The main thing is the friendly staff! The room is a little "tired", everything is clean. Everything is there (iron included, no corkscrew). The breakfasts are delicious, there is enough of everything. Located in the center. 10 minutes on foot and you're on the main square. The mattresses are comfortable. It is very good for a temporary stop for unfriendly people. Thanks to the friendly reception staff! There are shops nearby. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The hotel is excellent, the rooms and lobby are well renovated, the bed is comfortable, and the pillows are a separate kind of pleasure)))
The bathroom has shampoo, shower gel and soap, slippers were given at the reception and a dental kit is offered upon arrival
But the breakfasts are quite monotonous - boiled eggs, omelette, sausages (tasteless (((()), vegetables, sausage cheeses, cereals and chocolate balls with milk, fruits, coffee / tea - we stayed for 5 days, so in the end we were already a little tired, although the desserts changed and were good, especially honey cake)
We were given a room on the 13th floor with a view of the park - the view is beautiful! It is convenient to walk to the center, there are shops and restaurants nearby. We were satisfied with our stay! Thanks!

The hotel is nice, clean, cozy, perfectly located, in the very center of Yerevan. There are many cafes and restaurants around with incredibly delicious inexpensive food. The staff at the hotel is courteous, polite, there is nothing to complain about. There is a transfer service. The room has everything you need - a hair dryer, a safe, an iron, a refrigerator, the only thing that is missing is a shower cap, cotton pads and sticks. It's a small thing, but I didn't have enough of them) The hotel has a laundry room, where everything will be perfectly cleaned and ironed for ridiculous money. The linen is changed every other day. The breakfasts are good, hearty: pasta, rice, vegetables, necessarily something meat, assorted cheese, pastries, etc. Delicious, but not always hot. In general, the hotel is good, I advise you.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, all the sights can be reached on foot through very beautiful and picturesque streets. The rooms are very beautiful, stunning comfortable beds with snow-white linen in the very heart. The room has everything you need. Very good location. You leave the hotel on the green boulevard, there are no cars around, there are many cafes around. There is a good supermarket nearby. To the center of Minu 7-10 at a calm pace. The rooms are small but clean. There is everything you need. A kettle, tea, and 2 bottles of water are supplied daily. There is no balcony, but the window opens. The breakfasts are good, fruits to choose from every day.

Good location.
The rooms are clean, comfortable for the night.
Breakfast for 3 out of 5.
Of the minuses - if the room is below the 4th floor - there will be a smell from the smoking room. There is no sound insulation. There is nowhere to put things in the room - there is no closet, only a hanger.
Suitable for a short stay, for a couple of days. Very stylish lobby, there is a conference room and meeting rooms.
The concierges know several languages, including Russian.

According to my impressions, a solid four. The rooms are small, the room service is daily, unobtrusive. The breakfasts are excellent, there is enough of everything, you get out from the table with complete satisfaction. Transport accessibility is excellent. The only thing that is very confusing is the lack of balconies, the lack of a swimming pool. It's a little expensive for this money. I would also like to add about the TV, it shows few channels, mostly even this part of the channels does not work.

Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, nothing superfluous, there is a place to sit and work. WiFi is free. The gentleman's set is present: an iron, a kettle (+ tea with sugar), a table with an armchair.
It seemed a little expensive, but of course it was the fault of my compatriots, who raised the prices of real estate (accommodation) by 4 times with their flight! I think it also affected the hotels + the ruble exchange rate sometimes jumps into the clouds.
And the hotel is good. Tomorrow was on.

A very pleasant hotel in the very center, the rooms are clean and cozy, as always. The staff is cool, polite, and helpful. The sound insulation in the rooms is at the highest level.
Of the cons: I didn't like the breakfasts, they were just very sad. Namana was also allowed to drink wine in the recreation area.

I liked everything. The hotel is located in the center, very convenient, you can walk everywhere, Breakfast is included, from 7-10, standard buffet, international Hotel, I liked everything, the view from the room was on Ararat, 12th floor, discovered on a sunny day, cleaned every day, clean towels too every day, gave us wine glasses and they asked us to return it before cleaning, which we did, we rented a car, there was trouble with parking, but the staff helped out, they always found a place, thank you very much!

Nice hotel, rooms are clean, the kitchen is excellent, the location of the hotel is good.
Of the minuses- The iron in the room was burnt out, they reacted positively to the request to change to another one, but they did not change it. The air conditioner does not work during the day for cooling, the staff replied that they switched to winter mode.

Excellent staff

The rooms are clean, water is supplied every day, tea / coffee is added. Towels are changed daily.
There is a buffet for breakfast.
It's a good view from the high floors. Good sound insulation, I lived next to the elevator, I didn't feel any discomfort.

Excellent staff, cleanliness, panoramic Windows overlooking a wonderful square, but the most important thing is the location of the hotel. The entire center can be reached on foot, the main attractions are within walking distance, there are many cafes and restaurants around, there is a huge underground grocery store. Nearby is Saryana Street, reminiscent of Patriki in Moscow. Republic Square is also nearby, where from 21-22.00 you can enjoy a show of singing fountains. In general, the hotel has one of the best locations in the city.
