I am currently staying at the hotel. Of the advantages, only the territory and good rooms. A large beach. The big disadvantage is the lack of Internet in the hotel.
They offer to buy access to the Internet, which does not catch everywhere and works very poorly. They save a lot on staff and products. There is simply nothing to eat for lunch at the main restaurant and nothing to feed the child with. More or less, there is only a choice for dinner. There are practically no fruits. I have not seen such a poor choice in a restaurant in more than one Turkish hotel. There are no watermelons in autumn. It's very strange. I strongly advise you not to go to this hotel. It is better to look for other options. This is definitely not a 5 or 4 star hotel.

The overall impression of the hotel is good: a huge territory , a warm pool, the first line. On the beach , the sand is mixed with Pebbles , it 's a little hard to go into the sea because of the pebbles . The food is simple , but not bad, the alcohol is only local. We lived in the far building, moonlight , we had to cross the bridge, it's a little cheaper than the rest, but the rooms are good, not outdated, only smelled a little like sewage in the bathtub and cleaned the room so-so, but this is a problem now for many hotels in Turkey. The hotel is lovely. But only for family holidays. Only children!!! Everything is for them, endless screaming, there is no rest at all on the beach. Even at night, you can hear endless crying in the room. We came to rest, get enough sleep, we couldn't...
I didn't see the animation, October, everyone was tired, but it's a shame. In the evening, a concert and sleep. There was not enough music and dancing in the evening. All leisure time after 10 is limited to gatherings at the bar.
For children, yes, but adults lacked movement.
It's terribly boring.
The food is excellent, the highest score.
The fish restaurant is a special pleasure, I recommend it!

I had a rest with my child from August 23 to 28.
I am writing an honest review, as it is, without embellishment.
I took the room in the central building so that there was a beautiful view, the wallpaper in the room comes off, the TV weighs crookedly, everything is a little tired, I killed a couple of makrits in the bathroom, otherwise the child was afraid to enter there.
In the hotel, almost everything is for money, except food, for example, ice cream is free 2 or 3 hours a day, it is not great, but next to morning to night for 2 euros you can buy good, they try to take money for everything. The prices are x5 at the hotel.
I recommend going outside the hotel, there is a good shop, excursions and taxis are 40% cheaper.
Children's slot machines are terrible, half of them don't work and they take money.
The evening shows in the 5 days that we watched are all of the same type and not for children, half-naked women twerk on children's shows, once there was a show with balloons, here it is for children.
The animators are well done, active, funny, it's a pity that we found them only on the last day. They spent all their time on vending machines and cars for money, even left the hotel out of boredom.
There are beautiful abandoned buildings near the hotel, I recommend climbing there, we climbed, it's more fun there than during the day at the hotel
I will highlight the hotel's service separately, it is terrible, the reception cannot solve simple questions, there is no administrator in place, we have to sit and wait, by the way, we did not wait, time is more expensive than giving them feedback.
There is a big problem with navigation in the hotel, it is not clear where they give what, when what passes, the music from the disco to 23-24 bangs out the window.
What is indicated in the booklet is not true, children's dances often start earlier and we came at the end.
Drunk men can barely walk in the evening, screaming under the windows.
One more point, I previously posted a review and the administration asked me to delete it, I went to a meeting and deleted it, but after working at the reception, I consider it necessary to convey that the service here is terrible and I do not know the word customer orientation here.
As a result, my child first got to the children's activity and left with tears for not being given cookies that he cooked himself, and the reception said sorry they had a break, although spending 3 minutes to open a room is just a trifle!
For the first time I decided to take my child to Turkey, I thought everything was inclusive, close and convenient, but no, I recommend overpaying for a tour to Thai, Bali, Dubai, in fact it will be cheaper and much better.

Friends, we rested here in the second half of October. I will not take into account the weather conditions, since these are not the disadvantages of the hotel, and in general the weather was still quite good, only in the evenings it is cool enough.
What about the hotel:

