My favorite hotel!The best one we've been to so far.The food in the hotel is delicious, the service is also good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the territory is what makes it worth going back there-it is gorgeous, the staff is friendly, cleanliness on site and in the rooms.The beach is beyond praise!What needs to be improved is to increase the seating in the restaurant, there are not enough of them, especially at dinner.And cocktails in free bars do not leave a very pleasant impression.

Birch is made of pebbles, but there is a pier. It is not very convenient for children to swim. The heated pool is not always warm, sometimes colder than the sea. The food is good and varied. Of course, the breakfasts were pumped up, there is little to choose from. Pancakes and omelets are the most edible. There were problems with the sewerage in the room, but we were moved to another one without any problems. Alcohol is certainly diluted and bad, but this is to be expected. The animation is weak, but there is. There were some good performances.

The hotel is so-so, not the whole hotel is in the picture, the main building and the houses , but it is not shown across the street , they settle there , but everything is broken, though they fix it if you say so. The dining room is not designed for so many people, and therefore I had to look for a table or almost eat standing up. The food is monotonous , you have to stand in line for a long time and if there is enough , there are few fruits , only apples and watermelon . Although this is Turkey, there should be a lot of fruits.

We liked everything. I will recommend it. The price corresponds to the quality. There is not much place to walk outside the territory, and there are few bazaars. Near the Soho shopping center (you can buy branded items that have left the Russian market).
Otherwise, everything is great. We lived in the Moonlight building: very close to the main one, and even in some ways more convenient than the rest, although it is sold cheaper.
We were not interested in animation (there were a couple of cool imported concerts and shows). The food is always generous in Turkey.

We had a rest on June 21st - 30th. We'll come back) The territory, food, drinks, rooms, animation, I liked everything. A 5.5-year-old child understood what the sea is. The most active hotel on the coast, while everything is unobtrusive. Special thanks to the staff for their responsiveness, and to the bartenders for their speed! There was enough of everything, I didn't want to leave the territory. The beach is pebbly, for delicate heels it is better to take sneakers. Bright shows, children's disco, great light, sound., sparkling wine in the lobby, cake, restaurants, pools, slides....we put 5. But if you like 5+, it's different money and a different story.

I had a rest from 04/28.23 to 05/03/2013, as for the hotel, I put a solid five. The food in the restaurant is excellent, meat of all kinds, fish, mushrooms, vegetables, several varieties of cheese, yoghurts, vegetables, a lot of different greens, Cakes are a separate topic. There are an infinite number of them, including in the bar, very tasty. Lots of side dishes, soups (including borscht), pizza, coffee in cars, delicious tea, juices, alcohol. A lot of snacks: burgers, French fries, ice cream, juices, alcoholic cocktails. If someone complains about the food, then don't believe it. The family is not without a freak. You can't cook such a variety at home.
I lived alone in a double room (I paid extra when buying a ticket), so it's stupid to look for a companion in a double room, you can live alone, no one will snore and bother you with their presence on vacation. The room is clean, cleaned and changed the linen every day. For free, with swans. The automatic safe is also free of charge. Air conditioning for cold and heat, 7 towels, refrigerator, soda of all kinds in the room, free of charge, 2 pairs of slippers, alarm clock from the reception at night, juice and a bun with cheese and herbs for the road, late dinner.
The sea is warm, clean, I swam all day long, I tanned perfectly in 5 days. I took corals from home, they were very useful, there are pebbles. The entrance to the sea is convenient, there are bridges, the depth begins after 3 meters, I bought Brufen tablets for $ 2, removed the symptoms of burn and temperature after sunburn, nothing hurt, although the skin was red. In the evening, I just smeared myself with a nourishing cream. The water in the pool is colder than in the sea. there is a heated swimming pool. I regretted that I spent 2 a.m. by the pool, I had to swim in the sea. There are always sun beds both at sea and in the pools. A towel with a $10 deposit. I took a large towel from the room. A mini zoo with peacocks who pose with pleasure on the phone and scream very loudly at the camera. All the staff is very friendly, starting from the reception and ending with the cleaners. No one asks for money, as in Egypt, for example, everyone works great without tips. Soho Shopping Center and Grand Bazaar are close to the hotel. 5-10 minutes on foot. You don't need to take a car. The merchants speak Russian, there are no problems. Prices for clothes are high, there is, in principle, nothing to buy, a bazaar is a bazaar. Summer men's trousers-ask 280 euros, men's polo with crooked seams-17-20 euros. I bought local strong, delicious tea, pomegranate sauce, local syrup for the heart, sweets as a gift, vitamins, pills. Medicines are of high quality and relatively inexpensive.
If you do not pay attention to frostbitten compatriots (children screaming and throwing stones into the water without parental supervision, occupied empty sun beds with towels, but without people, the toilet door smeared with faeces on the back side),
then the rest from the hotel is excellent. The main vacationers are Russians. There were Kazakhs, Italians, Balts, Donetsk. Free Wi-Fi in the conference room in the basement, catches perfectly, on the beach.
I recommend it to everyone, a great hotel and a great Mediterranean Sea!

