The 24th floor is good, the elevator was lifted quickly, it's a pity that one of the 2 binoculars did not work. You can go down to the 23rd floor on foot, there is a closed observation deck, a bar with coffee). It's a pity that the glass on the closed one is glaring in the photos.

The view is beautiful, but it is not convenient to look through the barrier structures around the perimeter. There are viewing binoculars, which apparently work by throwing coins, so stock up on different denominations. It's definitely worth going once. There is a cafe, the prices are certainly above average.
