This is the worst hotel I 've ever seen and I 've been to 25 countries! The rooms are dirty and stink , they swore for 3 days to be cleaned , but No , the TV does not work , hot water every other time , no soap , this is a nightmare and not a hotel !

We arrived on the 29th at night. We called this "hotel" the price by phone is 125 thousand tenge for the first night, the remaining 75 thousand tenge. Upon arrival, the price of the first night increased by 25 thousand tenge. The local concierge (as it turned out, he is the owner of these hotels) said that "the boss said to sell 200 thousand each, but he will give us 150 each," well, OK. He said you'll spend the night in this hotel, and then we'll move you to a room with three beds in another hotel. The room of an ordinary mildom is just tin: the sheets are all in holes, there was no hot water, there was a hole in the wall in the next room, the Wi-Fi works for a minute then flies off, it's scary to go into the shower without UGC. The next day we move to the mildom premium, instead of 2 hours we settled somehow at 4, like "there are no rooms, we don't know", somehow we settled into a family room with one large bed. The third was given a set of mattresses, a pillow and a blanket. The room is not much better, but at least you can wash yourself. In the morning, this "director" was caught when asked where the room with three beds that you promised, he said that, like, be glad that he had already settled in. I do not recommend this "rotten watermelon merchant" to any Russian. For the same money, you could rent a room in Rixos.

A scam! The hotel in the photo and in reality are two different planets. Firstly, there are two of them: Mildom and Mildom Premium. Premium can be 4 stars and everything is fine there. And photos of rooms/breakfasts are from Premium. But the usual Mildom Hotel is a dump! At the reception, upon check-in, they immediately asked: Will you watch the number? Just keep in mind, we do not refund the cost! And I saw why such a phrase is greeted - the number is just atas. The sockets are falling out, long black female hair is on the bed and chair, the furniture is about 30 years old, all broken, the sink is all cracked, the bed linen has already been mended, but it's still torn! I was just squeamish to touch anything! They moved in the next day, but the room turned out to be only slightly better. Sockets, linen, cleanliness, furniture, plumbing - all the same! And breakfast is a separate song. Look at the official photo of the hotel - you will not see such a buffet again. In reality, this is a cold extension on the street with old (naturally) furniture. The annex is without decoration, bare plank floor, dirty crooked tables with plates from 1939, stamped forks/spoons. A vat of hot water, a thermos of coffee, fried and boiled eggs, soy boiled sausage (I don't even know where they sell such filth). There are 4 types of cold pastries. It's disgusting to look at all this, let alone pick it up. Outright doubts that all this is done in sanitary conditions.
Go around the Mildom Hotel by the seventh road. Almaty is a wonderful city with very decent hotels - do not spoil your impression of Kazakh hospitality.

I do not recommend it in any case. All the photos shown on the booking are real, but taken 10 years ago. The hotel was booked 2 weeks in advance. The first impression can be deceptive, but this is not the case. We arrived at night, the reception says that the room is not ready yet. After 20 minutes, they gave me the key. Payment of 100 percent at once plus a deposit of 20,000 tenge per bar. The room is small, the carpet is old and dirty,the curtains are very dusty,you fall into the bed like into a pit, a dusty chandelier hangs in the center, not working, the lighting does not work near the beds,the air conditioner is noisy, there is no remote control, the TV does not turn on,the screen is scratched,there are no doors in the shower stall, everything pours on the floor, the tank the toilet is filled in 10 minutes, the towels are all gray, there is hair on the bed linen, it is dusty in the closet, some rags are lying around.We paid in dollars, as for booking 401 $. On the third day at the reception, the guy says that we still owe 27,000 tenge due to the difference in exchange rates, we have an internal exchange rate of 380, although there are 445 in the exchanger.Some kind of scam. As a result, I had to change it at the exchanger and pay in tenge without overpayment.The reception did not question anything, toilet paper was carried for 2 days.One star only for breakfast, the only thing that's normal about it.

This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. Literally, the room smells like a trash can and looks like a dilapidated doghouse. I strongly recommend that you stay away from him. I'm attaching some photos that should scare you, but you have no idea what the smell is like here.

The shower is good, the water is running fine. Towels of various sizes and 1 bathrobe were offered. You need to pay 10,000 tenge as a deposit for the bar, this was not announced in advance. Well, if you don't want to, everything can be emptied and you use it as a refrigerator. Detergent and paste are of very poor quality, it is impossible to wash with them. The rooms were not cleaned all the days that we were there. The staff is polite and unobtrusive. Breakfast was offered in the cafe downstairs from 7 a.m. They didn't use it, so I can't say anything.

We arrived with a large suitcase, they wanted to move us to the 4th floor, in the absence of an elevator!!! Then they still gave me a room on the 2nd floor. There was no 2nd set of towels, bathrobe, slippers in the room. I couldn't turn on the TV. I went to the reception, the master was called, he turned on the TV with some kind of paper clip, after which they were able to use the remote control. The 2nd set of towels and slippers were brought. But the room is small, and there is not even a chair near the table with a mirror. The room is dirty. Unfortunately, I did not take a photo.
The price is only for the location, the quality leaves much to be desired.

I understand that not all numbers can be the same. But torn sockets, stained curtains, an unpleasant smell in the room, plus mold on the ceiling and walls, this is a small fraction of what is unacceptable.
Probably the price should brighten up these moments, but no. The room costs an average price tag, as in other places. We stopped only because it was late, we were tired and most of the hotels nearby were banally busy.

There are 2 mildom hotel outlets in the building: regular and premium.
Through hotellook, the prices for accommodation were more expensive than on the hotel's website. As a result, on 03.12.2022, I booked a lux single at mildom premium for 22,000 tenge per night (with breakfast)
When I arrived, it turned out that my number was not available. I was sent to the mildom ordinary in a single room. And they tried to sell it for 25,000 tenge per night. I survived the night there for the price of a lux single. A photo report is attached. I had breakfast the next day. A good standard buffet. A pleasant Georgian restaurant.
And I moved into the lux single, where everything was better, but the window was blowing, so they brought me an electric battery with a broken wheel. The usual brews were cold. It was necessary to knock out another number...

In short, they took their own out of the pressure device and turned on the air conditioner and TV. Breakfast is the same as everything else.
