We've been here twice already. A very beautiful view of the city. You can buy a ticket at the ticket office or pay with a QR code. Simple, fast and convenient. The food is very tasty in the Graf Cafe.🙂
Super! Beautiful panoramic view of the whole city, there is also a panoramic elevator. Inside there is a pleasant cafe and a small exhibition of paintings with views of Minsk
A very beautiful view! I advise you to take a look, especially if this is your first time in our wonderful city of Minsk! The most beautiful view of the city from there is in the evening, when the whole city is in bright lights!
Cool place. A panoramic elevator lifts to the 23rd floor - an observation deck where you can look at Minsk from 4 sides, including from a telescope. On the signs installed around the perimeter, you can read about the sights in the visibility zone.
Tickets can be purchased almost without waiting in line. The view is gorgeous, but you need to guess with the weather. The staff is friendly. There is a cafe on the 22nd floor.
The place is definitely worth a visit. You can get there by metro, by taxi, as convenient.
We got into the rain with hail, but this did not spoil our stay on the observation deck, but acquired its own special highlight. Through binoculars, you can watch football players training at the stadium. I want to go back there in warm, sunny weather.
It is beautiful at a time when it gets dark and the lights of the city turn on, the entrance is not expensive, everyone can afford it, + there is a gallery and descriptions of places worth visiting in Minsk. This year we visited during the day, not so beautiful, more interesting in the evening. I recommend.
The best observation deck in Minsk. There are binoculars for observation. We got there in the evening. The beauty is indescribable. We will definitely go again in the afternoon
An interesting place for Minsk, where there are not so many observation decks. But the height is not too high to see the city at a glance. It will be interesting to visit or show the guests once

Beautiful view of the city! We planned a visit to the site based on the actual weather (we had to wait for several visits to Minsk for several years)). ) Hooray, everything worked out! Unusually, a good panoramic elevator, a cafe just below the site itself. There are 2 free binoculars on the site. We didn 't get queues at the checkout )
It's better to go on weekdays. There is only one elevator for descent and ascent, so you will have to stand. For safety reasons, the site is fenced to a height of about two meters with transparent plastic, so the photos lose their atmosphere, but there is no wind due to them.
If you have time, you can/ should go down to the 22nd floor, there is a small exhibition of paintings, and you can just hang out a little and look out the window
Hmm , the place of review of Minsk , I think , is not the highest , but interesting , I photographed the city , photographed a climber who , like a handy Moidodyr , washed the windows of our national library
Landmark number 1!
They won't let you inside to books without a reader's ticket) there is a park shop and a book museum from the main entrance! observation deck (5 rub ticket) entrance from the other side (there are signs) There is also a quite budget restaurant on the floor below 😋 Ate - delicious.
The view from above is gorgeous, though there is a nuance. The design of the building is such that glass is installed at different angles on the roof, which offers a panoramic view. It was not comfortable. The distortion of the view is also due to the abrasion of the glasses and their turbidity.
It offers a very beautiful view from all sides. The price is not high. I took off one star because not all binoscopes worked. Otherwise, I liked everything)
A great place to visit in Minsk. It offers a very beautiful panorama of the city. The entrance is separate and paid. Take the panoramic elevator to the 23rd floor. It is open until 23.00.
Everything is fine, except for the branch of the Soviet Union at the entrance. It is indicated that bank cards are accepted for payment, as a result, they are sent to the library's website for online payment, which takes place with restrictions... All this creates artificial queues for entry. There is a cafe upstairs, but it is not worth it much, because it is located in an unventilated room, and the air conditioner "blows strongly" to local workers that it is turned off...
A beautiful view in the evening, there is navigation by QR code, but it is not very clear through binoculars, it is cloudy...it's worth going once)) there is also a mini-museum about the sights of Minsk, it is interesting to see and read
The views are what you need. Excellent observation deck. Safety is at the level, you will not be able to fall down, even if you try very hard. There are large stationary binoculars installed at a comfortable height even for the youngest observers.
It's a very cool place, but
1)Standing in line for an hour is like a minim is not normal
You can add payment by hens ,erip, a second cash register in the end
2) instead of not working with a telescope, binoculars are much more convenient
3) put a coffee shop on top
+ 360 degree view
+ A lot of space on the site
+Observation elevator
- It's very stuffy in the elevator. There was nothing to breathe in it at 25 degrees, I wanted to get out as soon as possible, and not enjoy the views
- High glass protection is installed on the observation deck, while the glass is dusty by the end of the day, the review suffers greatly because of this, and beautiful shots will not work
It's a great place! In good weather, there is a wonderful view of the city. The ascent and descent in the transparent elevator cabin gives an unforgettable experience.
The view itself is beautiful, especially beautiful when riding in a panoramic elevator. The playground is located on the 24th floor. There 's not much to do there for more than half an hour . There is a cafe on the 22nd floor, but the prices are above average.
Photos turn out well if you are lucky with the weather.
I got to the observation deck under the sunset in cloudy weather, and even in these conditions the impressions are amazing. Now the goal is to get to it in clear weather during the day. This is one of the reasons to visit Minsk again))
The views are beautiful at sunset, and so, except for the river, there is nothing to look at. If you go from the street when the library is closed, you will have to climb the stairs because the elevator tries to get stuck. There is a cafe with an inflated price tag and an art gallery where talented artists are exhibited.
I put a five, so as not to offend the national treasure of the Republic, but the maintenance staff and the efficiency of the observation equipment at the top leaves much to be desired.
There is a good view of the city from the site. Before the construction of the Minsk Lighthouse residential complex, the view was beautiful. Now part of the review is limited. There is a cafe.
If you have time, it's worth visiting the observation deck. We were there in the evening. Evening Minsk from a height of 23 floors is good.
At the time of our visit, the price was 6 Belarusian rubles per person.
