The cost of a holiday is like in a 5-star hotel.

This is not a restaurant of the Swedish line, at the hotel, but just a dubious canteen "impose yourself", the food of the Soviet sanatorium, just not dietary
Drinks are sometimes very sour
Basically, everyone was ill for 3-4 days, poisoning, etc.
Entertainment and animation 1 out of 10
Even on the territory of the hotel you have to carry money with you, a spa (by the way, no massage) and a restaurant, also with zero service, what is the problem with making an electronic system, it is not clear
You are not offered a room at check-in, but at check-out you have to wait until the maid takes the room from you
The territory of the hotel is not guarded, only the gate from the side of the main street, through which anyone can pass
There is nothing worth it except nature, but it's not worth it.
It is better to pay 50% extra and relax in Anapa, in five stars of the European level_

A wonderful place, on all counts by five! The pools are wonderful, outdoor, indoor with a range of additional services (additional payment) We had a room in the first building with a balcony, the building can be said to be old, the ceilings are high, the sound insulation is excellent, the room is spacious. Cleaning every day, linen change in three days. The staff is polite, the food is for every taste, if you did not have enough fruit, then this is not a problem, you are in Abkhazia, a walk to the market will not hurt. The beach is rocky, there are enough sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone, they will be moved as it is convenient for you. The territory is large, there is a place to walk, a Playground. We liked it and are already planning to return. By the way, very nice seasonal discounts.

The place is very beautiful , the beach is clean , the room is cozy , but on day 2 , Rotovirus infection from 8 people 5 have fallen ill , there is a lot of food but not tasty , a lot of stray dogs need to be sterilized , then they will be calm , very thin do not feed them , I tried to feed them but the staff forbade ! Very sorry !! The staff is not very good , the shampoo is terrible, for such money you can have a better rest!!! The nurse can be given 5 stars to her , all medicines are available !

I would like to eliminate the solar glare of half of those sitting in the dining room during dinner because the windows are panoramic. You can observe a beautiful view of the sea from the dining room during breakfast and lunch, but during dinner the sun's rays dazzle, creating discomfort.
The beach is equipped with free sun loungers and umbrellas, but it is almost impossible to swim in the sea, the entrance to the sea and the bottom in the sea itself is rocky, which causes severe pain to the legs and it is not possible to stand on your feet, even with the slightest waves. Buy corals with thick soles.

We had a rest in Nart at the end of August, quite a decent boarding house. In Abkhazia, with its mind-blowing nature, it is difficult to find good service. The Nart has a reasonable price-quality ratio. Good repair in the rooms, we had 1 junior suite building, decent bed linen, towels were changed every day, drinking water is the same. Our maid cleaned conscientiously and quietly, in our absence. The staff in the dining room is well-trained (which is very rare for Abkhazia), they keep the territory clean very well, everything is well maintained. Food for a solid four, there is more than enough of everything. I will especially note the abundance of fruits, greens, and salads. A pleasant bonus turned out to be a restaurant on the pier, live music, delicious and cozy. There is animation for vacationers with children. There is no pool. The sea is clean, without breakwaters, with dolphins and a beautiful sunset!

It seems like a nice, fresh, renovated hotel, but ...
Rested in August 2023, food for 4, but the plates are always cold (not from the dishwasher) probably washed by hand, and together with the heat, the floor of the hotel suffered from rotovirus.
In the new building, the condees can't cope. Even glass elevators are stuffy. There is very little space in the lobby bar and the bar starts working from 9.00, so if you want coffee at 7 in the morning, it will be overloaded.
The restaurant on the pier is excellent, but even by Abkhazian standards it is expensive. The second "restaurant" is outdoors. Even in the evening, the houses are stuffy, the food is terrible and also not on a budget...
There are also new, soft deck chairs and ordinary plastic ones on the beach, employees begin to arrange them from 7 in the morning, but the most cunning ones are already partisan at 6.30.
The location on the one hand is good - quiet, there are no discos until one o'clock in the morning. And on the other hand, the nearest grocery store is about a kilometer away, and a taxi to the market is 400 rubles in one direction.
Among the advantages, you can also note an indoor swimming pool, a fairly fresh gym and a large green area.

