we stayed at this hotel from April 15 to 22, the building number 5 is new, well equipped.We arrived and immediately after the accommodation we were fed lunch, everything is very tasty and varied, there is an indoor pool, sauna, hammam on site, which is included in the price and can be visited at least all day.There is also an outdoor heated swimming pool, with magnificent views of the sea and the mountains.The rooms are cleaned daily, every three days the bedding,linen and bathrobes are snow-white, the staff is very friendly, we really liked it.

A good parking lot, there is everything you need to relax.

I read the reviews and worried about the food, but it turned out that everyone has their own. If you go with the understanding that this is Abkhazia and 4 stars, and not the Emirates 5 stars, then you will be satisfied.

We had a rest in March .
Positive : Beautiful territory.
Cons: The room has never changed towels in three nights.There was only one cleaning.As soon as we checked in, we immediately noticed the absence of an urn in the room (there was only one in the toilet).But the next day it became clear why -there were ants in the room.
The buffet is a banal dining room .Pros - the girl who greets the guests at the entrance is friendly, which is rare in this hotel.
I recommend the on-site restaurant and coffee shop.But! No one at the reception said that they were functioning.My evening call (at about 20:00) about the availability of a cafe in addition to the buffet at the reception was answered only about the functioning of the buffet restaurant.
The spa area . The only advantage is that the pool is large.Cons-it is not known when it was last cleaned.There are white flakes floating in the water, the water is highly chlorinated.Only the sauna is functioning.Everything else is not .
Summary: I do not recommend it. The hotel does not look like a 4-star hotel.

A great hotel for families with children. There are 4 buildings, right by the sea. Umbrellas, sun beds are all there, and included.
A huge outdoor swimming pool for adults, adjacent to a children's pool. There is an indoor swimming pool, gyms, a shaded court.

We had a rest in August. We were satisfied with the rest, the service, the sea. I was very afraid of rotavirus, but, thank God, everything went without incident. The SPA costs 600 rubles per hour or 1000 rubles for 3 hours. You can use the hammam, sauna, 25-meter swimming pool and lounge area. I had a rest in October. The most powerful rotavirus, the whole hotel was sick, excursions were not going, because half of the bus did not reach. I'm sure it's because of the unsanitary conditions. For example: the staff wipes all the tables with an antiseptic with a cloth and immediately takes out a pack of napkins with the same hands and puts them in napkin holders on the table. Then we understand what will happen.... In this scenario, of course, quarantine should be imposed and the hotel closed, but we understand that this is Abkhazia. It is hard to believe that this sea is a source of universal sufferers, there is a sea in Sochi. There were no such problems there (in Sochi) in October. The food is a dining room, very much for an amateur. I don't recommend it, of course. The room stank of a toilet, the issue is not solvable. Only for fans of extreme recreation.

And we decided to visit Abkhazia. We fell in love. The hotel is calm, not for noisy and cheerful companies. Who writes about food, probably at home they eat food from the chef. The food is delicious. But there's no booze on the buffet, and you can't have yours either. You can order separately at the other bar and for money. The rooms are cleaned every day. The area is clean . The Novoafonskaya hydroelectric power station, the Novoafonsky monastery, and the cable car are 40 minutes away by car. You only need to pay for Parking 200 rubles. near the New Athos cave, the cost is 700 rubles per person . We didn't like it, money is wasted. One crowd.

A great hotel in a stunningly beautiful location! One of the best locations in Abkhazia.
A comfortable private beach with sun beds and sun loungers. Few people, clean and incredible sunsets. An ideal option for those who want to swim and sunbathe.
The hotel itself has just been renovated - everything is new and clean. The territory is beautiful and green. There is a place to walk.
The rooms are pleasant and cozy.
We were in the fifth building, a room with a sea view, you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves.
The food is a buffet. Simple and delicious. Some dishes are for the amateur, but in general there is plenty to choose from.
The restaurant itself with panoramic windows is located on the shore.
There are also two restaurants on site for a fee. Live music. I liked the kitchen, the menu is varied. In general, I recommend it.
It is located in the center, there are shops nearby and where to walk.
The hotel is much superior to the average Russian resorts.
I definitely recommend a visit!
P.S. it is better to book through travel agencies, because they have much more profitable offers.