The hotel itself is also nice from the inside, but we got the room, let's just say, not fresh. And as I found out, so did everyone. Somewhere the mirror is dirty, somewhere furniture is damaged, and so on. We also had spiders in the toilet, and cockroaches could climb out at night, fortunately they did not continue their way out of the toilet. But in general, this is all tolerable, we didn't come to chill in the room, so you can safely put a four on the number if you don't dig right in)
On food: I do not know who these people are, who likes it. Either they just never cooked or ate well, or food in general is not so important to them. The food here is right here for three with a stretch. It is very rare to find something that you will eat to the end, and not take a couple of bites and leave it on a plate. And there is always a terrible smell of fried herring… In general, I can't say that it's a horror, but for connoisseurs of delicious food, there will be one continuous disappointment here. On the last day of rest, I note that we cooked good beef steaks, for the first time we ate something decent and really tasty during the whole vacation. For breakfast, the cereal is straight dry, not even the level of our favorite) . Yes, and so you can walk through all the food, I think there is no point, you understand me)
We chose fish a la carte, which is generally not bad. And the cheese finally seemed delicious there, and the sea bass is very decent, I advise you, but again, it's delicious compared to the main "restaurant", but it's just not bad.
Drinks : whiskey stinks only if you drink whiskey-Cola, and the norm. But I drank crayfish)
Cocktails are made in the main building on the second floor delicious, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, but they are, let's say, not intoxicating. It's like the alcohol is diluted as much as possible. In general, you can drink delicious here, and it's hard not to get drunk, so it's even a plus for those who can't drink)))
The sea is warm and excellent. Entry will not seem easy to everyone, but this cannot be called a disadvantage of the hotel, if objectively.
In general, I liked everything about the rest, except for the food, so I give a rating of 4, but if it were possible to put 3.5, then the rating would be exactly that.
And additionally I will mark the surroundings around the hotel. Again, this does not apply to the hotel, it's just as a tip to vacationers!
The prices in the bazaars are unrealistic. The merchants are pestering, they're really, really pestering. Feel free to tell them no, or they won't leave you alone. And don't hesitate to bargain. I also discounted prices 2.5 times, while giving away the goods for a sweet soul. And for sweets, tea, coffee, etc. - go to the local migros and the second store nearby (In my opinion, bim is called) . Buy everything there)
Is it worth going here for a vacation? You can, yes. But I personally have no plans to return. I'll try to look for better options)

The territory is large, but the hotel is tired, from the word at all, dogs run in packs, strip cats in front of children into pieces, the number of new ones leaves much to be desired, in the first days we did not understand why the queue overflowed with the opening of the dining room....then we realized that there was something worthwhile when opening, but after 10 minutes everything was sorted out and of course no one plans to replenish....the staff was also tired, rude, they bought a hotel like 5 ... it turned out to be very weak 4 in fact, why do they write 5 stars on Russian websites, the end of the season is near, the pier and sun beds were dismantled with vacationers, Ala-kart restaurants were closed, there was no ice cream or potatoes left for children, corny chocolate pasta ...it's good that there is an opportunity to take a car to travel around Turkey and eat in restaurants, which we eventually did....There was no ANIMATION FOR 14 days, only the children's room and that 25 minutes to fuck off ... lucky with the weather and thanks for that, not a foot in the hotel anymore🤣

Very nice hotel, for the whole family. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the cleaning is timely, the staff is very polite. Three swimming pools, one heated. The beach is pebbly sand. The bar is both in the dining room and outside by the pools. Children are entertained by animators (there is a place to go)).
Of the disadvantages, I can name one thing-they feed constantly), you will not leave thin.

We rested at the hotel from 11/22.24 to 11/14.24
I was very disappointed with the food in this hotel, the same thing every day (smelly fried fish, chicken legs, goat cutlets, liver every other day, grilled fish a couple of times, grilled chicken once in 2 weeks, grilled chicken breast a couple of times). I was surprised that even my favorite omelet "menimen" was terribly cooked, it was not possible to eat. Raw simits have also been served for several days in recent days. You will not stay hungry, but you will not experience any special pleasure from eating. Personally, I had an upset stomach 3 times from these dishes.
There were burgers and fries on the street every day. There were also dinners at the restaurant by the beach, there was no meat at all except for nuggets.
There was practically no animation at the end of the season, but the guys tried their best.
The bar does not know what rum is in general, vodka is added to all cocktails that are included in all inclusive instead of the prescribed drinks, that is, mojitos on vodka, such a pleasure.
In general, if you do not pay attention to the food, which was clearly 2+, you liked the rest.

