Visited the park in August 2023. When the beautiful and beloved park has completely changed and not for the better. The alleys with lush flowers have disappeared. They built restaurants. They installed some uncomfortable benches. There is no grass or lawn at all in some places. It seems that there is not enough economic hand here. It was much better 20 years ago. And in general, Almaty no longer admires with its beauty and well-groomed appearance as before. Everything is tired around. It is impossible to look at him without tears.
The coolest place. Very much! Well cared for, everything is clean and tidy, the eternal flame is burning, the Ascension Church fits perfectly into the composition.
The unique Resurrection Cathedral is framed by a beautiful atmospheric park where you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city and there is a place for everyone - both adults and children, who ride horses and cars here
Beautiful historical park! The former Pushkin Garden with a beautiful cathedral built in the era of wooden architecture by architect Zenkov. A good place for walking and relaxing.
The central place of the city, the Walk of Fame. Monument to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, eternal flame. Monument to Afghan soldiers. The Museum of Art. A must-visit in Almaty
It's always nice to walk around the park in good weather. I am very glad that there is a green park in the city center. I advise everyone to take a walk in it.
Perhaps the most important attraction of the park is the Ascension Cathedral in Almaty. It is very beautiful, it is located inside the park. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that it is completely built of wood, Tien Shan spruce. The restoration has recently been completed
A place that creates a mood!I love this place very much! There are so many childhood memories here!!!!To some extent, this is a place of power for me!!!
The impressions are simply not forgettable!!! Such GREAT power in the whole monument, plus everything is accompanied by the fragrance of the most beautiful roses that stretch just like a carpet in this park!!!
A historical place, I live nearby, I walk every day, it's a pity that someone built a restaurant on the territory of the park from Kazbek bi, and today turned it into a nightclub, and no one can demolish this institution
I really liked the park. There are any areas with children, it's already quiet a little to the side, almost like in the forest. Birds, squirrels. You can't hear the surrounding roads at all. It seems to be a well-maintained park, on the other hand, and quiet (you can't say that in the city).
A great park , very cozy ...beautiful alley , cathedral. Fat pigeons who are not afraid of anything, old mighty trees, under which it is pleasant to walk with a family
A good park, a monument historically important for the younger generation, it is important not to forget the feat of our grandfathers. But these attractions and all sorts of merchants spoil everything.
Oh, this is my favorite place! I go to work there every morning!!! Birds are singing, squirrels are jumping, jogging, people are doing yoga, dogs are walking, the bell from the temple sounds! Very atmospheric! I love you in all seasons!
The most beloved park. Lots of places for relaxation and tranquility. Enjoy the silence and the perennial trees.
There is something to see and where to eat.
The presence of the cathedral and the eternal flame will help to touch the past and the eternal.
It is difficult to spoil such a beautiful place, which has deep cultural, historical and aesthetic significance for the city. But gradually the territory is being split off from it for the construction of banquet halls and cafes. What is really shameful is that the sound from them is brought out, and people walking in the park are deafened by someone else's banquet and idiotic loud music. I was with my family on Saturday at the playground near the cathedral and heard all the jokes of the toastmaster and the names of all the relatives of the couple.
The best park in Almaty, lots of greenery, the old wooden Ascension Cathedral, protected by UNESCO, the square where everyone feeds pigeons - I don't know if it's good or not, an impressive monument. It's nice to take a breath in the heat in the park, and there are also several restaurants.
When I visit Almaty, I go to the park to feed pigeons. They're almost tame there. There's a whole car full of fun. On weekdays it is quiet and cozy, lots of shops, a great park
Back in the eighties, I went there with my class. An epic place. Always cleanly majestic and bas-relief or something .... The Alley of Presidents, the eternal flame, the church of the nineteenth century, a beautiful park. It's a good place to go for a walk and sit and think. I recommend it to tourists.
Every day we go to the park of 28 Panfilov residents. There are a lot of squirrels and pigeons. It's cool in summer and have a good time. I love this park.❤
It's a very beautiful park, we always hung out there with friends when we were students. Especially in the evening, there is a completely different vibe. there are many benches and green grass, a tree.
We love to walk there at any time of the year! The aura there is good, calm, we went skating today! You can just go for a walk with children, ride horses.
Perhaps the favorite park in Almaty. It is clear that there are bigger and more diverse parks in Almaty, but this park has its own aura, and staying there gives a special rest
The park has its own atmosphere that attracts something. This is a place to reflect and recharge from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can take a walk with your family and plunge into nature.
For such a memory of the soldiers, I thank the Almaatins. The park is beautiful at any time of the year. A temple, monuments to heroes, pigeons, children's laughter, such a real patriotic place. It seems there are no slogans, but the heart freezes. Thank you.
A beautiful, clean park. There are many benches and green spaces. A sports ground and a playground for children (the truth is dead). You can feed pigeons, ride horses, eat ice cream)
A place of worship where everyone should visit. The monument is amazing. The figures of the warriors speak of the greatness of the people and their feat. I am glad that people remember that carnations always lie at the feet of the heroes.
