The hotel is clean, the food is tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful. But there is only one channel on TV.

Convenient location.
Polite and helpful staff.
The breakfasts are varied, but the hot dishes on the buffet are slightly warm.
I lived in a corner room with a balcony.
The room is small, cozy, and has a comfortable place to work.
Minuses:
Bad sink drain. After turning on the water, in less than a minute, the sink is filled to the brim with water, so it is not possible to comfortably wash even your hands.
The TV was not working. During the three days of my stay, the hotel staff failed to solve the problem with the TV signal.
There are stains on the carpet that spoil the impression of the room.

I'll start with the pros. They are there) A good location, the room is clean, normal bed linen, towels and even a very good bathrobe. I liked the breakfasts too. There are also hot dishes to choose from (eggs, porridge, meat, etc.), and vegetables, cheeses, pastries, sweets, fruits.
Let's move on to the cons. Everything is worn out and it is visible to the naked eye. Somewhere something is smeared, cracks, holes, etc. It blows strongly and noisily from the window - at the same time it is closed and it is not so cold outside. It's cold in the breakfast room too, people were having breakfast in jackets. The bathroom is also very cold. The water in the shower lives its own life, then boiling water, then ice water without your participation. It's good that the cabin is spacious and you can dodge. The toilet drain did not work, it was repaired after the second treatment. The door to the corridor with huge slits - the corridor can be heard very strongly. Well, the main pain is Wi-Fi, he's more dead than alive. He works a little better at night, but since 5 a.m. he is practically gone. I definitely do not recommend this accommodation option for business trips, because it is impossible to work there.
The staff is quite adequate and even friendly in places, but this saves the overall impression.

The price does not exceed the quality, but is generally tolerable. Clean enough and friendly staff, excellent location. But the Wi-Fi is not working properly, I got a room where the shower water did not drain and the toilet did not work properly. After being asked to fix it, they made it even worse, and they couldn't fix it in all three attempts.

The hair dryer did not work, I went to the reception several times, but the hair dryer was not replaced, it was not repaired, completely ignoring the situation, I walked with a wet head (it is not the month of May outside). The Internet didn't work from the word at all!!!! Towels with holes, toothbrushes are one name, all the bristles remained in your mouth after cleaning (take your own with you). It was as if coffee was being brewed in the kettle, as if the earth was at the bottom, they couldn't even drink tea. In the mini bar, half of the products are spoiled ... I asked for a replacement, they reacted quickly, but it was unpleasant, so check it out. Breakfasts for 3, everything is cold, weathered, as if everything has been lying for several days. I didn't like the hotel, the reasons:
1. interruptions with Wi-Fi, it works for 10 minutes, then it turns off, I have to reconnect, this is extremely inconvenient for me, because while I'm connecting for work, I work for 5 minutes, and I connect for 5 minutes.
2. The furniture doesn't seem to be all old, and everything in the room worked, but the battered toilet bowl was impressed, the replacement costs a penny, but apparently the hotel management believes that there is no point in spending them on updating, and so it will do.
3. I left early in the morning, my breakfast was paid for, I didn't need it so early, but I wanted to drink coffee, especially since nothing works nearby at 5 a.m., I was refused, I didn't argue and prove something / find out- I decided that I would put up with an hour and drink coffee when I'll get to the airport, but as they say, the sediment remains.
Based on all of the above, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Disgusting hotel in the city center. Doors, furniture and plumbing are all in poor condition, problems with hot water, the Internet is "weak". Of the submitted photos, only the facade corresponds, everything else is Photoshop or an old forgotten story. The rooms are dirty, for three days they watched the dirty dishes that stood near the door of the neighbor's room. The TV shows only free channels, the air conditioner is covered in dust and dirt, the headboard is screwed with construction screws, and the upholstered upholstery is in traces of great historical human influence. The three-star hotel does not match, perhaps it was once a candy bar, but today it looks more like a roadside motel. Outsourced breakfasts at a nearby Georgian restaurant were also not impressed. At 07-30, all "hot" dishes are cold, cleaning of tables on request. We lived in room 22.

