There is always somewhere to go. There are shops on site. You can go to Side, visit sightseeing spots, visit shopping malls, just take a walk... Immerse yourself in the local flavor! that's great! The local Turks are very friendly! In the evening at the bar - relaxation, animation, karaoke... Later-disco with our favorite hits! We weren't bored..The hotel owner personally controls the operation of the hotel, so everything works... Like a clock. If you are not a seal, you will always find adventures and entertainment for yourself! A complete positive!!! New acquaintances, new sensations, a wonderful hotel.!!!!Everything is great!!!! We were in November, three stars with a stretch of 4, but not 5, I did not like everything. Half an hour before the end of lunch, there is nothing left, the staff takes mediocre food out of the hall in front of your nose, as if to their own home. Saving on everything. The staff is unfriendly. Cleaning in two days on the third. There is no territory and it is a 15-minute walk to the sea.

Good day to everyone. The other day we returned from this hotel, stayed there from 09/27.21 to 10/27.21. Of course, as many people as there are opinions, but personally from me: I do not understand the enthusiasm that people write in reviews about this hotel. Of course, this is not a 5* hotel, at least by international standards, but rather a 3*, but the Turks seem to know better, they also have 7*.
I'll start with the pros:
1) good evening discos
2) the sea
3) Mostly friendly staff
That's all.
Next, about the disadvantages:
1) disgusting sound insulation in the rooms. We lived on the second floor, and we heard the chairs moving in the lobby
2) Trash cleaning!!! We went into a room with a dirty floor, to which our feet stick, and 12 days later we left with the same floor. They haven't washed it once.
3) food in the canteen (you can't call it a restaurant) is dangerous for health and nerves (I'm telling you this as a professional cook). The so-called chef (a dude in a red jacket who stands in the middle of the hall with a satisfied face at lunch and dinner shames our profession).
Before this hotel, we also rested in fours, and then the food was more varied and of better quality in execution.
4) alcohol in bars, a separate topic... you can more or less drink local gin, the rest is a nightmare.(but this, as they say, is a matter of taste).
5) the most important thing is QUEUES!!!... in general, for everything. There are queues everywhere at the canteen for food, at the bar for drinks, on the beach for ayran and tortillas, in short, for everything that is possible. I do not know why, but I have not seen such queues in any hotel before...
The hotel is aimed at Russian-speaking guests and guests from CIS countries, and apparently the guys decided that they could not strain themselves with work. Basically everything is done on the dump..
The hotel itself, like the nearby ones, is located on the outskirts, 500 meters to the sea is not critical, of course, but this is not 1 line, as tour operators sell it.
In general, even if there is a good company, the hotel leaves, alas, sad impressions..

I wouldn 't go with a 4 - year - old child a second time . Animation is exactly 15 minutes at 21:00, not enough. The children's room is terrible. Plus two animators who are always smoking (it smells inside). The beach is a horror. Plates. Pebbles. The sand is only where the sunbeds are. Food is usually (normal). There is everything that is usually given in hotels of this type. And the children's pool is only shallow (35 cm) for very young children.

It was 05/01/2022- there were 40 people in the hotel, and everything was empty, there was only cognac in the bar in the evening. whiskey and vodka and EVERYTHING. in 9 days , there was a fish once , and from 07/01 they closed half of the hall altogether . and they left 10 tables , there were only potatoes . Rice and noodles -- I've stayed at the hotel more than once. but this is ALL inclusive - I will never go to court again. Maybe if it was fully filled out , it wouldn 't be like that . I think many will agree. it is always necessary to keep the brand of the hotel. even if you don 't have anyone.

