Great view. But in the cafe upstairs they asked to recharge the phone, the answer was: - charge only if you are our customer. Although 10 steps away, there are sockets in the toilet.
Great!!! It's a very beautiful place..it was a little scary on the glass elevator. But it's worth it!! MINSK is a beautiful beautiful city!!! We will come again!!!
It's a cool place! A long queue for 15 minutes for tickets of 5 br. Suddenly a guide comes out and gathers a group of 15 people for 35 br for everyone. The group got a tour of the library - it's worth seeing from the inside and then got to the observation deck. The view of the city is beautiful. And thanks to a strange guy who paid for the band and did not take money from anyone himself.
Entertainment is literally for 5 minutes with the opportunity to ride a panoramic yacht. On the floor below, you can also sit in a cafe with an inhumane price tag and look at paintings in some kind of gallery.
It's worth climbing once, especially since it's fast and not expensive. There is a cafe and a small exhibition upstairs. But in general, this is not a place to relax or walk.
Great view of the whole city. It's very beautiful, but the impression is a little spoiled… my husband and I are guests in this city, we are from St. Petersburg. We stood in quite a long queue for tickets, we wanted to pay for a visit to the observation deck, like everyone else. But the nice lady at the checkout said that we can go for free, since I am a disabled person of the first group and my husband is my escort. I have such documents with me. But the woman who checks the tickets and lets everyone into the elevator tried to convince us that my husband is obliged to pay, and that I am disabled in another country, and in yours I should not have benefits.... they began to explain to her that her colleague told us to go through like this, we didn't mind paying for both tickets and we didn't mind money at all to look at this beauty, it just didn't turn out well and some kind of residue remained.....

The binoculars are excellent, they were even able to take a photo on the phone with a large magnification through it. You can even wait 30 minutes for water in the cafe. It's all clear
Those who are in Minsk for the first time are required to visit. A minor disadvantage is that over time, the full view of the city is closed due to new buildings.
I liked the panoramic view of Minsk. Everything is closed and it's not windy at all on the roof. Also, the panoramic elevator takes you up quickly enough and in just 6 minutes
They wanted to go up to the observation deck. I called from St. Petersburg twice in advance!, clarified that the library was not working, and the observation room would be open. We arrived and saw that... sanitary day! Thank you, the operator who invited you to the inspection!
We walked in the afternoon, it was interesting, but we didn't see anything special. Maybe everything looks prettier in the evening. You need to walk only in good windy weather
Pure adrenaline. High, and scary. But the city is in the palm of your hand. It's beautiful! It's the first time I've climbed so high. If it hadn't been for the heat, I would have stayed at altitude a little longer
The queue is long, but it's worth it)When you ride the elevator, you will see the whole city. There are binoculars on the site through which you can explore the whole city.I advise everyone, children will especially like it.I like it very much as a child. 💗
Wonderful view of the city!
A huge parking lot!
Panoramic elevator!
Do not stand in line for payment, if there is one, you can pay using your phone and go in almost immediately.
A separate conversation about the library itself. It's open! Although it says on the door: the entrance to the observation deck is on the other side! Everything inside the library is great! Admission is 1.7 rubles, but you can get a ticket for 4.5 rubles and endlessly visit for free (the "Z" is set intentionally), and it does not matter whether you are a Belarusian or a foreigner! And inside there is something to see, the details are on the website! There is a room for children, and there are not only toys, but also a teacher!
There is even a sauna! I'm kidding, it's a FOK! The gym!
I recommend you to visit!
The view is certainly cool, but the frosted glass is annoying to the point of horror and nothing is visible. All the people are standing on the steps at the entrance, as there is no high barrier. It's beautiful at night, for that kind of money you can go up for a couple of minutes
A great place to visit at least once. There is a cozy cafe upstairs. The queue was small, just to go to the cash register and look through binoculars.

The view in all directions is magnificent, among the disadvantages is the poor organization of ticket sales and the low glass fence of the observation deck, in terms of the tilt of the upper glass. With an average height, you won't get good photos.
Very beautiful views of Minsk from a height of 23 floors. It is very interesting in the evening with the buildings illuminated. Of course, in good weather, the playground is open.
It's a good playground. Open on the 23rd floor. The view from the site is not very interesting - on the one hand a residential area, on the other an industrial zone.
I really liked the library's observation deck. Gorgeous views, plus the opportunity to view the original art gallery on the library floors.
Large parking lot.
A very beautiful place, an affordable price, the city is at a glance, a panoramic elevator is an excellent solution, but it's a little scary to climb it for those who are afraid of heights)
There is a very long queue at the checkout (one cashier) with breaks every 2 hours for 15 minutes. It was not possible to buy tickets online from me personally, perhaps because of the type of bank card. I had to stand, although I had a desire to leave. The observation deck is ordinary . But the cafe Graf on the floor below was pleasantly pleased. Thanks to the cafe, it's worth going up.
Beautiful panorama. But it's very stuffy upstairs. Especially if it is slightly more than +20 ° C. In general, it is one of the iconic sights of Minsk that should be visited.

The entrance to the observation deck is separate, from the street, not through the library. Glass panoramic elevator. There are two stationary binoculars on the site. The views are beautiful!
Nothing special. We took the elevator to the 23rd floor, walked around the site, and looked around Minsk. But considering that it is located far from the historical center, it was not possible to get aesthetic pleasure.
This place is paradise. You go up to the observation deck and the area is in the palm of your hand! It's so beautiful and amazing, who hasn't been there, it's a must to go!! (the National Library of Minsk, like the 20th-23rd floor of some of them) I highly recommend everyone to go there and see! It's so clean inside and out.)
One of the high-rise observation decks. From this site, the view opens onto the city's residential buildings and you can see the skyscrapers in the center of Minsk. There is a separate elevator to the site. There are two levels: the top is open - there is no roof, but high fences made of glass are installed along the edges, which is sparkling and not very clean. one floor below is a panoramic gallery with sloping windows that glare.