We stayed at the hotel with 2 children in late August, early September. We chose this hotel after Justiniano 4*. Therefore, there was a hope that 5* would be on top. But, it's not that simple. We bought a family room, which, of course, is more expensive than usual. Family rooms are very different from what is in the photo and in reality. It's old and dark. Of course, it's not worth your money. And we were offered a nice room in the main building with a sea view. The view is divine, they stayed.
The sea is warm and transparent. The beach is sandy, but there are terrible pebbles at the entrance. It's hard to get in and out without special slippers. The territory is huge. Green.
That's where the advantages end.
What didn't you like?
Mini club. The 4* club is much nicer and more cozy inside. The 5* has terribly dirty tables and chairs, there is nothing else. There was even a trampoline at 4*. Animation for 4... the girls are cute, but tired.
Schedule! Oh, my God, this is just a nightmare. Lunches end at 14.00 exactly. Ice cream is served until 15.30, although in all hotels from 15.00 it was usually done when children wake up after a nap. The pastry shop also works certain hours until from 15.00-17.00, at 4 * you could take pies and cookies all day. The slides also worked at odd hours.
The dining room! The large room is enclosed and has open verandas. It's sooooo noisy, this is the first time I've seen a queue for croissants. They were prepared in the hall and given out 2 pieces per person. They ended instantly.
The food is quite ordinary. Everything seems to be there, but it is scarce. Porridge is impossible to eat. The fish is not tasty . At 4* we ate luxurious fish every day. And the food was clearly stronger.
The plates are sticky, the floor is dirty. The fruits are delicious, there has always been a lot.
Ala kart! We were in Italian and Turkish. We were also recorded in rybny, but our record was not found and sent a second time to Turkish. My husband and son went to eat at an ordinary restaurant, my daughter and I stayed. I ate torn meat, my daughter only lentil soup. The desserts are all disgusting.
At one o'clock in the morning, I woke up with a terrible poisoning. It was simply impossible to remember this torn meat. A few days later, my daughter also fell ill with an intestinal infection. Doctors diagnosed toxicoinfusion - meat poisoning, which contained conditional poisons. The condition is terrible, we are still recovering.
The zoo! Most of all, I felt sorry for the dog, which is kept in some terrible conditions. There is nothing interesting in this zoo.
The football field lacks a canopy. At 4* he is there and the guys played football during the day. The pier needs repair, all the beams are rusty and bent, on which it is held.
Wi-fi is paid, the lights were turned off one day after a thunderstorm and rain. And our purchased wi-fi was not working. They returned the money. There is a free one in the basement, where everyone is like zombies in a dark room sitting and looking at the screen. It doesn't look good.
And even during the child's sleep, they broke into our room without any apologies and took away the garbage. Although, we asked not to do this. When I was lying with poisoning, they just came in and began to change something in the shower by drilling the walls 🤷♀️
In general, the hotel is far from 5 stars. Outside the hotel there is a creepy wasteland with a couple of dirty tents selling rotten coconuts. Darkness. My impressions are mixed. The hotel definitely has something to work with.

The culture and education, professionalism and friendliness of the staff shocked me! I liked absolutely everything, the room, the infrastructure and the huge clean beach in the hotel. Nice hotel, beautiful sea and beach, very cool evening entertainment program (concerts, shows, discos). A lot of fruits, a variety of food. Beautiful territory, spacious fresh rooms (lived in bungalows). A little loud in the evening, if you want to go to bed early - you should choose buildings far from the pool. But we had a great view of the pool and the sea. Bottled water is available everywhere. Minus - there is nothing nearby, there is nowhere to go for a walk, the nearest shopping center is an hour away, shopping by. Of course, it is not convenient that you cannot pay with a card. This is the first time when it seemed to me that it was cheaper to pay with dollars than with lira in Turkey.

Having visited this wonderful hotel, Our rush involuntarily comes to mind, now it is clear where the director took this collective image from, and it seems almost 20 years have passed since the release of this film, but how relevant it is.
Let's start in order, we arrived around 15:30, check-in was quick, we were immediately given a room in building 7 with a view of the wall, well, OK, just for 2 nights, I did not change it.
The room is 5ka in area, 4ka in content.
Not too tired, but already requires makeup.
Is the room dirty? Yes! We look at the photo, what is it to wipe the dust, I do not know the cleaners, and in general, take out the trash and that's it, even the bed was not made properly.
Nutrition is visually a lot, but most of it is a mess for pigs. You have to stand in line for something edible, 20-30 people like that.
Snack similarly, the crowd stands for ice cream, French fries and everything else.
Alco is trash, 4-5 types of local swill of dubious quality.
The audience - if you want to see the characters of the series live, then you are here))) It's fantastic here, it creates a special entourage. Capturing a crab? Or how to carry 5 glasses of beer with one hand, or crawl along the walls being in shit by 12:00. But it's fun, perhaps this is the main advantage of the hotel.