I had a rest in November 23rd. I read a lot of laudatory reviews and decided to go, which I strongly regretted. Everyone who puts 5 probably did not rest in a normal 5. The hotel pulls to a maximum of 3, the rooms are old, the cleaning is lame, or rather there is no cleaning at all, the food is so-so, there are no free tables for dinner. wi-fi is only paid, which constantly falls off, I knew about it in advance from reviews, I solved the problem by connecting roaming, since I constantly need the Internet for work. Not a great advice for those who plan to go here on vacation. There is a nearby Kirman Arycanda De Luxe 5 hotel. I rested in July 23, so it pulls 5, the price is not very different.

We stayed at this hotel for 9 days. We have been to Turkey more than once before, so there is something to compare it with.
Pros:
1. Gorgeous sea, clear, blue. I would even say that it looks like the Aegean. Pebbles, it's hard to go in, it wasn't critical for us, because there were corals. The beach is large, you can find free sun beds until 9 o'clock. So, those who like to sleep longer, it is better to come in advance and borrow.
2. We lived in the moonlight building, I understood that it was recently rebuilt, in principle, the room is decent, the toilet with a bathtub is in good condition. There was no unpleasant smell in the room. The only thing is that the air conditioner did not work well in the first room, so they asked to overpower it in another one. Overpowered only with 5 requests😏
Of the advantages, that's probably all.
On the first night after the relocation, at 12 o'clock at night, unknown people with suitcases burst into the room, how could the hotel allow this at all remains a mystery to me🤦🏻♀️ Apologies from the hotel 0.
Minuses:
1. The food is very monotonous, it gets boring on the fourth day, huge queues for meat, omelette (1 photo), even for French fries🤦🏻♀️ They gave strawberries 3 times in 9 days. It was very tasty and sweet. Salads are all stale, there are 10 "different salads", which in fact are 1 salad of cucumbers, tomatoes and herbs only in different cuts, and so on every day. The cheeses are so-so, there is no sausage at all. Also, the air conditioner does not work well in the dining room, you sit like in your grandmother's greenhouse in the garden all wet.
2. There is no proper cleaning, it consists only of a made-up bed. They didn't vacuum or wash the floor. Towels were changed 1 time in 9 days. The bed linen was not changed. It seems like they've already put them almost at the door to be taken away, but no one notices anything😏
3. Wi-Fi. The situation is extremely deplorable. It's 2023, it's paid, I paid $ 16 for 7 days , access is only for 1 phone. There is a free one, for this you need to go down to the smelly basement near the entrance to the hotel🤢 The atmosphere reigns like in an abandoned house. Some dirty, stained chairs, I don't understand what they are. Dusting.. Also, free Wi-Fi catches at the bar by the large pool every other time.
4.Beach towels. Changed 4 times during the rest. Two times they just gave me dirty towels, in something brown. This is terrible! If stains do not wash off, why leave such towels in use? Throw away and give the guests clean, new towels, which will be pleasant to lie on.
5.The all-inclusive hotel, while ice cream is only free from 13:30 to 15:30😏 alcohol level four: vodka, beer, wine, gin, whiskey Cola. That's all. You can forget about normal cocktails. But there is a cocktail menu, 1 cocktail is 8 dollars. We decided to try it, took a pinot colada and a blue lagoon. I say it like it is, without stopping: the cocktails are just terrible. They are tasteless. Maybe we had a bartender who doesn't know how to make delicious. They didn't take any more.
Of the obvious disadvantages, that's all. Disadvantages, of course, are still present, but it seems to be tolerable.
I would also like to note the following:
1. Migros is a 15-minute walk away, we often went there, since everything is cheaper there than in a hotel store.
2. There is a bazaar with pharmacies near migros, prices are normal
3. There are a lot of cats on the territory of the hotel, which can come up to you even in the dining room during dinner and start asking for food
4. The tennis court is abandoned, no one plays, as well as the basketball field
5. There are excursions, massages, real estate on the beach
6. They take you to nightclubs
7. Russians are more than half of the residents
8. Upon early check-in, they immediately give out bracelets, show a room where you can leave things
9. They don't escort you to your room
10. The slides do not work all day, only at certain hours
11. There is nothing to eat from 4 to 7
12. Of the soap accessories, only the soap in the dispenser
13. There are disposable slippers in the rooms
14. We had a free safe, and there was no deposit for towels either

The hotel is cool! This year we were there for the second time, previously we were there more than 12 years ago. We didn't mess with the choice, we went to a place where it's good. Over the years, the hotel has changed a little, another building has been launched, the amphitheater stage has been moved and so on in small things, but everything is for the better. Russian Russian is spoken almost everywhere by the staff, and with the help of the color of the bracelets, Russians are immediately separated from other tourists. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels should be thrown on the floor, then they will be changed. The kitchen is at its best both in terms of choice and quality. The choice is large and varied, there is a fish day with a certain frequency, where shrimp, mussels and tuna are served, we found this day.Alcohol is fine too. Well, what else? Animation also works great, there are many Russians among them, with one animator (a Turk) we went to a concert by Anna Asti at a nightclub (Illusion) in the Alanya area. The nightclub struck with its atmosphere and entertainment. In general, the week of rest passed quickly. The rest was a success. I recommend the hotel to those who have not been there. You won't regret it.

