Which is unacceptable for someone who has arrived for work. But my room was changed and everything was fine. What needs to be seriously worked on is breakfast. A very strange assortment: a lot of cold "hot" sandwiches with a strange filling. I don't even want to try. The pastries are not bad, but not enough. Porridge.
I would recommend removing these strange sandwiches, putting in some sliced vegetables, putting in bread and putting on a toaster. Two porridges to choose from, eggs, sausages. Tea, coffee. It's already a good breakfast set.

This hotel is located in an apartment building and is located in two entrances, so you may not get to where you need to go. There are no elevators in the hotel, and carrying your 27 kg suitcase to the third floor every day is an unpleasant activity. Dirty trampled carpet in the hallway and in the room. Dirty walls, stained tulle, a broken toilet lid, a broken toilet brush. Can't you fucking spend a fucking 300 tenge on a new ruff??? When checking in, there was only body lotion in the bathroom. Miraculously, the next day after cleaning, shampoo and shower gel appeared. Now about what caused the huge stress. In the morning, after leaving the hotel and returning 12 hours later, I found that all my things from the room had disappeared. We sorted it out for 30 minutes, the administrator was doing completely different things, instead of figuring out where things had gone. No one even thought to look at the cameras. After several calls, we found out that it was the new cleaner who mixed up the numbers and took my things. Are you serious about this? Yes, for such a thing, you should tear off your arms and legs and shove them you know where. I went to breakfast at 7.30. All the food was cold, although breakfast starts at 7 in the morning. There is a mini-bar, but there is no price for its contents, so you may be surprised at an unknown price when you check out. The sound insulation of the room is terrible, it feels like the windows are open. The bed is broken, it keeps on snot. Now it became clear to me why it says on the counter that the payment for accommodation is not refundable, because obviously many people refused such a "service". In the evening, I warned that I would leave early and needed documents on accommodation, well, as expected, no one did anything, allegedly there was another administrator who changed and immediately quit. There are no words. Burn in hell for the hassle.