Disappointment. We lived in this hotel for many years in a row, five or seven years ago. Now it has been "promoted" and it has become much worse. It is impossible to sit down at dinner in the "restaurant". And I don't want to fight for a place and food. The rooms are dirty: the curtains are straight with some kind of stains, the sink, the shower are not washed, it is terribly unpleasant. There is practically no animation. There are traditionally not enough sun beds.
Among the advantages: there is a large green area, a great location in the bay and an incredible number of cats that do not let snakes into the territory (there are a lot of them there, it's worth moving a little behind the lawn).
I hope that all the shortcomings are related to the end of the season, when everyone has already relaxed and is waiting for everything to be washed, updated, lit. Next year, I will not choose this hotel for a vacation, but I will definitely look in anticipation of the best

We had a vacation with our family (2 adults, 2 children) in July 2024. The hotel is not bad, but not 5 stars. If someone rested at a higher level, then there is something to compare it with. Average guy.
I'll start in order:
1. Check-in.
For some unknown reason, they do not immediately check into your room. They give you worse at first. It wasn't just us. Someone was given a room on the 2nd floor.🙈
We also had a good option (room A4), under the main restaurant and access to the football field. Where chairs were rattled from 6 a.m. to 22:00. No one can lift a chair to move it. And everyone is being carried on the floor. The sound is unpleasant.
The room itself is long, dark, and damp. Uncomfortable.
- It's good that the next day they gave me another room, in the second building (room 2114). Nice, small, but cozy. View from the balcony to the sea, the pool and the territory. The advantage of the room is the sun in the afternoon. Everything dried up quickly.
- There was no room cleaning. The floors were not washed, the bed was never changed (we rested for 11 days), we had to ask for towels to be changed. Every three days.
The mini-bar had 6 cans of soda and 1.5 liters of water. In the future, the mini-bar was not replenished, as well as with water. They took it themselves.
- water could be taken at the bar and from the restaurant. The refrigerator with water is closed at night. If you don't have time to take the water, then wait for the restaurant to open.
2. The territory of the hotel is nice, large, cozy, clean. Very well maintained garden. There is a lot of vegetation. For a territory of 5+.
- there are pools. One is large, one is for children with a slide, one with large slides and one is small and half closed.
- the beach is a huge minus, but this is my opinion. Pebbly, gray, dirty, ugly. Entering the water is a nightmare, it is impossible to enter over the rocks. The sand is terrible. There is a pier. You can jump from it. The water is warm and clean. The advantage is a large coastline. A sufficient number of sun beds.
- good playgrounds, but the disadvantage is that they are with sand, which is hot during the day and until the evening (do not walk barefoot), and after dinner the children are all dirty because of the gray sand. It is better to make a coating.
- there is animation, good. The animation team is super. The girls are all beautiful, friendly, funny, sociable. Anastasia .
- lots of activities, sports and entertainment. In the evenings there were discos, live music, a foam party, during the day a lot of games, sports warm-ups, dancing. In the evening there was a show program, mini disco, etc.
- there is a nightclub on site. It opens after 00:00. A great DJ. On some days, the animators took us to a club in Side. We wish the animators to be more active and bolder in informing the guests of the hotel of events, activities, and entertainment. It is advisable to walk around the entire hotel and the beach.
- the food in the restaurant is delicious, ordinary, not varied. There is no sea of food, only one kind of meat and fish. For a 5-star hotel, the menu is meager.
The napkins on the tables are the same. They never wash, just shake. It is very stuffy, it is impossible to sit.
Stop saving on the air conditioner!
The pastry shop is excellent with delicious desserts. There were also cookies, baklava, pies and good coffee. Ice cream is served from 12:30-14:30. There are always huge queues.
- There is no Internet on site, Wi-Fi is free, but only in the pool bar and in the basement. You can connect it for a fee, but it's not a fact that it will work. Everyone went complaining. The money was paid, but the Internet was not working.
3. There is nowhere to walk outside the hotel, there is a wasteland. There is a small Soho bazaar nearby, and a little further there is a Migros store. A large bazaar is 15-20 minutes away. There is more choice. Go through the underpass near Soho Bazaar and past the gas station. The guide can tell you.
4. We took excursions:
- Sea Park Alanya is a modern marine park. A wonderful place with saltwater pools and fish. With a white sand.
- Canyon Basins, buggy, zipline, rafting. A great tour (we went with children 6 and 12 years old), but the main thing is to prepare. Take a lot of water, bandanas for buggies, comfortable shoes, either coral, or closed quick-drying shoes (sneakers), which is not a pity. On the spot, all this is also for sale (corals $ 14, bandana $ 3-4, water $ 1, lemonades $ 3). Drinks are not included in lunch. Photos and videos of razvodilovo. Each for $ 30. They dump the file with everyone who was with you. You can combine and buy for several families. You can bargain. For example, take both options (video + photo) for one price.