The hotel is not 5* at all, more than 3*, I was in different places with something to compare, I was surprised by the large number of positive reviews).
-the staff at the reception are not responsive, embittered.
- a wide beach, but with a slope it is not convenient, there are enough sunbeds, I did not like that they walked along the beach and sold banana rides and catamarans, as well as trips on excursions (which can be bought cheaper across the street).
- the territory of the hotel is large and green, we really liked it.
- there is a coffee shop with desserts that are not about anything.
- there are coffee machines on the territory of the hotel and in the restaurant.
- there are several bars on the territory, but drinks there are trouble, mahito (they have schweppes and a slice of lime), there is never even non-alcoholic, there are no juices in the hotel either (only freshly squeezed in the main restaurant for an additional fee).
- there are several pools, clean, one adult and two kids and one with slides.
- we settled in a room with a view of the field, the road and the market (prices are very high and sellers are annoying, just to sell something, I thought it was the last century, but the pharmacy there is good).
-there is no cleaning in the rooms at all, they threw towels to my sister and that's it, they didn't come to us at all)), the rooms were not cleaned when checking in, garbage, hair everywhere, very dirty floors, ants ((.
- free Wi-Fi on site only in a separate building, in the conference hall. You can buy Internet for 1 device for $ 16, but it does not work periodically.

-animation for children and separately for adults is good, during the day games of volleyball, archery, dancing.
-warm water flows in the shower every other time.
- the shower door fell on my son.

We had a vacation in September 2023, a big company. We settled everyone nearby and wherever we wanted, without additional charges, although the download was complete. We liked it.

Minidisko is generally super, all the children are delighted :)))
FOOD- there is little variety before closing, but everything is very tasty, fresh, hygienic! I always worry about the food, so that the flies don't fly, it's not too hot, it's fresh... it is very important, especially with the mayor of the child. So there were no problems here! There are a lot of restaurants and restaurants on the territory, you will not be hungry.
The room- the rooms are good, but there are already a little shabby :) at first we lived in a distant building, the room was huge!!! As after the repair. But it was too far to walk to all the places with a stroller, I asked to move, and they helped me with that. We settled in a bungalow on the ground floor, with access to the pool! :) the room was smaller and the repair was worse, but it was very cool that there was also an exit to the grass nearby :))
Cleaning was not done, the bed was made, the garbage was taken out, and then the floor was washed. Sometimes the things that were done were not cleaned for 2-3 days, there were cobwebs in the corners, and a lot of things in the dust:(in general, only the cleaning did not help! Relaxing alone with the baby, I still had fun and was not lonely at all! Mpmo is a great fellow :))

A three-star hotel. Of course, everyone admires the new beautiful buildings, the green area. But if you are unlucky and the hotel is almost completely full, the experience will be spoiled.
1) I come to the beach in the morning, it's big, a bunch of sunbeds but....everything is strewn with things and there is no one. The good old theme is when they get up early in the morning, take up their sun beds and continue hanging out. Especially the beaten ones occupy sun beds and go on an excursion, or they occupy both at sea and by the pool. Further more, they pay money to a beachboy so that he takes a place for you. The trump card on the pier. And how many scandals there were on this ground, towels thrown into the sea (I didn't do that, but a similar desire arose), it didn't solve the problem. You come to the sea and you are a poor relative, with things on the ground and without shade.
2) It's time for lunch. I come, and there's a huge queue at the door. The doors open and ....people are rushing headlong to take seats, throwing hats and bags at tables. And if you came 10 minutes after the opening....well, now eat standing up or wait for others to eat, to sit up.
I often had to eat at a table with completely unfamiliar people. And they are not happy, and I don't like it, but there are simply no other options.
You took a seat at the table, gathered food....congratulations, there are no cutlery on the tables. Ask the waiter to bring the appliances....he says like OK, and disappears without a trace. If you don't gild his pen with a couple of bucks, you'll eat with your hands. On the second day, I got tired of this crap, I found a cupboard with dishes in the kitchen myself, came and took forks, spoons, etc., not paying attention to the rays of goodness sent by the Turks in their own language.
Well, the cherry on the cake of course is the Internet. On such a huge hotel, there is one dead router at the reception, which does not load anything, even to write to relatives in the vats-up that it will not work. Maybe most people connect roaming, or buy a Turkish SIM card, but judging by the status of the hotel, there should be no problems with the network.
One thing I don't understand is why, having paid a lot of money (and the hotel is not cheap, like 5 stars), I have to fight for sun beds, ask for forks, find out something with someone. It was my first trip to Turkey, there was nothing to compare it with, but after 5 stars in Marmaris, Kusadasi, Kemer, I'm not going to spend money on Alanya, Side and other okurjalars anymore.
