The hotel, the beach, the grounds, the food is great! WiFi is in the basement and barely pulls. Paid Wi-Fi is better, for a C grade. There are oddities in the Ol Inclusive program - ice cream is paid there, it's free from 13 to 14. In one pub there is only wine, in the other there is beer. Strong alcohol is paid here, it's free there. There is no one in the main bar in the lobby, the condos do not work there. And the aperol syringe proseco cocktail does not include the aperol itself, it is part of the local white wine and soda))))

The music screams and bangs all day and until 12 at night!!!!! I came to relax by the sea and not listen to the ditz ditz from morning to evening. The contingent is terrible, ill-mannered people who, apart from free beer and lying belly up on the beach, do not need or care about anything. People have 0 upbringing. On the second day they rented a car (not from a local dealer who is 2 times more expensive) but away from the market, and appeared only at night to try to sleep under the infernal slotting until the night deep. Deception with towels, arrived after 3 planes, took towels, a deposit of $ 5 or 50 lira. We gave $ 15 and foolishly signed a receipt in which they wrote 150 lira, tried to download but there are no camera recordings, your signature is worth it, so we are right and that's it. 5 stars here only in the title. I will never come back here again and I will not advise anyone.

Gustiniano park conty Hotel is located in Okurjalar, it took 2 hours to get there. Our vacation is from 11.10 to 17.10.2021. The entrance group on the street with wicker furniture and upholstered chairs looks cozy. The reception is small, I expected more luxurious decoration and space inside.It seemed a little poor, but at the end of the vacation it seems like little things, since you visit the reception a couple of times, and you want to return to this hotel again, although it is not in my rules to visit the same place 2 times.We arrived at 11.30, filled out the questionnaires, and put on bracelets so that we could eat. Check-in after 14. To change our clothes, we were sent to the luggage room, everything is so old, something that you would not expect from a 5-year-old. In general, we changed clothes and went to lunch, very tasty food, there was not much variety, but we always had enough food, vegetables were delicious, burgers by the way, too, wine like everywhere else, normal, everyone drank, premium I did not expect,whiskey Cola and other cocktails were poured at the bar.
But first of all, I would like to mention the SPA, we booked immediately on the day of arrival for the same evening to relax and go to bed. We came in the evening, they gave us towels and took us to the locker room, after which we could warm up in the sauna or steam room. The managers are all very polite and understand Russian well. Then we were taken to the hammam, we went in a group: Me, my mother, my children of 8 and 11 years old. At first, I asked my and my mother's massage therapists to be Thai girls, but then they came up to me and asked if they would mind if there were Turks, I hesitated a little, because I was shy, but I agreed and did not lose. Perkhat and Murat are wonderful massage therapists, professionals in their field. After the massage, they told through the manager about the places where there are problems, my mother had a tightness in her neck, my back, they advised a massage course. We agreed. Super massage therapists, I recommend them, I will definitely contact them again if I come to this hotel. They not only flexed their muscles, but also did acupressure and even controlled my vertebrae. Perkhat, thank you!!!. After the massage, we were escorted to a relaxation room, face masks were applied, chocolate masks for children) and very tasty tea was brought. Then we went for a half-hour massage every day. I strongly advise you to visit the SPA!!!
The food is delicious, the animation is super! Russian, some returned to this hotel thanks to them,: Memo is a prankster and a ringleader, very fun and interesting. the territory is green, you can walk, but everything is quite compact. Near the main large pool there are children's slides for toddlers and older, also near a mini club and a playground with climbing walls, slides, it is very convenient, you can lie sunbathing and the children are in your sight, even on the slides, even in a miniclub, even on the playground, while you can also see the sea)
Of course, I wanted a straight sand beach, but here there are small pebbles, as in Sochi, it is difficult to enter the sea without slippers, but there is a bridge in the sea, the depth is 3 meters, it suits us, the fish swim, we need to take masks) we appreciated the presence of a pier, the children jumped and I too, class. The sea is blue, as clear as a tear, as if we are not near the shore, but somewhere far away.
Nearby, within walking distance, there is a two-storey shopping center with well-known companies: zara, neva, ousho, etc.
We got a room in a bungalow, a little shabby, of course, but in general it is cozy, the beds are comfortable, it is better to ask immediately at the reception not the 1st floor, the sea will not be visible) but for a family with strollers, on the contrary, it is very even, but these are generally small things, since we are not in the room all day.
What I didn't like was that the Internet is ONLY in the conference room (the conference room is also shabby, it's not very pleasant to sit in old clothes), which is detached on the ground floor and catches poorly, it can be impossible to talk. I advise tourists to take the Internet to the room for $ 14 for 7 days, but for 1 device and catches everywhere except the beach, we did not take it because it was enough for us to get in touch in the morning and evening.
The staff is very nice, polite,smiling,everything is wiped with the product, the appliances are in individually sealed bags. High chairs are processed and sealed in film, there are disinfectants everywhere. By the way, there are gels and shampoos in the rooms. But they can't be cleaned in any way, but we don't litter to find fault. I highly recommend the hotel, it proved to be very good for October 2021, I did not want to leave! The weather is hot, the sea is warm, since 15.10 there has been a warm pool near the main building.