We rested from 03.06 to 11.06.24 at this hotel. The vacation just flew by, so to speak. I really liked the hotel, its territory, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The kitchen is a buffet, I think everyone can find something to their liking. The food is varied, fish, meat. The beach is only for hotel guests, quiet, calm, there is no feeling of a crowd. Sometimes we swam in the morning just the two of us)))
The hotel has a spa area, excellent massage therapists, professionally and inexpensively.
I liked the animation too, they don't let me get bored.There are various shows and programs every day.
A large well-maintained territory, there is also a mini zoo. We were surprised by partridges, peacocks, hedgehogs and bunnies walking around the territory)))

We had a rest at the end of August 2024. Upon arrival, our standard room was not available. They gave me a family room for a day, two rooms. A day later, they were moved to a room with a magnificent view of the sea.
It was nice that, as an apology for this inconvenience, they presented a "compliment" from the hotel: a bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit.
The area is very beautiful. A lot of animation. The evening shows were at a good professional level.
I was pleased with the Pier and the raft in the sea. The children enjoyed diving from the raft.
The food is delicious and varied. BonBon confectionery pleased the children.
Minus: there is no hair conditioner in the rooms. I flew with hand luggage, I didn't take it with me. The hair was not washed.

A 2-room family room is what you need for a family holiday with children. Mom and Dad also need to be alone sometimes :-)
Of the minuses: 1. well, can't you buy a normal soccer ball for the whole hotel? We would have organized the game ourselves. The field is gorgeous, but it was idle. 2. What's the top five? I would put 5 only for the territory. In May, we were at the Selectum Family side, I still thought then, queues for meat, not like. Oh... as I was wrong, you could take fish there without any problems, there are queues for the grill, all the time. But that's okay. Wi-Fi is paid, alcohol is good for a fee, ice cream is normal for a fee - are you serious?! It is clear that prices have increased, but paying 350 thousand for a ticket to pay for Wi-Fi is trash. Ice cream is not edible, so they also work at 12:30-15;00, just in time for a child's sleep 🤦♀️
There is no normal coffee, in general, a pastry shop with the same desserts from 15:00-17:00. The water park is three slides, that's all. We barely found a table at dinner yesterday, everything is occupied. Meals for 3, breakfast is sad.

It's the same thing every day, sometimes there is "something exclusive", but these are kilometer-long queues and usually it's cooked terribly, tuna was dry once, mutton - without a proper sauce for it. In general, I'll say this, it's not tasty, honestly, without lying. Maybe of course someone likes everything deep-fried, then they will have something to eat, there is an abundance of French fries and similar deep-fried game here.
Desserts are terrible, if out of 20 types of cakes you find something to your taste, you're lucky, it's all the same, if you don't grind everything in a row, of course.
3) there is no animation. To entertain a child, you need to spend a lot of money on paid entertainment.
4) a large pool without heating, only for kids (and thanks for that), so now only children swim in the sea, there is no one in the large pool
5) Beach towels are a separate story, they are not changed every day and this is a scribe, there is a limit shift schedule, on Monday- Wednesday- Friday, they are handed over in the evening and taken in the morning) full game!!!!!!!!!!
6) The hammam sucks. The seats are cold, the floor is cold, the stone is all cold, or it doesn't work, it's not clear. And even for money you get a massage on cold stones there....Just no comments
7) The room stock also does not correspond to the photos, and what the tour operator sent, everything is much sadder, the bed linen has never been changed during the entire vacation ... the cleaning is very weak.

We had a rest from June 11 to 18, 2024. It takes about 1.5 hours to drive from the airport. I met a very polite staff - everyone speaks great Russian, it feels like you're in Russia. A huge territory. There are many buildings. The food is decent, there's a queue for croissants in the morning, I don't understand why they won't bake them in advance - apparently this is the trick. 2 stations where they say hot dishes "from under the knife". The sea is warm and calm. There are enough sun beds and there are no strangers from other hotels, because it stands on the sidelines, so there is no sense of a crowd. Powerful animation, there are 3 pools, 3 water slides and a mini zoo with peacocks!!!
In general, the impression is very good, I recommend it especially with children

We had a rest in Turkey, at the Justiniano Club Park Conti 5* hotel - I really liked the hotel: a large green very well-groomed territory, good animation for children and adults (and mini-disco, and foam parties, and aqua aerobics, and gymnastics, and dancing, and invited artists), a clean large beach (pebbles, a little sand, the entrance is smooth enough).

