It's definitely not five stars, but some kind of bottom.The food is just disgusting and there's a queue behind it. Finding a free table is quite a quest. The music SCREAMS from morning until late at night and you can't get away from it, especially if your room has a sea view. Definitely not here with the kids . Those who lead a more or less healthy lifestyle will not like it here at all. I sincerely do not understand who leaves good reviews for this place. Either bots, or employees, or overslept drunks, who could sometimes be seen lying around the bar. I will never, ever come here again.

We had a rest in 2019 (now January 2023). I really miss this hotel))). The room was given not in the main building, but in a bungalow, overlooking the stage) and the sea, on the second floor. It was our first vacation abroad and generally at sea with our family) . At that time there were two children (11 and 5 years old). The children are delighted. We also took a couple of excursions to Side and Sipark Alanya. The only thing I didn't like was that there were no air conditioners in the main restaurant -it was stuffy)))

We had a rest in October 2020. A good hotel, but not a 5*, solid 4. We got a normal room with a side view of the sea. A large green area, a lot of monotonous food, annoying male staff (vulgarly not pleasant), so I do not advise ladies to relax without an escort to this hotel. But for the family, the most important thing is the sea of children and entertainment for them. But the Internet is something with something, minus the star for the Internet. You are supposed to have Wi-Fi, but it only works at the reception, and it sucks so much that consider that it does not exist. We paid for a paid Internet service of $ 26 per person for 12 days and the quality left much to be desired...Like in the Stone Age by God🤣🤣

The sea here is clear, turquoise! A huge beach (there are pebbles and sand). The guys in the shops are very polite, sometimes they bargain and give in prices, if you know how. A wonderful bed linen and underwear store. The owner, Recep, will help with the choice and will always help with various issues. He knows Russian perfectly well.
If it's your birthday, the hotel gives you a compliment! If you visited the hotel for the second and subsequent times, you will also receive a compliment from the hotel in the room.
The rooms are comfortable and cozy. They clean up every day, everything is clean and beautiful.
Annimation for children and adults. There is a gym and much more, even a small zoo.

We have been vacationing at the hotel for 5 years in a row , everything was fine, the sea was gorgeous, the food was always not so good, the service was normal. But this year it's just tin!!!!!!!!!!The hotel has changed beyond recognition, the food, the service is terrible!!!!! We caught up with a lot of people who don't have time to serve the queues , I give them out as if I came to their house and asked for free. I even offended the bartender at the bar on the street, he has been working there for how long we have been driving. We always take sun beds on the beach in the morning, we left for an hour, then they decided to take off the towel because there are not enough sun beds.5 people had a rest, they spent a lot of money, in short, the rest was completely ruined, the last time we went there and there was no one to advise 3 * and that's a stretch now.

1. we drove from the airport for a very long time, about 3 hours (not a hotel jamb).

And I would also like more meat dishes, because if you do not come at the beginning of the meal time, then there may not be meat. And there was also a case when we arrived, then, unknowingly, we took the table with food that we had collected in the restaurant, but they did not put any things and enterprising Russian comrades scattered the food in our absence and asked the waiter to clean everything and took our place...
That's all the cons.
Of the advantages:
1. a huge well-maintained area, very beautiful.
2. excellent beach, by the way, entering the sea is better to the left of the pontoon, a mixture of sand and small pebbles.

