A good park existed before the revolution, in Soviet times it was named in honor of the Panfilov heroes, and a memorial was built in their honor with the words of political instructor Klochkov: "Russia is great, but there is nowhere to retreat - Moscow is behind!"
There is also an Eternal flame and stone (decorated with marble?) cubes in honor of all the Hero cities.
God grant that this memorial will be preserved, regardless of any changes.
In the park there is the current Holy Ascension Cathedral, built before the revolution.
There are many benches, the territory is well-groomed and landscaped.
