I liked everything — from the atmosphere and service to the wonderful playlist that was playing. The atmosphere is pleasant, it is comfortable to be inside.

A very interesting and authentic menu with different stories and sayings. It's like you become a part of every story by ordering dishes.
The cocktails are delicious. Lusta with duck is wonderful, Old Belarusian flaky soup is above all praise — rich, tasty, thick, hot. Pork temples are just a dump of everything, and the portion is such that there is simply no place left for dessert.
I definitely recommend Litviny for a wonderful evening and a delicious acquaintance with the local cuisine. Only book in advance

An interesting restaurant of modern Belarusian cuisine, with an original presentation and a cool interior. The prices are quite reasonable, I left more in the Lido, although it is ridiculous to compare such establishments. I didn't try much, I can't say that the kitchen was amazing, maybe there are even 4 balls, but maybe I didn't get to the main dishes, so we won't reduce it

A great place with great surroundings and style. Belarusian cuisine in a variety. The impressions are extremely positive. I am from Brest myself, but visiting Minsk I managed to visit here: friendly staff, varied menu, and salivating when choosing dishes. The interior has its own style. What is the design of the menu itself worth: it's like flipping through a glossy magazine, feeling the natural leather cover in your hands. There are a lot of different details in the design that harmoniously complement each other. I recommend trying borscht: they bring it in a pot and with a bun, it's sooo delicious. And be sure to check out the desserts. Pear is definitely an unusual, delicious and balanced dessert, and the serving is my homage. The place is mandatory to visit.

Service 10/10: A wonderful restaurant with wonderful people - chef Olga, waiter Vladislava - thank you very much for your sincere experience and impressions! Olga is the most charismatic and radiant chef I've ever seen. Vladislava knows the most hidden features of dishes, is always positive and open in communication!!
Cuisine 10/10: Delicious soups - borscht with real beetroot from the oven, daily cabbage soup with a light smoked taste are magical. The meat dishes are all delicious, we've tried everything)
Tinctures of their own production are drunk easily and without consequences for the head. Dessert Pear is a branded top!!! Even digestif is a separate experience with sparks like in the Lord of the Rings))) We didn't have time to try the farshmak - for the next time.
Location 10/10: Conveniently located in the center near the Church of St. Simeon and St. Helena. Full boarding already at 15.30 means that the place is in high demand - book in advance.
P.S. Don't pay attention to the stuffy reviews per unit - people are just having a bad day, and the restaurant is wonderful. I want to come back here. Long years of prosperity to you!!

A very worthy place! Everything has improved for us, from the interior to the menu. The staff is very friendly. An interesting menu with local cuisine, the choice of dishes is quite wide, the presentation is beautiful. Incredibly delicious cuisine. Very polite staff, special thanks to the bartender Victor. Borscht is just a bomb, I definitely recommend it. Some dishes have a very interesting presentation, bread with bacon on coals, it seems to be a simple dish, but serving is also a theme for borscht. I haven't tried Forshmak, but I've seen it served, and it's being prepared in front of you. Having ordered any dish, you will not make a mistake in choosing and it will be perfect.

The unusual and spectacular presentation of some dishes makes this place popular not only with local residents, but also with guests of the Belarusian capital. An extremely delicious ice cream with black bread and buckwheat popcorn and salt is definitely worth a try for fans of unusual taste sensations. I strongly advise you to visit, you won't regret it.
It is worth visiting the breakfasts and lunches separately, as well as ask for the hunting menu. One of the owners is a hunter and customizes meat for his restaurant.
The only thing is that the shingles should be improved: the potatoes are too greasy and too finely grated.

A wonderful atmospheric place, very tasty food, my first visit to this restaurant left an incredibly pleasant impression of myself. But unfortunately, when I came to dinner in the evening, I was faced with the absolute lack of professionalism of some individual waitresses, which can be interpreted as absolute disrespect for the guest.
Otherwise, I would say that this is the best restaurant (of national cuisine) in Minsk. Therefore, I was very disappointed with the attitude of some of the staff. The first restaurant I visited in Minsk upon arrival from Moscow was Zalkind Kitchen, and for me it remained the benchmark in the issue of staff's attitude to the guest. Therefore, I wish your establishment to grow many times in this aspect, so that this restaurant can be put on the same level as the most premium restaurants in Minsk.

