The boarding house is excellent. The food is without complaints, the beach is large with comfortable new sun beds, free guarded Parking, the territory is not large but comfortable and tidy. I had a family vacation this year in July.The desire of the management and staff of the hotel to make your stay as comfortable as possible is striking.The rooms are spacious, the cleanliness is perfect and this is despite the fact that the territory is constantly being landscaped.I would like to pay special attention to the dining room and the restaurant.Buffet, 3 meals a day - the kitchen is just super.On-site Wi-fi, however, does not work everywhere.The pension is conveniently located in the center of Gagra, there is Parking for private transport on site.

We had a rest at the Nart Hotel in September 2023. We were lucky with the weather, the water in the sea was warm and clean. The hotel's website stated that the water in the outdoor pool is heated, but this is far from the case. Nice, warm water in the indoor pool. We rented two rooms in the first building. Suite with sea view and Junior Suite with mountain view. They paid a little more than 130,000 for two rooms. Midges were flying in the junior suite because there was a towel in the refrigerator that stank. Of the care products, there were 2 soaps and 1 gel. The two-room suite had a dirty gray sofa, a broken towel holder. There were strange bayonets on the walls in the bedroom. The cherry on the cake is a shared balcony with neighbors. That is, you can't leave the door to the balcony open. In the evening, you will not be able to sit quietly either, because the neighbors are nearby. The food is very poor. It's the same thing every day. You won't stay hungry, but it's terrible. Baby high chairs for feeding the dead. On the third day, everyone came down with rotavirus. The doctor is on duty on the territory 24/7, for this I thank them very much. They also brought a small birthday present -a plate of fruit.
I put three stars only for the friendly staff and beautiful views of Old Gagra.

We rested in this boarding house from 07.07-07/15/2023. There is no worse rest to be found.
The hotel is disgusting, the rooms are small, there is no cleaning, the drinking water is given only on the 4th day, only 1.5 liters per family.
When booking, they asked for a single bed, as a result, upon check-in, there were two separate beds.We have a child, they asked for a cot, but physically there is no place to put it in the room.
When asked why the beds are separate, the receptionist at the reception only shrugs, in principle, as well as all other disadvantages.
Soap accessories are one name, there are not even toothbrushes.
And shampoo and shower gel are like probes in bags, i.e. it is unrealistic to wash long hair, well, they are given out on the 4th day of stay.
Then it's even more fun, the food is terrible, monotonous dishes, the remains of which are then also put in the next serving.The greens are old.the vegetables are stale, the salads are simply disgusting, there are bitten pieces in the common basket with bread, hair on desserts, the cutlery is half-washed.
There is a swimming pool on the territory that closes at 18:00 in the evening, sun loungers on the beach, the time of use of which was announced before 20:00, but they begin to clean it at 18:30 and then almost from under you.
Children's animation is the same every time, the same songs and dances all week, nothing new.There is a children's room, which is paid 300 rubles per hour per child! horror!
The lobby bar is open around the clock, but this is far from the case.
When leaving, I wanted to drink coffee, having given the child to a paid nursery, we were looking for a bartender for 30 minutes, as a result, who slept under the bar.
Somehow, after making coffee, I wanted to pay, but difficulties arose with this, the bartender does not know the prices for the assortment.
The room cleaning is disgusting, one can say no, the hair was removed in the shower after drying the hair and spent the whole week with us.
Expect clean towels only on the 4th day, as well as soap preparations, it is worth fighting for water, as well as for clean towels and bathrobes.
As a result, the rest was spoiled, the friends with whom we went fell ill with intestines, including children of 3 years old, and we were not left without attention to sores, valeyamsya with the same symptoms.
I do not recommend this hotel, they just threw money away, the staff is lazy, they do not want to solve issues in any way, while only paying, and not for anything.
There is no service, you will stupidly kill time and spend money, for which you will rest with a bang in another place!

Rotovirus is in the hotel. Everyone is sick. They are being poisoned in the canteen. The dishes in the dining room are not washed, and with drops of water, it means they are not washed in the dishwasher, but with their hands.
On the beach, large umbrellas are occupied from 06:00 in the morning, and if you come to the beach at 09:00, there is a risk that there will be no umbrellas at all. Entering the sea is not pebbles, not large pebbles, but cobblestones, the size of half a brick, without corals it is dangerous for life. The sea is dirty, the coast is dirty, they don't clean it. The rooms, although renovated, are not suitable for recreation, they are completely uncomfortable. The cost of the standard for a second is 15,000 rubles per day.
This boarding house is the bottom!
I do not recommend it categorically.

Sterilliz...stop the dogs!!!! Rest is spoiled by dogs that are not neutered , they run in a pack . If no one cares, maybe your favorite Sled will do it. It 's not pleasant enough . Super beach, super buffet, lifeguards on the beach well done! Comfortable sun beds are half of them true. Cleanliness! They should open their own store there, the bar has more choice of drinks and ice cream and snacks for beer or wine to take to the beach.
