I dialed the service on Wednesday to agree on what time to pick up the car, they said they did not have time, come on Friday. We dialed on Friday, confirmed - come by 17.00. We arrived with my wife from Borisov, we call, wait until 18.00, everything is ready, polished. An hour passes, we dial, where can I pick up the car? They answer - sorry, the plastic products turned out to be defective, let's put them on, come back in a week and change them, or leave them until Tuesday. They left it. We arrive on Tuesday, we look, and the shade of the painted lements is specifically different!!! The answer of the service: you can leave it, we will give it to the contractor, let him repaint, WE DO NOT PAINT OURSELVES!!!
P.S. During the service, he constantly called, clarified the deadlines, constantly said "we will clarify and call back." I

The horror! The second Kia Rio car was taken over by the company. With the first one, there was a story that it was repaired 3 times with the same breakdown, they gave the car to us , supposedly serviceable , and the next day it was taken away again with the same problem. We solved this issue through a scandal .
We took the second Rio 2021, a week later we contacted the service center with a problem - vibration in the cabin. And then the obscurantism began ( Instead of sending Rio for diagnosis , they started changing the front tires to the rear and returned the car to us again. Naturally, the problem did not go away and we drove the car back to Kia. Next, we were replaced, temporarily, with our used summer tires for winter (it was the end of spring) , but the vibration did not go away and we refused to pick up the car. We applied in writing to conduct an examination and identify the real problem of vibration , and not to disassemble the car in parts and then assemble Legos, to which we did not even receive a written response , but they called us and said that the problem was solved .We had our new discs and our new tires replaced with rolled-up used summer and used discs , but they really asked us to wait a little bit , because they will solve our problem as soon as possible .
The vibration was gone, obviously it was the discs. But it's been about 3 months now , and we're still driving used cars , endlessly pumping up the wheels , because tire pressure drops regularly . Karpeev Yu. he feeds us breakfast and tells us that the issue is being resolved , but we still have to wait , suggesting that I regularly drive up to the Kia center and pump up the wheels . God knows , I wanted to resolve the situation peacefully , but it doesn 't work out . I'm preparing a claim.
We will never, ever , ever contact this car dealership again and I do not recommend the rest !!!!