We specially came from St. Petersburg to Minsk, for the national cuisine of Belarus, but past the incredibly delicious borscht with cranberries, we also got incredible pancakes, a warm salad and simply amazing beef cheeks!!!
But this is only half of the emotions, the atmosphere of the establishment is simply luxurious and at the same time homely. Of course, the staff, the girls are just great, Elizabeth, Alexandra and our invaluable waiter Ekaterina! Thank you all so much for your help in organizing a small miracle...

We came to Minsk from Moscow to see the city, we were advised to visit this restaurant, and we are very glad that we were able to visit it. Even on weekdays at 18:00 it is difficult to find a table free, so book it.
We arrived without reservation on a first-come, first-served basis, we were escorted to the bar, about 10 minutes later and we were already sitting at the main table.
The waiter girl is friendly and sweet!
The order arrived quickly:
Beef tartare is excellent 10/10, my favorite dish in restaurants)
Hunting soup - the guy didn't quite like it, like a regular soup, but it was delicious.
Pork temples with vegetable puree 10/10 are the best🔥
We also ordered bread with bacon on coals, I'll attach a video, the delivery is great!
From dessert:
on the guy's birthday, a gift from the establishment - dessert pear 6/10 seemed to be ordinary to us.
Rye ice cream with coarse sea salt and buckwheat popcorn is an interesting combination 7-8/10, I think I'll try it once. I advise you to visit, it's clean and beautiful! No dog friendly, and it's a pity(

My favorite restaurant in Minsk. Sooooooo delicious and sooooooo unusual. When I come to Minsk, I always have lunch and dinner there. And they always feed me extremely tasty and beautifully there.
A separate respect for desserts: a bucket of potatoes and rye ice cream are my favorites. And kvass :-)

An amazing restaurant of modern Belarusian cuisine near the railway station.
It's very popular at lunchtime and in the evening, so it's better to book a table in advance, but we were lucky, we didn't wait long for an empty table.
The staff is neatly dressed, polite and attentive.
The dishes are hearty and very tasty. Some with a very original presentation. Forshmak was prepared for us in the hall near the table.

We visited the Litviny restaurant in August, before leaving Minsk, and were completely delighted. The cuisine here is really pleasing with the variety and quality of the dishes — each of them was delicious, and it was difficult to single out something specific, as everything turned out to be on top. We also tried several cocktails, which were not only pleasant to the taste, but also refreshing. One of the cocktails was even offered to be mixed independently, which added an element of interactivity, although there was not enough dry alcohol for an ideal serving.
The interior of the restaurant impresses with its style and comfort. I especially liked the music playing in the chillout style, which created a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.
Despite minor flaws, such as the lack of dry alcohol for the cocktail, the impression of the "Litvinov" remained very positive. We will definitely come back here again on our next visit to Minsk. If you are looking for a place with excellent cuisine, original cocktails and a cozy atmosphere, Litviny is the perfect choice.

However, this time the impression was spoiled. We came with my wife to have dinner on the veranda. They served quickly, the dishes were delicious and beautiful. But at 21:45 on 09/24/2024, an employee closed the roller blinds, generating obscenely loud and disgusting squeaks, blocking us a beautiful view of autumn Minsk, and hinting that it was time for us to wind down (the institution is open until 23:00). The interior is modern, it is interesting to look at the details of the decor and decoration, very comfortable sofas and armchairs.
The kitchen was a delight: each ordered dish gave a new taste sensation. The perfect balance of taste was observed, I did not want to change anything, just enjoy it) It would seem that familiar dishes began to play with new colors.
I recommend potato dumplings and pork chopsticks - these dishes have amazing sauces. The perfect end to the dinner was rye ice cream - sweet, salty, spicy, tastier than I've ever eaten in my life.

Why did you take off the star:
1. Artificial hype with reservations. We were a big company in Minsk and tried to book a table several times, but we were refused (by phone). They explained that there were no large dining rooms, no judges, no seats, etc. As a result, we managed to book a table for 6 people when part of the company left. It was Friday evening, and as a result there were a lot of empty tables in the hall, and 8 could easily have been placed at our table for 6 (there were 8 of us initially, but this table was not given for 8).
2. There is a children's menu on the website, and unlike some other dishes, there is no indication that there is no children's menu in the restaurant on Sverdlov. Our child (like, I'm sure, most children) does not eat everything, and we look at what we can take...and we feed them at home if there's nothing. Then they chose dumplings, and all the way my daughter walked and talked about these dumplings, but there were none...And in principle, there is absolutely nothing that a 3-year-old child can eat. When booking, I told you that we have a child with us.
But the place is generally great, I recommend not to get arrogant in general))
