Only one ticket office is open. The queue is moving extremely slowly. A maximum of 15 people are allowed into the elevator (it is also one), which creates another queue. On the roof, because of the high partitions, the impression is spoiled. It's very crowded, there's nowhere to roam. The windows are also dirty. The library itself is beautiful, but the viewing room is about nothing.
