I would rate my first visit at 5+
Yesterday, already at 3.
Business lunch on the 1st floor.
It's impossible to eat pickle, it's an over-salted slurry. They returned it back.
After taking the cutlets with me, I found out at home that there were black fibers on the mashed potatoes under the cutlet. It was quite unpleasant.
We came especially because of the New Year's dessert in the form of apples.
I took them with me for my husband and asked him to put them in the refrigerator, when I picked them up on the way out, the apples were upside down. What was done with them, the question is. All the sticks naturally fell off.
The waiter said that the food issues were the consequences of the new year.
Guys, how's that? So recruit employees who can maintain their adequacy and give out dishes of a normal appearance and taste, without foreign particles.
The waiters are great.
50% of the dishes are normal. But "business" is a fiasco.

The restaurant has a good interior, a slightly inconvenient menu, there is no description of dishes in Russian, according to the price tag it is clearly not for the townspeople. It is very noisy and crowded, it is not suitable for privacy. A beautiful and clean bathroom, surprised by the presence of a roller for clothes.
I ordered borscht from the menu and was very surprised by the presence of colored tobika caviar, as the waiter said, there was not a word on the menu about its presence, and apparently no one thought about allergies in the institution! The borscht was at 4, the vegetables had an earthy taste. The duck salad was great. The chicken breast was hot, I was not impressed at all, the portion was too small. Raspberry tea with ginger, just a little water with a faint raspberry flavor, not sweet, ginger is generally weakly felt, but there were too many raspberry seeds. The general impression is that it's not our place because we don't drink alcohol, so we couldn't evaluate it from this side, but the rest of the guests were just doing that.

We ordered herring and potatoes. The sauce tasted great. But the herring itself is dry, salty, and old. Guys, if you can make such a suitable sauce for potatoes and fish, then why can't you buy normal quality herring and salt it in a spicy filling?! Or at least choose a normal supplier of already salted? This herring that you use for a dish would be perfectly appropriate in a prison or hospital, but certainly not in a restaurant.

A restaurant with a beautiful interior, polite staff. The menu is not full of options, although it is not too small. But it seemed a little meager. I ordered borscht and meatballs with a side dish, the portions are not large. The borscht was slightly salted, although not critically. In general, the impression is smooth - but it is not clear why they praise a simple restaurant so much, which has nothing special except its location in the center of the capital. Moreover, we still need to work on the menu and quality. Similar restaurants of Belarusian cuisine in regional cities have a more diverse menu.
A repeat visit to this institution half a year later showed that the menu was as poor as it remained. I was in the company who also visited the Litvinas earlier, according to them, even some dishes used to be of better quality. But the main thing in this case was not the menu, but the dirt. Cobwebs and dust have probably been accumulating on the decorative plates on the wall since the restaurant opened. The tables are close to this wall, respectively, all this is on the tables ... I think it's not even worth evaluating further.

It feels like they're writing their own reviews, the place is just a nightmare!!! There are Litvins in Grodno too - that's on the level, we would like to learn!! It's a disgrace! We arrived on May 1, the menu does not match the site, there is nothing to eat, we ordered draniki, oil was dripping from them, it was impossible to eat, there is no children's menu, both the child and I left hungry! We asked the waiter what he could recommend on the menu, smiled and spread his hands! Because there really is nothing....The duck was dry, and it was also impossible to eat. The only thing we ate was borscht. But it is also sold in inexpensive canteens. And this is an institution in the center of the capital with ads on social networks! I do not recommend it!! There are better places in the city.

Great. I've always heard a lot and finally (about) visited. Everything is fine. You can ignore the minor flaws of the human factor altogether, because in the end it's a pleasure.
The atmosphere is comfortable, comfortable, pleasant, the staff is polite, fast.
Kitchen - you can argue for days who cooks the "right borscht," but it's not productive. But the truth is that borscht in Lithuania is much higher than expected. The taste is excellent, the portion is huge, and even with a pie. I admit that I have never tried anything better or even comparable.
Bacon pancakes are just delicious, the serving is beautiful.
And beef cheeks, pancakes (with flambe) - well done...
at the end, the institution made a gift for my holiday - dessert ... "a bucket of potatoes"... And this is a "bomb"... the only downside is that there are no huge letters on the menu against this dessert with a description. I read it, but I didn't know what it was, and the result is that of all the establishments, this is the best dessert, absolutely original, excellent in taste, and I recommend visiting this restaurant at least for this dessert...and with his submission ...there are no words, it must be seen...
well done...the next reason is just there.
And the prices (this is not unimportant) are absolutely adequate.

Coming to Belarus for the May holidays was the best decision, and going to Litvina's restaurant was the second best decision! A wonderful restaurant of Belarusian cuisine with polite and attentive staff! The interior and the music all work in such a balance, it's amazing! We visited 2.01.2024 for about 14 hours. A lot of visitors, without reservation, offered a table for 1.5 hours. The food is delicious. The meat is soft and juicy. The menu is in Belarusian only. I looked at the menu on the website, it differs from the one in the restaurant. Without alcohol, 5 people ate for 157 Belarusian rubles.

We came to this restaurant because it was incredibly delicious in Litviny on Pobediteley Ave., and in this restaurant the cuisine is very mediocre, we ordered a salad with duck, baked pepper and cucumber-99% consisted of greens, duck and pepper are almost gone, some slices of cucumber are just skin cut off with a peeler. The pancakes with sour cream did not seem freshly fried, but warmed up. It tastes like they've already lain down, they look like soft aladdin, I didn't want to finish this dish. The dessert in the form of a mushroom inside turned out to be a very dry sponge cake smeared with butter. And the berries in the dessert were not fully thawed, icy inside. Although the pitch is beautiful.
