THEY BREED for money!
Upon check-in, visitors are charged a deposit of 20,000 tenge, to answer the question - for what? they tell you in advance - for damage to property! As if assuming that this will definitely happen and a surprise awaits you at the end.
At the same time, a hotel room cost 50,000 tenge per day (they took it for 7 days), which in itself is not cheap for this level of the hotel (now it costs up to 25,000 tenge).
When leaving the hotel, my husband was told that he had ruined the towel, there was a stain on it that was difficult to remove (they showed a 1x1 cm stain in the photo on the phone). When he offered to pick up a towel and wash it himself, the hotel staff replied that they had lost this towel and/or thrown it away!?
And it costs 8,000 tenge! CLEAN WATER DIVORCE!
The manager's call did not resolve the issue, the money was NOT RETURNED. Fraudulent schemes to deceive visitors are 100% established!
The result: a spoiled mood and an unpleasant impression of people! SAVE YOURSELF NERVES AND MONEY!

Breakfasts are not exactly pleasing in abundance , but you will not stay hungry. Rather, for those who are not picky. Other dishes can be prepared for a fee.

The hotel is terrible, everything in the room is very old, needs to be repaired. The towels and linen are washed. The carpet is dirty. And the room as a whole is dirty. Of the disadvantages, only stains on the walls, furniture, and sometimes linen with holes (washed). I didn't catch Wi-Fi well in the back room. The strangest thing is the mattresses, a simple yellow paralon was laid on top of the mattress, well, so-so look and feel.
