It seems to take at least a day to repair the wheel. No one is able to answer clearly in terms of deadlines. They switch in a downward direction. And without result. I will not recommend this center to anyone
It has been in service for 10 years since 2014. She underwent scheduled maintenance once a year for 10 years to be sure of the condition of her car and safety. Imagine my surprise that the candles in the car have not changed since 2020, with a mileage of 80 thousand. Although in June 2024, I came to the next scheduled maintenance with a mileage of 140 thousand, where the replacement of candles was in the work schedule. They just forgot, didn't do it, didn't explain the reason, didn't apologize!!! My car broke down on the road today, I could have had an accident. Disgusting attitude towards customers, irresponsibility.

Everything would be fine. Made. But.. the time agreed on the phone was 2 times less, but I'm sorry, it's a normal hour. And ... It's very strange - they didn't even offer to wash the car before repairing it. And for the rest - well, a normal official dealer with a bunch of spare parts.
Very expensive service!!!! It costs 1400 to change the oil and three filters with a generator belt!!!! We bought German oil ourselves for 4 liters of 120 rubles and gave 170 rubles for three filters, a generator belt 80 and a roller 68. Everything is in the original..... think for yourself how much does it cost to change it?
For cars up to and including 5 years old, there is a good discount system, well, it is quite humane in terms of cost, even compared to garage service stations.

I liked the professionalism and competence of the master, it seems Vyacheslav. The work was done quickly, all problems were solved and the cost is one and a half to two times lower than that of talkers from different service stations and "garage handymen"
I bought a car in 2019 and since then there has not been a single case when I applied to the service department so that the work was done from and to without jambs. The ONE for which you are registered at a specific time is done for 6 hours, arguing that in parallel they took the client without a queue "because he really needed it", then you wait for the ordered part instead of the promised 2 weeks for 2 months, and in the process it turns out that they forgot to order it on time ... but the last appeal to the car center was simply forced to write this review!
I turned to the car center with the problem of an extraneous "crunch" in the suspension and the grinding of the pads, arrived at the appointed time, but to my surprise, instead of taking my car and inspecting it on the lift, the manager just rode with me around the area, made his conclusion "well, you didn't change the pads and discs with us, they also put unoriginal ones (albeit of better quality), so change them to new ones with us and the issue will be resolved, and an extraneous sound in the suspension is you just didn't pay attention before, that's how it should be!" and that's it. A person just by ear made conclusions about malfunctions in my car. I would have decided that he was a super-person if I hadn't brought the car to another KIA service center and within an hour I wouldn't have been discovered and eliminated all the reasons there. As a result: an extraneous "crunch" turned out to be a warranty case and the necessary work is supposed to be done in the car, and the creaking of the pads is the negligence of the master who installed them. I am glad that the warranty period of the car is ending and the need for cooperation with this car center, too!
I constantly service my car in this car center, including seasonal tire replacement and storage, which is very convenient. The quality of the work performed and the prices are quite satisfactory to me. The staff is polite and attentive. Recently, they changed tires, said that they would finish all the work within an hour, they wanted to pass the waiting time with their wife and drink coffee, but the coffee machine did not work, and, as luck would have it, no one was on duty at the reception, but one of the employees still found an opportunity and organized coffee with cream for us, for which he was very grateful Thanks, I didn't have to, I was just a good person. It was very pleasant. So I recommend it, but just don't forget to make a preliminary appointment for the work you are doing.
I applied to both services with a car under warranty. As a result, the problem has not been fixed, extraneous sounds in the front suspension when turning the steering wheel have remained. They are not looking for the reason or do not want to look for it. Apparently, it is necessary to bring a car in a tow truck, so that the solution to the issue would move forward.
It's been the second year since I've been servicing my KIA, which I bought new at the Kia center, from another certified service center in Minsk. And I remember with horror how, out of my own stupidity, I serviced the warranty car at their Kia center for the first 2 years. The policy of this car center is not to admit the problem, but to convince the customer that this is not a warranty case.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

Something has changed ... I'm not talking about the spare parts sales department, there is generally a need to bow. The part number was given the wrong one for the spare part. Either out of spite, or they have a re-sorting in the warehouse.

You look at the order - the price is super, and on the back + 20% VAT. But do not forget to bargain, the guys make concessions :)
But I was satisfied with the service.
I signed up for a tire service on this charade. 4 wheels were changed for 2 hours. One disc turned out to be defective, so they left only a couple of wheels on the car. In fact, after replacing the defective disc, I went to another tire shop to install the rest of the wheels, so it turned out that initially the wheels on the KIA were inflated with excess pressure. Instead of 2.2, they pumped 2.8. I'm shocked.
The attitude towards customers is more than good, but that's it!. The problems that exist, and they know them, are not in a hurry to do, because in this way the client will come again and again, while paying for "troubleshooting work". Convenient of course, but not for the client. I think that the dealer should know all the problems and help the client solve them, but this is not their "hobby". Alas, but this office is set up to earn differently.