We had a rest with friends (3-bed room) from 09/26/20-10.10.20 .. I will be extremely honest in the description.. we usually always choose 5 * AI, less often 4 * AI, not because of the luxury of the rooms, but because of the convenience of rest.. the coolest in terms of comfort and chic from my experience was the hotel in Kemer Semena Sun Clun (Chumyava) ... but !!! We are simple people, we are not greedy for the quality of repairs and the radiance of high-tech room design!!! We chose Justiniano (despite 45-50% of negative reviews : mainly food, room comfort) when viewing photos of the territory, dining room, beach and the proposed price tag ( 169K for 3x for 14h/15d) .. And.... we did not lose !!!!! Yes, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, crabs, lobsters, and other sea reptiles with caviar will not be served to you!!!! But: you won't stay hungry))))) of course, if you think that 5ka should provide you with all kinds of Mediterranean cuisine with the best alcohol of the Anatolian coast, then you are not here.. breakfasts are really standard, but at lunch, dinner (especially dinner) there are a lot of DELICIOUS TURKEY, POULTRY, FISH, MEAT, as well as a variety of meat, meat and vegetable dishes.. Side dishes are standard: rice, potatoes, pasta, vegetables..delicious large-leaf tea is always hot and fresh!!! Alcohol : Let's say it's a three, but the beer is quite good.. Well, the baking is also quite standard!!!! Whoever goes with the children will not regret it (unless, of course, your child is an exceptional mom)... as for the rooms: we got the first turn in the house and the view from the window was just crazy, both at dawn and at a fabulous sunset.. the guys who got the rooms in the new Moonlight building (on the bridge across the street) also did not regret anything... the rooms are ordinary, high-tech or some kind of oriental architectural sophistication (as Tunisia amazed and delighted me a couple of times), you will not find: but everything is functioning, and everything is convenient!!!! As for excursions: Uncle Yura (a Turkish-Mskhetian from Batumi), a cheerful man who speaks Russian perfectly, is sitting 15 meters from the hotel.. take all the tours from him: you will save decently (I think that extra dollars are not superfluous to anyone), and the quality of excursions WILL NOT SUFFER IN ANY WAY!!! He will give you his phone number, and he personally controls everything!!!!!! Would I come back to this hotel again? Definitely yes!!!! But in 2-3 years !!! I do not like to walk along such beautiful, but still "familiar paths" "from fresh memory".. I like to forget my favorite places a little with other experiences, and then come back again!!! and finally: if you are not a completely convinced lazy person, then go to Alanya for all the "surprises and presents" for relatives and friends (30 minutes from Okurjalar, where the hotel is located), there is a whole chain of supermarkets "MIGROS" and buy EVERYTHING for lower prices!!!!

I'll start from the beginning! We arrived at the hotel at 11 a.m. our guide met us at the entrance, told us where to go for registration and told us what time we would meet the next day! At the reception, the staff is Russian-speaking and friendly, they filled out a questionnaire for covid and a hotel card, they gave us a room right away. Let's go to a meeting because we were alone with a child, thank you so much and 5+! The rest of the guests check in from 14! There is a luggage room, I throw off my things, get dressed, put on a bracelet and go ahead until 14 the hotel is at your disposal!
The hotel is large, 4 swimming pools (1 large main, 2 children's with a small slide, 3 with slides, 4 in a hammam with a swim outside)
The sea: clean, large pebbles at the entrance (special shoes are needed) small pebbles-sand at the sun beds
Food: breakfast (boiled eggs, fried, omelets, salads, vegetables, fruits, milk, breakfast cereals, cookies, cheeses, pancakes, jams, Freshly squeezed juices for days! The device has a complete disgusting taste of yuppie! Such juices are everywhere in the hotel! Breakfast is the same every day)
Lunch: the same thing! The cooking recipe only changes sometimes! Either goulash or a whole product. (chicken, liver, cutlets, spaghetti, horns, cakes, fruits, salads, mashed potatoes, potato casserole, pizza, rice, fish, soup, borscht, delicious chicken cream, Turkish soup)

A waste of time, money and nerves. The hotel is very cool. We've been there twice. There is a lot of food, even too much)) the sea is the purest. The waiters are super, except for one at the bar. Room cleaning every day from the swan and)) the beer is normal, but the champagne is just brrrr. Animators are smart. Holidays with children are also great. I want to come back again. The hotel itself smells amazing. They wash it with something delicious-smelling. They even wash asphalt paths with soap. It was very clean and pleasant to relax there. Giustiniano is super!!!!
