The restaurant has a good interior, a slightly inconvenient menu, there is no description of dishes in Russian, according to the price tag it is clearly not for the townspeople. It is very noisy and crowded, it is not suitable for privacy. A beautiful and clean bathroom, surprised by the presence of a roller for clothes.
I ordered borscht from the menu and was very surprised by the presence of colored tobika caviar, as the waiter said, there was not a word on the menu about its presence, and apparently no one thought about allergies in the institution! The borscht was at 4, the vegetables had an earthy taste. The duck salad was great. The chicken breast was hot, I was not impressed at all, the portion was too small. Raspberry tea with ginger, just a little water with a faint raspberry flavor, not sweet, ginger is generally weakly felt, but there were too many raspberry seeds. The general impression is that it's not our place because we don't drink alcohol, so we couldn't evaluate it from this side, but the rest of the guests were just doing that.

The restaurant is overrated. Disappointed. According to the reviews, I expected more. The cuisine is very mediocre. The owners, apparently, invested only in design and marketing. I ordered the mushrooms in sour cream, but in fact I received cheaper pickled shiitakes, which can be bought at any online store. The potato dumplings are not bad, the rye ice cream tastes interesting, but the cook obviously overdid it with salt. The tinctures are light and not bad.

I was at this institution on my birthday in May 2024. A cozy new restaurant. The staff is very friendly. Beautiful serving of dishes. After learning about my doctor, the waiter brought a delicious honey mushroom dessert as a gift).
I recommend tincture with horseradish from drinks. Very good. Not a little was drunk, but in the morning there were no consequences!)

The dessert on the lunch menu is in the form of smetinnikov (such rolls are from manazin). I didn't know about it, it's cottage cheese on the menu. I decided to treat myself to dessert at least once at lunch-I got these rolls on a plate.

We came to Minsk for a week and we were advised this restaurant of national cuisine as the only one worthy of attention.
The hostess sat at the table until 18:30, we arrived at 17:00. We ordered the dishes at once: herring appetizer, pancakes, cold brew, chicken in marinade, carrot dessert and drinks. When the first courses arrived, the guy ordered more firewood. There are also questions about the dishes: the pancakes are too greasy for my taste (if anything, I understand that this is not a diet product, but they were just very oily), the guy did not like the refrigerator, said it was like water with beetroot, tasteless, everything else was normal, but not wow, the dessert is very tasty, but with it a separate story. My young man was served 2 dishes at once, and I sat and waited (this is actually bad form guys, okay). Then they immediately brought him firewood, and I already managed to eat my pancakes, chicken and drink a cocktail, there is still no dessert (The waitress disappeared somewhere, then appeared and I asked where he was. She said she would go and find out and disappeared again. And it's already 18:20 and it's time for us to leave soon. Honestly, I've already regretted ordering it a thousand times, but I don't think the dessert preparation time takes an hour or even more. Dessert was still brought and even offered a drink as a gift, thank you, but there was no pleasure anymore.
To summarize: Thanks to the waitress for the drink, I don't think it was her fault. Most likely a kitchen joint. The service and the speed of delivery also create a mood and affect the impression with which the guest will leave you and whether he will recommend you. Perhaps if our check would have been from 300 bel. rub everything would be more cheerful)

Gorgeous kitchen, original interior! Of all the places we visited during the week of our trip, this is the number 1! We managed to get to lunch twice (we booked the day before - there was always a full boarding at the restaurant). Everything we tried (from soups to meat dishes) was very tasty and with an unusual serving! The shank is just a bomb. Dessert with pears and ice cream with bread inside and salt is a gastronomic delight. Fast service. We highly recommend it if you will be in Minsk.

We came to this restaurant because it was incredibly delicious in Litviny on Pobediteley Ave., and in this restaurant the cuisine is very mediocre, we ordered a salad with duck, baked pepper and cucumber-99% consisted of greens, duck and pepper are almost gone, some slices of cucumber are just skin cut off with a peeler. The pancakes with sour cream did not seem freshly fried, but warmed up. It tastes like they've already lain down, they look like soft aladdin, I didn't want to finish this dish. The dessert in the form of a mushroom inside turned out to be a very dry sponge cake smeared with butter. And the berries in the dessert were not fully thawed, icy inside. Although the pitch is beautiful.

We went on vacation to Minsk again. And of course, the first thing we did was go to our favorite places. On day 3, we reached the Kitchen Factory on Sverdlov str., 2. This constructivist building was practically empty last year, and this year it was "filled with life": Litvina's restaurant is very well located on the ground floor.
Definitely, the one who designed this restaurant knows well what he is doing: a well-thought-out interior, trendy details, a comfortable atmosphere, selected musical accompaniment, a confident concept and, of course, high-quality cuisine, with a good serving of quite familiar dishes.
We got to the restaurant in the morning, so the choice of dishes was based on the idea of breakfast: fresh vegetable salad with strawberries, a meat plate, a large Lithuanian breakfast including turkey fillet baked with sour cream and eggs, pancakes, broken cucumbers) and cottage cheese dumplings with sour cream sauce. A pot of tea with bergamot and mint for me, dark unfiltered beer for my husband. This breakfast cost us 96 bel. rub. (for June 2024), which is very humane in comparison with other restaurants in Minsk that we visited.
I must say right away that I liked everything: the work of the waiters - quickly, easily, unobtrusively, without unnecessary words; serving dishes - simply, but with taste, in the general concept of the institution; the taste of the dishes themselves - quality, freshness.
The overall impression of Litvina's restaurant is simple and difficult at the same time, easy serving with deep meaning (history), and of course delicious!
We want to come back in the evening for dinner. I recommend you to visit!

Sooo delicious! I took bread and bacon on the coals. A beautiful pitch. The taste reminded me of my childhood in the countryside. The refrigerator turned out to be one of the most delicious in Minsk for me. I also took potato dumplings. Very tasty, a slight highlight was a faint smoky aftertaste, again a hint of rural childhood. It's a pity that I couldn't visit it a second time. I miss their kitchen
