The good old park. Everything is as always in place, attractive from the 2000s. Tents with various strange food, and of course photos with animals must have.
There is one free toilet for the entire park.
In general, the park looks a little tired.
The renovation that took place years earlier was ostentatious.
In general, nothing is changing for the better.
The park is clean and tidy. I am glad that Kazakhization has not yet affected this park, and the monument itself and Klochkov's eternal phrase "Russia is great and there is nowhere to retreat - Moscow is behind" are still in their original state. Eternal memory to the heroes.
A great place to relax. The alleys and paths of the park set you up for reflection. Flower beds enhance positive emotions. The memorial complex with eternal flame to the WWII soldiers is a great place to say again and again: "I remember, I am proud!".
The cathedral is an integral part of the historical structure of the park itself.
Such a number of gorgeous oaks probably did not remain in the center of Alma-Ata. A place of inspiration, relaxation, memory and creativity.
This is the place of my grandfathers and father. My grandfather was sent to the German War in 1914. The Pope in 1943. Both survived. It's probably a good place for our family.
The park is not in bad condition, I do not know the toilets, it is possible with children, there is a lot of entertainment for them, there are few Parking spaces
A very nice park dedicated to the Second World War. For me, such places are very important, as is the memory of this event. Without knowing the past, we won't have a future. Visiting him had goosebumps. I recommend you to visit!
A beautiful park. A decent square and a gorgeous monument to 28 Panfilov heroes. The beautiful composition of the square. It is a very beautiful temple.
A very beautiful park, and the church is simply divine, everywhere is clean, everything is well maintained, it is nice to be in this park. Thanks to everyone who cares .
The park is good, it reminds of the Soviet past. But a lot of people near the church who are trying to sell you something (from pigeon food, horseback riding and all sorts of stuff for children) really spoil the impression.
A good place of the Soviet era. The Church of the Ascension is very beautiful. It's nice to see that at least someone remembers the feat of our grandfathers and great-grandfathers.
The park is very clean and cozy,
a favorite place since childhood, here is the whole history of the city, starting from merchant times (the old house of officers and St. Sophia Cathedral), Soviet monuments to the heroes of Kazakhstanis who died in the Second World War and modern catering architecture, which, fortunately, could not grow to large sizes and spoil the park. Another of my favorite places is the central entrance to the park from the Gogol/Pushkin side, cannons are a favorite place for children. It is a pity that the Kashaubayev music school, which is opposite the guns, was not preserved, given over to hamburgers, and culture was killed! But there, according to historians, was an underground passage from St. Sophia Cathedral. I wish tourists would look at this miracle. But, as the national poet of Dagestan A.Gafurov said, If you shoot at the past with a pistol, the future will shoot at you with a cannon. Let's wait and see! And the park is a miracle!
A picturesque place. There is a lot of greenery and there is an Orthodox church in the park. There is also a monument to 2 8 heroes of fellow countrymen
