The staff is very polite and competent. I always get answers and advice on any questions. I also really like that employees periodically contact me to ask if everything is fine, if I am satisfied with the services provided and if there are any questions.
Competent (2019) staff.
The master behaved honestly and suggested a problem related to the repair of CASCO by body builders three years ago after a small accident.
There are no complaints about the maintenance and elimination of warranty comments.
Not the most "humane" prices.
I have been serving my Sportage in this car center for the fifth year now. Yes, the prices are higher, but always good service, courteous staff, competent consultations.
You can always look into the center to see used cars for sale and sit inside the new ones. The repair and maintenance of the car can be observed from the waiting area, there are televisions installed, and cameras in the garage. While you're sitting, they'll make you some good coffee).

They serve more or less but for a long time. Many defects are answered with "this is how it should be." Prices just fly 3.3 liters of oil for 50 bucks, a set of front pads for 100 bucks, etc. And this is for the most popular Kia rio 3... just a blast...
We previously signed up for a technical inspection of the car through our personal account on the website. Soon the manager called back and clarified the details. The inspection was carried out exactly on time. Some consumables were in good condition, so they were not replaced, which significantly affected the final cost of the inspection. The staff is polite. There is a very comfortable waiting place in the car dealership. In general, there was a great impression about the salon.
Frankly speaking, from the moment of purchase to the moment of completion, Thank God!!!!! Guarantees, I am impressed by the service, or rather its absence. Last impression, it's just some kind of song!)))) The young man who took the car from me informed me that everything about everything would take 2 hours! After 3.5 hours of waiting for the car, it suddenly turned out that he had already left, although he forgot to warn me about it, and actually his colleagues too) He must have finished his work day))) wonderfully simple! I'm thrilled!
Great guys, good service, they will always help you in any way they can and tell you everything in detail. Coffee, charger.

It is more difficult to get through to specialists than to the president.... There are probably more than enough customers, and it's relaxing. And the specialists of the service department do not call back, as promised, and you will sit in ignorance of the situation with the car until you turn blue
So far, so good. Somehow, I applied for the paintwork under a guarantee, they recognized it, they repainted the trunk door. But last time the girls did not offer coffee (usually they do), this is of course a minus (sarcasm)
I signed up for a test drive, the manager called back, confirmed the recording, and also sent an SMS with confirmation. I arrive at the appointed time and it turns out that no one is sleeping or breathing about my record. In general, however, they gave me a test drive (7-8 minutes in a straight line, to a U-turn and back), if you can call it that.
How can I entrust a new car? If they can't make a 1998 car properly? The oil was filled in the wrong way, they wrote a replacement after 20,000 are you kidding?) the candles were installed the wrong ones, the stove was said that after replacing the relay everything would be fine, but when the relay arrived they said that nothing would change. Do I need a motor? Come on, then why did I buy a relay?)