The hotel is not bad, only the rooms are a little tired: the closet doors do not close well, the shower cabin with a smell and a strange watering can - apparently to increase the water pressure, only from the central holes it blows, well, it is very unpleasant and painful. They cleaned daily, however, for some reason they "forgot" to clean on the last day. Towels and bathrobes were changed daily. There is a kettle, cups, tea bags in the room, two bottles of 0.5 water were put in every day. The breakfasts are varied - porridge, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, and a lot of fruits, the pastries are excellent.
But the biggest advantage of the hotel is its location: the center of the old city is within walking distance - the local Arbat, Kunaev and Nazarbayev Avenues are located on both sides of the hotel. Opera and Ballet Theater, Panfilov Street, also pedestrian, two metro stations, a huge number of cafes.

Very poor condition of the rooms, an uncomfortable place to stay. The facade of the building was being renovated, the window cannot be opened to ventilate the room, the smell of paint comes in, etc. It was advisable to close the hotel for the duration of the renovation. The rooms are very cramped, entering the bathroom you immediately run into the toilet. The fair price for accommodation there should be at least 2 times lower than the stated one. And anyway, it needs major repairs!

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The location is very good. Everything is within walking distance. Near the opera and Ballet theater. By the way, I managed to go to the ballet) I was walking, saw the theater, went in and bought a ticket. There were actually no tickets. But for you, a life hack: politely leave your phone to the cashier and ask him to dial you if suddenly someone unexpectedly hands over the tickets. In my case, that's what happened.
Next to the hotel there are many cafes where you can eat delicious food, including breakfast. In the hotel itself, next door, you can get into a Georgian restaurant through an adjacent door. The food is delicious there and there is a breakfast buffet in the morning. The cost is 5,000 tenge.
You will be able to walk near the hotel, there are a lot of beautiful places, I will not list them all.
I had comments on the number itself, so I gave it three stars. In general, everything is fine: there is a refrigerator, 2 bottles of water, disposable slippers, toothbrushes. There was no safe, he carried all the documents and cash with him. There were only 2 hangers in the closet in the room. The shower head did not work, it leaked heavily, and in order to take a shower, I had to look for the turning point of the watering can at a certain angle). There was a cooler on the floor, but there was no water. Of course, all these little things could be experienced. However, several times I politely, without swearing, asked different administrators to help me somehow. But after only two days, after my next request, a few hours before my departure, the issue was resolved) Unfortunately, the customer orientation of the administrators does not allow us to put the maximum rating.
This was confirmed once again. I extended the room for another day, but left at night for the airport, having handed over the room. After 2 hours, I call the hotel and inform them that my flight was postponed to 9 o'clock. He asked if I could come and stay in my room until morning. Moreover, it was paid before 12.00. I was told that you had checked out, the room was rented. If you want, then pay again and live. They are probably right, but I think it would be possible to find a solution for recent clients. But, alas, not fate.

The worst hotel in my life. However, I haven't seen it worse
Tulle curtains are the color of dirt, they look creepy, I even thought about taking them off and taking them to the reception.
The basement, the window is behind bars, cigarette butts and garbage are scattered there. You can't get out from behind the bars in case of a fire. This is such a gross security breach that I have no words.
He goes outside, thank God, I took earplugs, otherwise I won't fall asleep because of the noise of cars and people passing by.
They didn't put toilet paper on arrival at all.
They didn't put water on at all, I also went to beg at the reception.
The refrigerator is not working and no one came to fix it for the second day.
The room stinks of damp and musty rags. In general, there is such a smell in the room, as if it were a closet for storing rags.
The room has not been cleaned once.
Breakfasts are a separate pain. We have to beg for food, there are not enough eggs for everyone, we are constantly running out of forks, plates, or something else. I ate with a spoon because I can't wait 20 minutes for forks to be given.

We were tired and did not immediately pay attention to the phrase: "payment for the entire period, we do not return the money." And it was worth paying attention, because I wanted to return the money and leave the hotel right away.
A carpet of someone else's hair and the remains of some liquids were waiting for us on the bathroom floor. After the conversations, we were presented with the "best" room, in which soap dishes were broken, torn and gray towels, and extremely shabby furniture with traces of cigarettes. The smell of tobacco was even in the walls.
If you want a clean hotel, you are definitely not here. For this money there are better offers around.
