Great hotel! The rooms are modest but clean and have everything you need. The room is cleaned daily. The view from the balcony is beautiful! You can see the whole complex, the sea and the mountains. Elevators. The pool is under the windows, you can swim until 20.00-20.30. Wonderful!

Nice hotel!
The dining room is not very diverse, but you can eat quite yourself. Every evening there are some desserts and dishes (there was even a shawarma, for lovers;). There are several bars and three restaurants to visit by appointment, Turkish, Italian and fish. We were in the first two, just what we need for a change.
The reception is open for 5+. Upon check-in, we were given 3 rooms to choose from. We chose it in the second building on the 2nd floor. I must say that all the rooms are good and the room service works perfectly. We lived in room 2311, everything is super, the only thing is that the air conditioner did not have an air direction bar, but in the heat of +35, this was not a problem.
if you decide to stay in this building, get ready for music at night, we don't care, we even fell asleep well))))
There are rooms in the main building and the building on the level above it is quiet, but walking to the sea is a little further.
Pebble beach, it's not autumn for us. Be sure to take shoes, especially for children. Another minus is IR, the seats are occupied as early as 6 am)))
When we were lazy or woke up, we always found places on the left side of the beach, it is away from the restaurant with hamburgers bruises, which works after breakfast and until 16 (approximately), there is also ice cream.
The animation is great, every evening there were very cool events, concerts or shows.
There is a pantone on the beach, you can jump from it. There is an island opposite the beach, you can swim to it by taking a catamaran for $ 20. But, do not repeat our love and do not swim when the sun is at its zenith, it is very hard. By the way, turtles have been seen on the island.
Excursions were bought on the street, if you leave the hotel and walk about 200 meters to the left, you will see a counter. There's a cool man working there named Azer. He will tell you in detail about everything and advise you where to go and where not to go.
Again, I share a mistake, we bought a tour from a guide in Pamukalla (sorry if I wrote it wrong). The guide said it would take a couple of hours to drive, but we did not check ((( - total, 6 hours one way.
Azer took a sightseeing tour with the waterfall and Cleopatra beach, I really liked it, it wasn't hard and fun. By the way, we met neighbors in the building who were traveling with us, but from the guide and the price tag was x2.5
, I advise you to go to the bazaar, namely to the bazaar, which is located behind the road, and not to the shopping center. There are 4 or 5 pharmacies where you can buy medicines. Gorgeous sea and beach, the territory of the hotel is large and well-groomed!
The restaurant does not have a very large assortment, but you can always choose something!
The rooms are clean and modern, the only thing I do not recommend is the Moon Light building. (modern, but farthest away, a view of the road and the bridge, on which people constantly walk, and even without a balcony)

Many people write that the hotel is overcrowded, but this can only be felt during a meal, for the rest it is unnoticeable, because let me remind you the territory is huge! According to the contingent, 70-80% are Russian speakers. There is a pier from which you can jump, the water is amazingly clean and warm! Once again about the beach, it's free!!! A limited number of alcoholic free drinks, but this is not critical.Wi-fi is paid 14 euros for 7 days, but there is free in the conference room, there were always seats, the air conditioning is working. After talking with friends who stayed at a nearby hotel during the same period, we were convinced of the correctness of our choice (the small territory of the hotel, the beach is shared with round-the-clock occupied sun beds, etc.).
Among the disadvantages, the lack of cosmetic kits in the bathroom and bathrobes upset, well, for 5* it should be, I think!

A family of 4 people (2 children 4 and 10 years old) had a rest from 05/23/2023 to 06/03/2023.
The appearance of the hotel is quite good.. beautiful buildings, greenery on the territory. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on site.
What did you like:
- appearance
- rooms
- there is a sufficient choice of food, although no beef, lamb or pork was given.
- Evening shows (exactly when the invited guests arrived)
Now the cons:
- IMPORTANT! There is no free Wi-Fi in the hotel!!! It's 2023 coming up. To use the free network, you need to go to some basement (after leaving the hotel! 20-30 people are sitting there and trying to communicate (the connection is unstable because there are a lot of people). Sometimes it just couldn't connect. There is a fee, but it costs 4 bucks a day! 22 bucks in 10 days!! well, it's just terrible!!
- The system with towels is terrible!! You have to make a deposit of 10 bucks for 1 flight. You can change them 3 days a week. And the system is very strange: you bring it on one of the allowed days (Mon, Wed, Fri) from 17 to 19.. you give the towels, you get the cards (!!!) and the next day in the morning you change these cards for towels!! We had 40 bucks frozen for 12 days! nonsense!!
- The animation is very sluggish. There is a children's room, BUT it is commercially configured: immediately upon entering the mini club, you can not pass by the main animator, who just sniffs T-shirts for 17 bucks! on the minidisko, she always smiles tightly, always talks about love for children, although everything is not very natural! She held discos in a shallow spot between the stage and the chairs, asked to move the children away from her, like there wasn't enough space, then asked the parents to move away and not interfere, like she was uncomfortable! this made me very angry, I complained to the Head of the entire animation and the next day everyone moved to the stage and there were no harsh statements.
- The sea with unpleasant pebbles. Keep in mind. Where there is a photo with sand, do not believe it!)
- Russians and Ukrainians were settled in the same Hotel, which is politically incorrect during the period of various operations! this is simply unacceptable!!
In general, there is no desire to go to this hotel again. It's definitely not a 5k.. maybe 4ka maximum.

