I liked the hotel, it was clean and cozy, small rooms, modern style, good bathroom. Normal breakfasts in the morning, of course, the assortment of the buffet is too small, I have seen more in less expensive hotels.

The first thing that angered me was that the room was refused to be extended until 14:00. Later I found out at the reception that I can extend it for a fee until 18:00 for 25.700 (I was satisfied with this option) I said I'd pay for it tonight. In the evening, there was another girl at the reception who didn't understand much and asked them to call them in the morning and clarify.
In the morning, they told me that they had no rooms available, and then that if I wanted to extend the room until 18:00, I had to pay for a full day (but they did not have any rooms available) for this reason, they refused to extend it as everywhere in hotels until 14:00. All right, OK! Next , I go down to the reception , check out of the hotel and they tell me at the reception that I have to pay 6000 rubles for laundry ) I didn't use the laundry service) I didn't give anything away for washing. At the reception, half of the staff is not competent.

Excellent hotel, in the center, near the recreation area with fountains (very relevant in summer in Yerevan). There are plenty of cafes within walking distance. One disadvantage is that the standard room does not have a wardrobe with shelves. If you come for a week, it's not very convenient.

We came to this hotel twice. The first time we go into the room, and there are other people's things. It turned out that the employees made a mistake and gave us a room where someone already lives.
But the second time it was absolutely terrible. We arrived at 23:00, we were given the keys to the room, we go into the room and what awaits us? There are other people's things in the room again. We go down to the reception, they tell us without any apologies that your room is not ready, wait an hour. In such a tone, as if we had messed up. As a result, we had to look for another hotel.

The hotel is modern, stylish, centrally located, but in a quiet location. The staff is sincere, the breakfast service is good. I liked everything except the cleanliness in the bathroom, there is a accumulation of dirt and stained carpet on the floor along the shower (probably a general cleaning is needed).

Breakfast is included in the price. Fruits, sausage, cheese, cereals, milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, butter, bread, egg, sausages, boiled and raw vegetables - all this is for breakfast. The room is small, clean, the air conditioning is excellent, the staff is friendly, clean, quiet. Two half-liter bottles of water were brought every day.