The hotel is located right on the outskirts (if you take the bus to Side or manavgat, you will go from the terminal), which is why there is no entertainment near the word at all, walking around the hotel is like walking through a potato field in the village at night. The territory is small.
The hotel is positioned as Ultra All, but non-local drinks are only available in the Lobby bar (neither on the beach nor by the pool, nothing like that). And in the lobby you have to insist directly that they pour a normal drink. Pinu colada was always trying to make milk with vodka, as if they had such a KPI, the less you pour to the CLIENT, the cooler it is. By the way, I noticed that the barmaid girls treat the request to make a normal cocktail much easier, the men were directly infuriated, you say "Pina Colada from MALIBU" - they pour vodka
Slides. Yes, they work from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 15. But every day I went to the person who was responsible for the slides and said that it was time to turn on already, the time was 14.20 (!), after which I went to get the key to open the gate, and so he was still sitting on the phone looking. Another question is why he is needed there at all, he did not monitor security, he just sat all day and banged on the phone.
Food. In general, the norms, without strong complaints, were different meat, fish, tuna, sushi, etc. But somehow everything is monotonous. Well, okay, it's like that everywhere, after a week you want to crow from the testicles already)
The rooms are all OK, clean, cozy, cleaned, although on the first day they were settled with children right under the disco, but the next day they were moved without problems to the far end of the hotel, overlooking the field.
Beach. Go with a medium-range peck. I liked that the canopies are large, there are many, there are no fights over umbrellas. The entrance to the sea is not very suitable for children, the depth is quickly gaining, the pebbles, when the sea is rough, the children are not very good at all.
I would like to note separately that the hotel does not regulate the issue of smokers in any way, everyone smokes everywhere, no one smokes in our family and it is annoying when everyone is just openly smoking nearby. I have seen many times how the hotel staff themselves threw cigarette butts on their own beach (disgusting). By the way, while you are walking to the sea along their road, everything is littered with garbage, they would send a fighter to clean up the garbage once a day, it's not difficult. Of course, this is a problem of the culture of vacationers behaving like pigs and shitting everywhere. By the way, my wife and I collected 2 plastic bags from the beach every day.
Of course, we enjoyed our vacation, but it clearly does not pull at 5+. average 4. I especially didn't like that I had to beg for noble drinks (we are not alconauts, but I want 2-3 cocktails a day on vacation to drink, rest

The room is good, there are no complaints, they clean normally and every day.
It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. The beach is dirty, there are a lot of cigarette butts in the sand, which, in principle, no one cleans. Sellers of something constantly go, then photos, then excursions, then they invite you to the shops. Guys, everything has been on sale for a long time, it's really annoying.
The hotel has practically no territory. It consists of the hotel itself and the pools.
The animation is disgusting. The collective farm. Karaoke was especially impressive...
they save a lot on food. No, we didn't starve, because we eat simple food. Fish is rare, mostly chicken and turkey. Sweets, which are always in abundance in Turkey, were very disappointing, there is nothing delicious here. Sponge cake with mousse on top in the assortment.
Ice cream from 15 to 16 hours and only by the pool, one small refrigerator is taken out to a huge hotel, which becomes empty after 20 minutes. There is no children's menu.
You can write about excursions for a long time, as crowds of people are being driven, without worrying at all about safety, but this has nothing to do with the hotel. The representative of the tour operator tells beautiful fairy tales that have little to do with reality. The main thing is to sell the tour, and it doesn't matter there.
The feeling is ambiguous. Of course, it's better to have at least such a vacation than none. But definitely not 5*

I highly do not recommend this hotel!
There is no Internet - you will not be able to work here, food too - it is easier to eat in cafes, the room smelled strongly of bleach after cleaning - on other days I did not let you clean. The staff is extremely unfriendly and incompetent. But the worst thing is the noise, music from a nearby hotel until 12 at night, although by law they can have up to 11. There is no sound insulation, you can hear what the neighbors are talking about. With the balcony closed, the noise in the room is such that it is simply uncomfortable to be, not to mention sleeping. Gym is one name. The only plus is a good embankment where you can run. Don't get fooled by the cost, it's better to take a small cozy hotel with breakfast and eat in restaurants