The disadvantages are poor nutrition, in this regard, everyone has their own assessment, of course. Alcohol is paid, Internet is paid-there is only one free point in the basement, where you don't run into in a day. And it's difficult to talk in principle, because the whole hotel is sitting there. The staff at the reception are Russian-speaking, friendly. What should the hotel administration pay attention to - garbage collection on the beach, trash cans are full for three days, checked!!! Drinks in bars are poured into plastic, it also remains safely and for a long time in plain sight of vacationers. The hotel is family-run, but everyone smokes everywhere, there is not a single sign banning smoking, even in places where children are located. There are a lot of unreasonable paid services in this category of hotel - Wi-Fi, luggage weighing ($ 2 for each! suitcase), etc. The composition of tourists is international, there is a feeling of an anthill)))) there are many children and inadequate parents. The overall impression of the holiday is good, but the price tag, in my opinion, is somewhat overstated.

Having visited this hotel, I do not understand the super laudatory reviews addressed to it at all. There are advantages, but not ideal. In general, the hotel is 3.5, but not 5 stars! All inclusive is not as ALL as expected...
In general terms about the hotel:
1) the sea and the beach. There are a lot of sun beds, you can safely come after breakfast and find a place. The sea is good, the entrance to the water is quite sharp, pebbles, there is a pier for those who like to jump. I'll give you 5 points.
2) rooms. Very dirty! The rooms are very old and require good repair. I had to wipe the bedside tables myself upon arrival, there was a lot of dirt from the previous tenants. The bed linen is stained, which apparently is no longer washed, but they are not going to change to a new one. The room has a refrigerator (works well), a safe (free of charge), a mini bar (replenished only after leaving a tip), a hair dryer (standard for hotels, weak). There is zero sound insulation. You wake up at 7 a.m. from the children running and screaming in the hallway, and at night the neighbors are always moving and throwing something, or watching TV. 3 points no more
3) Food and drinks. There is a lot of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the main restaurant, but mostly vegetables. For dinner, the menu is more interesting, they give meat, but not very diverse, 1-2 types at most, there is fish (they gave trout steaks once a week). There is no seafood. For breakfast, only red sausages are made from meat, for lunch - kebab. And there are giant queues for all the meat, and it doesn't matter if you came to the opening or half an hour before closing. There are a lot of people! Fruits are always watermelon, pears and apples. Sometimes they gave cherries and apricots a couple of times (they were in July). There are many desserts, but not all are delicious.
Ice cream is free for only 2 hours a day (somewhere from 12:30 to 14:30), the rest of the time it is paid.
There is a snack bar with snacks from 11 to 14 (burgers, hamzle, fries), and another snack bar on the street with a small buffet from 11 to 16 (I don't remember exactly the time, about that).
The only alcohol in the pool bar is beer and classics like gin and tonic and whiskey Cola. If you want a cocktail, you'll have to drag yourself to the main building on the second floor in the lobby bar, but the cocktails there are very mediocre. We ordered gin fizz 3 times, and all 3 times we cooked it completely differently. There are far from bartenders working at the bar. For $ 6-8 they offer more interesting cocktails, the quality is acceptable. 4 points.
4) The hotel staff is generally pleasant and friendly. If there were problems, we tried to help. However, immediately upon check-in, the safe did not work in our room, the internal lock on the front door did not work, the holder for the shower watering can was broken, the bed linen was very dirty. It was only after the fifth call that they finally came to our room and fixed everything.
5) the Internet. Free internet is available only in the conference room, as the hotel staff calls it. In fact, this is a semi-basement room, where there are chairs and armchairs around the perimeter, and all the people come there to sit on the Internet. It looks terrible, but the alternative is only for a fee (about $ 10 per week for one device)
6) the territory of the hotel. The territory of the hotel is quite large, you can walk a little. It's beautiful, lots of trees, flowers, some plants are signed. 2. The number of vacationers. The hotel seems to be popular, there are just crowds of people on the territory, especially it became noticeable and uncomfortable at the end of the vacation. Such a number of vacationers affects the availability of free places absolutely everywhere (beach, pool, dining room, bar). I can imagine what's going on in the season. And most of the vacationers are Russians, so do not be surprised at the "booking" of sunbeds with towels. No one is watching this in the department, do what you want.
3. Kitchen. For all 6 days, breakfast was the same, without exaggeration, everything was in the same place. Lunches and dinners are more varied, but not particularly. It seems that something is lying on the tables, but a lot of things are not tasty. It is not possible to be in the dining room at the rush hour, there are a lot of people, all the tables are occupied, you circle for 5-10 minutes in search. Then they just realized what the joke was. Dinner starts at 19:00, but for some reason the dining room is opened earlier by 30 minutes and the whole herd rushes to take places and lay plates. It looks wild from the outside.
The impressions of the hotel are not unambiguous, I will not say that the rest was spoiled, but there is no desire to return there either. Probably in the current realities, the hotel is worth the money that we gave away.