We were vacationing with my wife and children of 5 and 8 years old.
Positive:
- wide beach, plenty of sun beds for everyone, large umbrellas
- there is a pier, you can swim and jump from it
- the territory of the hotel is good, there is everything you need
- there is a coffee shop, you can eat local desserts and drink coffee
- there are coffee machines on the territory of the hotel and in the restaurant, you can drink good grain coffee
- there are a lot of bars on the territory, there are no long queues
- there are several pools, the children liked it
- the children ran to the local fishermen, watched, there is a place for fishing
Cons:
- at the beginning, they were settled in a dead room with a view of the parking lot, but the next day they were moved. I had to go to the reception 3-4 times to persuade
- free Wi-Fi on site only in a separate building, in the conference room. You can buy Internet for 1 device for 22 euros. But this paid internet works very poorly. In general, the Internet in the hotel is a complete disaster!!! We got a detox from gadgets.
- the hotel is big, so there are a lot of people in the restaurant, queues for an omelette in the morning and for French fries in the evening
- the food is average, everything seems to be there, but there is not enough. Fish, meat, vegetables are always delicious. There was not enough cottage cheese and sour cream for breakfast. Croissants are made at least in the morning, there is not enough for everyone.

We rested with our family for 12 nights in late May - early June. The overall impression is ambiguous, everything is listed below.
I'll start with the positive.
+ reception, all issues are resolved promptly, there are always Russian-speaking staff on shift
+ animation work, all very cool funny guys, do their job 100%%
+ the territory is large, green, well-groomed, there is where to walk, what to see - various flowers /plants, a small zoo with peacocks and someone else, they never reached it themselves)
+ the location is good, the sea is 2 steps from the pool, about an hour's drive from Alanya
+ the security service, unfortunately, had to face, promptly solved the problem
+I recommend the Turkish restaurant alyakart, everything is fine, from the service to the dishes
+ the range of food seems to be good, you can always find something to eat if you are not picky, but …
Here I will move on to the disadvantages that overlap and spoil all of the above
-if you come late, you can stay hungry (this was the case for lunch when we arrived at 13:30, half an hour before the end), everything is cleaned, nothing new appears (we didn't risk being late anymore :))
-the quality of the prepared dishes, personally we came across a sour vegetable salad
-the recipe, of course, tastes and colors here, but to spoil the shrimp and fish appetizer in a fish restaurant with vinegar so that it is impossible to eat it, sorry
-the service in the main restaurant is disgusting so much that every day 1) we were looking for a free table in the restaurant 2) we cleaned dirty tables for other vacationers, because you won't find waiters and you won't be questioned (and if suddenly! no one has heard about the table setting) 3) there were queues of 10-25 people for croissants, omelette for breakfast, fish/meat/French fries for lunch and dinner
For some reason, the same croissants start baking at 8:30, although breakfast starts at 7:30, it seems that the management / staff specifically create such a situation with queues with their unreasonable decisions.
In general, it's a complete mess, it shouldn't be like this. All this takes a lot of time that I would like to spend on the beach.
I'm not talking about any friendliness, responsiveness, greeting at the entrance, we did not meet this here, although we have been vacationing in Turkey for 20 years and we know how it should be and happens.
-the location of the dishes in the restaurant, for example, jams and jams for breakfast at the entrance, and pancakes are located on the street in the opposite part of the restaurant, there are no plates on the street, although hot dishes are constantly cooked there
-the lack of strong drinks in the main restaurant and some bars, for some reason, for dinner (it would seem with a snack) there is no opportunity to drink anything but wine and beer.
-bars, in particular the rose bar in the main building, serve diluted cocktails and soft drinks, it is impossible to drink
-you can spend a significant part of your vacation in the snack bar by the pool, as the queue for French fries, burgers and free ice cream reaches about 30 people
(Fortunately, there is a paid one, very tasty and without a queue)
-there is no free Internet on the territory, there is only at the entrance to the hotel in the basement of the conference hall, well, it seems like you don't come to sit in a crowded room. After reading reviews about the paid "working all over the territory", they did not buy it, they say it catches worse than free and not everywhere.
In general, the cost does not match the quality at all. We will not return there anymore and we do not advise you. And if you are already on your way, be prepared for the nuances and try to just score, relax, look for advantages.