I do not know how It turned out... maybe there were no special expectations in the beginning… But it was one of the Best Vacations ever!❤️
First of all, Nature: perfectly transparent blue!!! The sea, you sail away-turn back and right at "arm's length" Green mountains rise above you…
The new building is gorgeous , there are no complaints about furniture or plumbing, high ceilings, Elevators work perfectly. X
And almost Every Room has a Sea View! (a very competent architectural solution)
The staff is Beyond Praise -Friendly, Attentive, solve problems immediately when contacting.
A Beautiful Green area - The Ratio of Palm Trees and Pines Is Perfect!
And, of course, Animation-Colorful Girls who bring Joy to both Children and Adults! Gorgeous Aqua🤩
Well, for restaurants -There are Special Features) The View is Beautiful from the Pier, Absolutely. (but a very long wait for everything)
if you want a sincere Attitude, go to a restaurant of Caucasian cuisine - You will be Remembered and your Whole Vacation will be Unforgettable!
And the Guys with Subs, Aquabikes will not let you get bored (prices were 1.5 times lower than in Moscow on the Riviera)

A great hotel, unexpected for Abkhazia, three meals a day varied enough to find what you need and eat (advice, put on the same unnecessary clothes for trips to the dining room, soak up the smells for 10 meters), spa center with indoor pool and sauna, pleasantly surprised, the territory is clean, well-groomed, nice to walk, the view from the room was cool, right on the sea, right on the territory you can book excursions, I definitely recommend new Athos and paragliding, land right on the beach in front of the hotel))) in general, we are satisfied with the rest, the service is very unusual for Abkhazia

A wonderful and very comfortable hotel, the room has everything you need. There is an outdoor cafe with a good menu on the delightful, green territory! There are always plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach of the hotel! But I would also like to mention the hotel's dining room, which is very spacious with an excellent interior and polite staff! The food is very varied and delicious!

For the rest, a good restaurant on the pier. From what I didn't like: the dishes are cleaned slowly (but maybe out of season), but the room cleaning was disappointing. Standard room, sea view. On the territory of the Nart there was a cafe Sheds, with excellent Caucasian cuisine and local staff. We arrived this year, went to have lunch for old times' sake. The menu has changed. "Meat in Abkhazian style", they brought hard pieces of unleavened beef under onions, saying that this is exactly how the meat is cooked. The mullet did not separate from the ridge. Homemade lemonade, terribly diluted with water and ice, the taste of fruit is barely caught. The waiter, according to him, arrived from Sochi, and has seen other visitors in his lifetime.

I cannot say that this is a 4* hotel, only in terms of the amount of food on the food court they do not pull on these stars, but in general clean and cozy rooms, a good spa complex, which is included in the price and Parking for cars. You can live, but not eat. In October!!! they got sick with rotavirus, but they were only a week old.
1. The hotel has been operating for about a year, and the tiles are already falling off in some places, the mattresses are new, but they are already pressed in those places where they are most often sat on, a 1.5 liter bottle of water is given 1 time in 4 days, there were 4 of us vacationers.
2. Food, the buffet is monotonous, but it's not scary, it's scary that sanitary standards are not observed: bread is not covered with anything, crackers never change, they are simply added to the basket, again not covered, mixed with wasp crackers. The staff next to the open dishes can sweep, wash with one rag from all tables. The young people who clean the tables play the game who will take away the plates more, as a result, someone does not inform.)))
3. The animation is weak, 2 girls for everyone, but they try, well done.
Of the pros: The nature is gorgeous, the pool is nice outdoor with a paddling pool, a beautiful indoor large pool, it's a pity there is no branch in it for children.

We had a rest from July 20 to August 1, 2022. The reconstruction of the hotel was completed, the hall and reception were transformed before our eyes. Everything is in marble, expensive upholstered furniture. The hotel staff is friendly, clean. If we talk about nutrition, the Abkhazian buffet is similar to a good dining room, where they cook at home, but it's simple. Many vacationers were very pleased. The staff in the dining room is responsive and diligent. The tables were cleared quickly and cleanly. There were no queues and there were always empty tables.