We had a vacation in May 2023 with my husband and two children (2 years and 4 years). I didn't like queues EVERYWHERE terribly much. You can stand for 20 minutes at a meal in the main restaurant, and you also need to spend about 30 minutes searching for a free table, we tried to come at different times, we realized that there are slightly fewer people only after 20-30. Queues are not only for dinner, breakfast and lunch are also not complete without them) We liked the evening minidisko, we liked the evening animation for adults. The rooms are in good condition, the area is very pleasant. The pool is clean, but there are not enough sun beds for everyone, a HUGE number of sun loungers occupied just by a towel and none of the staff controls it in any way. There is no schedule for animation, it is always unclear exactly what time volleyball and other activities will be. A strange decision with the replacement of beach towels, towels need to be handed over at 17-00, and received only the next day from 10 a.m., but they are also not given out at 10, not earlier than 11, but one day they were given out at 14-00. We tried to take towels less often, so as not to be left without them at all. To a greater extent, we are not happy with the vacation, these queues have a strong negative impact on everything) I put 4 stars only for a fairly low cost (we paid 210000 for 11 days) and a beautiful territory) we will not re-visit this hotel, we will not advise friends and relatives.

This is the worst 5 I've been in. Think about it, you can only go at a very good price, at which you will be ready to put up with a lot of inconveniences.
And so: paid wifi (guys of the 21st century, this is generally the bottom. $16 a week). Poor nutrition, the food is not tasty, if something is edible there are huge queues. You won't starve to death, that's all. The coffee shop is open from 10 and cookies only in the evening and for a very short time. The kids' club is a horror, they sell T-shirts and bags for $ 18 to children and it's very stressful to walk if you don't pay for it, your child feels awkward, dancing for 15 minutes at a mini disco, then rewarding those who bought T-shirts, again did not pay for sadness. Animation has a day off on Sunday, you came to rest, but who cares, everything in the hotel is quiet, there is no animation. Beach towels are changed every other day. There are 3 cocktails in the bar, the rest is for money. Considering what prices are now, strikes at the airport, days eaten up by late check-in and early departure from the regions, this is an expensive hotel with unacceptable conditions.

so my vacation at Justiniano Club Park Conti has come to an end. Let me summarize the points!
1. I would like to express my special thanks to the staff, who obviously love their hotel and keep an eye on it properly! in particular, I want to highlight Maya with reception and Kristina with guest relation, they are just the best and brightened up my vacation!!
2. the territory is difficult not to praise, spacious, a lot of beautiful and picturesque places where you can take photos
3. the food is very tasty, a large selection of dishes, you can always try something new
4. the sea is cool in April, but if you get used to it, it is comfortable, I swam steadily every day, especially then you can quickly dry in the sun
5. the room is comfortable, everything you need is there, I liked sleeping, the only thing missing was hooks in the bathroom for clothes, but they said they would fix everything and do it!
6. we arrived almost at the opening of the hotel and you can see how it has refreshed and updated, so I advise everyone to visit and make sure of it
7. a la carte also opened, we went once, we really liked everything, you definitely won't leave hungry

The evening shows are also very cool!....But, the hotel also has enough disadvantages...in the morning, there is an eternal queue for an omelet, once we counted 17 people in front of us...pink salmon was given 1 time a week, the queue was 2 times longer, they didn't even go after her because of this...I want to get up in the morning, have breakfast calmly and quickly and run to the sea, there are characters who don't really care about the queue...Everything is more or less fine with the cleaning...the shower room in the bungalow rooms is something with something...well, you make a double pane in the shower, so that there would be more room to wash...otherwise, you stand in the corner, huddle against the wall, try to wash yourself, step left or right and fill the entire bathroom...The rooms are not in good condition...there is a period of time from about 4 to 7 in which you will have nowhere to eat...we returned a couple of times from excursions around 5 o'clock and had to wait for dinner to start at 7.30...The beach is large and medium-sized pebbles, somewhere a little mixed with sand, it is very difficult to enter, it hurts without shoes...There is a clear shortage of umbrellas near the pool in July and August, it's worth turning away or going to play with the animators, your umbrella will be taken away without shame and conscience, you had to guard, a trifle, but unpleasant. There is also a shortage of seats near the amphitheater, children and adults who came to the beginning of the events sit on the asphalt, because there are no seats, well, provide chairs on the sides, add rows...In general, the rest is not bad, but we will watch something different next time.