First line, spacious room with sea view. Its own beach with 2 types of sun beds (soft and ordinary plastic). The beach with pebbles is clean. Wi-Fi is available throughout the territory and on the beach.

The rooms are clean, slippers, bathrobe, luggage storage. The linen is changed on the 4th day. There are towels for the beach.
There are 2 swimming pools on site (outdoor and indoor in the SPA area). There is a sauna and a sauna, various massages. Parking space.

We had a rest at the hotel in September 2023, with a small child.

For food- a buffet restaurant, also left positive impressions. The food is more like homemade, but I want to note everything is delicious.
On cleaning - here there are questions. For some reason, cleaning is carried out on the 4th day of stay , this is very rare, given the high humidity. During this time, the towels are very wet, and they do not dry. This turned out to be the downside of the hotel.
Of the advantages, there are also bathrobes and slippers.
There is also a new fitness room.
In general, the impressions are positive. I think we'll come back.

The hotel itself is not bad with good infrastructure. New modern building, dining room, restaurant, private beach with sun beds and umbrellas. A newly built SPA building with a swimming pool. While we were there, repairs were still being completed, but it was already possible to visit the pool and SPA.
But that's where all the benefits end. The staff does not work well, either they do not know how, or they do not want to.
The service at the hotel negates all other listed advantages.
We booked a junior suite with a balcony and sea view. In the video from the website, the balcony has a transparent glass fence, allowing you to enjoy the view of the sea while sitting. In fact, they provided a balcony with a solid concrete fence, where you can admire the concrete wall while sitting.
It was only after 2 rounds of negotiations that our room was changed, and then two days later. The table and chairs on the balcony also had to be knocked out.
At the SPA, during the massage, the masseur was just openly rude. We dealt with the SPA manager, after which the massage therapist apologized.
The NART restaurant is open from 9 o'clock, but at 9 there are not even waiters there yet. We waited 45 minutes for oatmeal on the water. In the evening, they simply may not come to your table, although the load is not full, we just left one evening without waiting for service.
The Swedish line is delicious in principle, but whether it's the food or the water, we each poisoned ourselves 2 times.
In general, the impression of the rest was terrible, we were going home with joy. We will not go there anymore and we do not recommend it.

And she said from the crib that she would not provide and had every right not to settle us. It took a lot of time and nerves, the little child already wanted to sleep. As a result, we settled in, but we didn't want to arrive there anymore. Everything could be solved with one sentence: "we will now call Alian and clarify everything," we were rudely told that we still have to make concessions. There were 2 girls and 2 children. The guys at the reception watched the conflict and rolled their eyes, clucking, instead of calling the crib. The trainee girl just picked up everything quickly and heard us. The maids are responsive, this is the question of one adult woman who actively did not hear the rules of accommodation, as she told in the concentration camp. The next day, we asked to contact the manager, since we were not going to stay here on principle, Aliana said that all the data was transmitted. The manager apologized, but the children saw it all. We tried to leave the hotel for the whole day, 4 days were ruined. + the whole hotel is suffering from rotovirus there, the pool is warm-children. We got sick on the last day in pm. The room smelled of cats, very unpleasant smells in the bathroom. nodes. But the overseers are everywhere, I repeat, like in a concentration camp, if you take too much in their dining room, where you didn't want to eat. Before that, we were in other places in Abkhazia, there was no such attitude. Queues outside the cafe with a swear word (if you take more than 2 cups, the crowd is raging), wooden pears, cherries each 5 with rot. The waiters are young, not experienced, not well-mannered. (They clean the table when you eat and can dump food from dirty plates on you) I saw a rag fall to the floor, was picked up and wiped the tables again. The sun beds are always busy in the morning, towels are hung out by the pool as well. A separate topic is rotavirus! A lot of people get sick, fever, vomiting, diarrhea. There is a doctor at the hotel. But this is more psychological help)) the rooms are cleaned every 4 days!!! There are no animations for children. (The choo choo train..
