The breakfast is of course gorgeous, such an abundance. My acclimatization started on the first day, so I couldn't enjoy it to the fullest. We were there for only one day, we had to reconnect, because next was Cyprus. I liked Yerevan. You definitely need to go to the Cascade.

The hotel itself is not bad. I am glad that one of the few who provided for the possibility of living for a wheelchair user. The staff is very polite. Everything would be great if it weren't for 2 but:
1. Breakfast cafe. For such a large hotel, it is negligibly small and poorly organized.
2. I rate the work of the administration much worse. We lived in room 310. It is poorly renovated, and the drain does not work - the water flows into the room, and in order to buy, you need to build barriers of towels. The administration knew about it when they settled. She knew when I complained and did nothing. I think they're putting people in the room now, but they haven't done a shower...

I stayed at the hotel from December 21, 2019 to January 02, 2020. Excellent location - the city center, walking distance to all the most interesting places, but away from the main road - there is no hustle and bustle at the hotel and noise (dust) in the room. The hotel staff is professional, helpful and courteous. The rooms are very good (solid and modern designer renovation, high-quality plumbing, excellent beds and bed linen). If you forgot or did not take your slippers and toothpaste, then you can contact the reception - they will give you dental supplies and slippers, but there are no bathrobes in the hotel. Breakfast is fresh, but the menu is the same and the choice is not great, so for those who live for a long time you will have to diversify your breakfast yourself, but you can take an apple with you, for example, if you did not eat it at breakfast (in some hotels, the removal of fruits or buns is prohibited). I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, I will stay there myself, the next time I visit Yerevan!!

The rooms are small but cozy, clean and modern. Good breakfasts. Polite Russian-speaking staff. Good location 11 minutes to Republic Square. There is a park area and attractions nearby. The Ararat and Noah Factory is a 30-minute walk away. The only disadvantage is poor sound insulation.

For short trips, it is quite an excellent hotel, for 5 or more nights I would consider something else. The studio rooms are very small for two people. There is no Smart TV. The breakfasts are mostly cereals, seasonal fruits pleased.