A good hotel for the money. The food was delicious and varied, vegetables, fruits, pizza, barbecue meat and fish. A great bar with real Turkish coffee, delicious tea and sweets. The territory is beautiful, we liked it. The room is large and spacious, it has probably been renovated recently, everything works air conditioning, hair dryer, mini fridge with minibar, TV. We stayed with the child from 19.10. for 9 nights in this place. There are three buildings + bungalows on the territory. The hotel was packed, full house! People miss the sun! Our building is a Moonlight, and it's good that it was him, because you can't hear the music and the screaming. We rested for the first time in October, and I will say that the rest turned out to be wonderful! It's fresh in the morning and evening, and hot in the afternoon. The sea is 26.27 +C, it is not cold. There was a lot of food and ice cream everywhere. Animation + disco. We visited a fish restaurant. Everything is decent! The hotel of the main building has a boutique "Leather. Furs", a young woman Margot works there. I advise you to contact them, do not be afraid. They take you to big stores where you can buy things with good discounts. I did not do a massage, the prices are cosmic, apparently, the closing of the season.In general, the rest turned out to be successful! And if you ask if I will go to this hotel again, then YES I will!!!

The reception gave out the keys to the room in the Moonlight. With full confidence that this is how it should be. I immediately showed the voucher- where it doesn't say Moonlight. And she said that we should be settled in a bungalow or the main building. They refused to settle, saying that there were no rooms. They promised to issue a standard room on Wednesday, the 3rd. We had to stay in a room of the lower category for 3 days. We agreed because there were no other options.
On August 3, we were moved to a bungalow. In the farthest building of the bungalow, the room was larger by one bed. But the old air conditioner blows directly into the bed, the old safe without changing the code, the bathtub is less than in the Moonlight, a small shower, low ceiling, reach with your hand. The room itself has nothing to do with the photos and information on the hotel's website. Obvious deception and theft on the part of the hotel, not fulfilling its obligations.

The mattresses in the rooms are very hard, and the audibility is excellent. In bars, if you do not drink alcohol and sweets, the choice is only water and mines. Water. We rested for 11 days, for all the days we never cooked a gozleme. The gym is old, the treadmills don't work, they stand for beauty. The evening program is boring. Cons - there are a lot of vacationers, so many that the hotel looks like an anthill. Considering that it is already November and the time of the low season, I am afraid to imagine what is happening here in the summer. There are not enough tables in the restaurant, you go looking for a place to sit down with a plate, the dishes are dirty (well, this is typical for Turkey), there are queues for food, there are not enough sun beds, at 10 o'clock there are none at all, everyone is busy. The food is really monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. Of course there are no frills, from fish, for example, only mackerel, but every day)) And the biggest disadvantage is rotavirus, it rinses children. He did not bypass us either, we came to the sea to improve our health, and we are lying in the hospital under ivs. In general, even some weak measures for coronavirus, for example, the tables in the dining room are not disinfected, they are simply cleaned, then the next ones sit down. Spoons, tongs are handed out, 1000 people take them, then as a result they lie in the salad bowls with food themselves. It's not normal somehow.

It's definitely not five stars, but some kind of bottom.The food is just disgusting and there's a queue behind it. Finding a free table is quite a quest. The music SCREAMS from morning until late at night and you can't get away from it, especially if your room has a sea view. Definitely not here with the kids . Those who lead a more or less healthy lifestyle will not like it here at all. I sincerely do not understand who leaves good reviews for this place. Either bots, or employees, or overslept drunks, who could sometimes be seen lying around the bar. I will never, ever come here again.
