Convenient location, the central square can be quickly reached on foot. Very friendly staff, arrived at night, checked in very quickly. Delicious, hearty breakfasts. The room is clean. The only thing that upset me a little was the almost constant smell of tobacco smoke in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything is fine,

Excellent hotel with good service. A large soft bed with a snow-white sheet. Good towels, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, Dove soap. Breakfast is included in the price, which was also a pleasant surprise.

Great hotel. It was from April 2 to April 6, 2023, clean, cleaning every day, excellent location. Breakfasts are not very abundant, but they are quite sufficient, after all, it was breakfast, there were sausages, eggs, omelet with ham, 4 types of cheese, including with mold, cottage cheese, greens, all sorts of balls / flakes, nutella + several types of jam (cherry with a stone-neatly), friendly staff.

Great hotel. You know what to expect, just like in any other holiday inn. Very convenient location - all notable places are at hand. Nice room with a comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean. Breakfast is also Good. There is everything you need. Very customer-oriented staff.

A very nice hotel. A huge plus is the location in the very center of the city. All the main attractions are a maximum of 10 minutes on foot.
The second plus is the staff. Very, very much! friendly.
Of the minuses - for 5 days of stay, I was very tired of sausages for breakfast) but I'm already finding fault with that.

An amazing hotel! Despite the fact that it is 3 stars, there is the most perfect order here!!! Cleanliness, respect for any request of the guest!!!! I'm just thrilled. They even helped me find a Harry Potter costume!!!! My family and I were very delighted with this hotel and the staff.

How lucky we were, we were given a room with a view of Ararat. Thanks to the girls at the reception, it was wonderful. Although the weather on the day of arrival was cloudy and we did not see Ararat, but in the morning we were shocked.

The hotel is centrally located, with shops and restaurants nearby.
The rooms themselves are small, panoramic windows, but very dirty with a view into the wall, the carpets are dirty too. The beds are comfortable. In general, you can live, but the price is very high. 10 thousand a day is not worth it.

An amazing hotel! Attentive, polite and beautiful (!) staff :) very cozy and spotlessly clean rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Slippers were given on request immediately upon check-in. The conditioner works smoothly and without complaints. The location is great, you can walk to any attractions and restaurants. The breakfasts are excellent, there is everything!

An almost perfect hotel.
Positive:
1. Good location in the very center
2. Cozy and stylish rooms
3. Fine bed linen
4. Delicious breakfasts
5. Dispensers with shampoo, shower gel and soap.
Cons:
1. Audibility. The walls are made of cardboard, so you can hear the landline phone ringing or watching TV in the next room.
2. The floors smell of bleach.
3. The quality of room cleaning is not perfect - the glass surfaces in the shower after cleaning the maid's room remained unchanged, i.e. they were dirty.
4. Milk powder is used to make cappuccino for breakfast.
5. There was no hair balm in the room.

I liked the hotel.
I really liked the color scheme of the room, the large Window and the view of the alley with fountains.
The location is wonderful, there are many cafes nearby, shops and places for walking.
Inferior to a large Holiday Inn, less varied breakfasts, smaller lobby, no spa area.
A tight respiration zone, a queue formed at check-in.

A good hotel, justifies its cost by 100%. A good location in a quiet square, but very close (within walking distance) to the city center and to the old town of Dowtown.
The breakfasts are quite hearty and varied: eggs, porridge, vegetables, fruits, cheese, toast, jams, nut paste!
There is a computer and a printer on the ground floor - it is convenient to print boarding or other necessary documents.
The room is clean, bright, freshly renovated. Not luxurious, but quite comfortable and deserves its stars! We are glad that we chose this hotel 👍🏼

Nice hotel in the very center of Yerevan. The staff speaks three languages (English, Russian and Armenian). The rooms are small but ergonomic. Everything is clean and comfortable.
