I really love this accommodation option when visiting Yerevan.
The hotel has an excellent location: the center, near a cozy square and a quiet street, where it is convenient to call a taxi to the airport.
The staff is very polite and helpful! We are ready to solve any issue for your comfort!
The room rate often includes breakfast: cuts, salads, porridges, an egg dish (omelette, scrambled eggs, egg jam, depending on the day), very tasty chicken sausages of local production, which literally conquered me, and of course various desserts and drinks.
You can order coffee or a cocktail in the lobby of the hotel, and the reception is always ready to print out the necessary documents!

A good hotel, with a convenient location-not far from the center, there is a park outside the windows, there is a restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy next to the hotel.
The room is comfortable, the room has everything you need: an ironing board, an iron, water is brought to the room daily, room cleaning is carried out efficiently. The breakfasts are delicious, standard. At an early check-out, we made breakfast with ourselves.
That's just coffee in the hotel cafe on the 1st floor, very expensive and not delicious.

Friendly staff and smiling , they speak Russian ( if anything ) everything is clean from the entrance , ending with the room , price-quality ratio , the room is decent , beds unlike ibis are large and comfortable , bed linen is a pleasant thing , 2 pillows are soft and hard to choose from , hygiene supplies can always be asked at the reception , by default No, but it's not a problem. The buffet breakfast is good , the omelet was delicious .

He lived on the 13th floor, overlooking Ararat.
The rooms are not very large - they are standard in principle. One bed, a table and a chair.
The air conditioner was not working in the room. The blanket was stiff. It was hard for me. Pillows made of sintepon or something like that - I didn't like it. It was not comfortable to sleep in general. Everything else was fine. I'm glad that I stayed in this place

I have already stayed at this hotel several times. It is nice that some of the staff at the reception remember and welcome you very cordially. Everyone is very nice and helpful. In general, people in Yerevan are very friendly and kind! The location of the hotel, in my opinion, is the best in Yerevan. In front of the hotel there is a beautiful square with fountains, in the evening many families with children walk here. The central Republic Square is just a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. There is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. One disadvantage is the very strong audibility in the rooms through the connecting door. We are an adult married couple on a trip without children. Great place, service, services, room stock. Sometimes you book a hotel and everything in it is nothing, but the exit to the construction site or to the gateway, here in the square. There are many cafes and restaurants around, at least two supermarkets. The staff was very friendly and seemed to me competent. If I come to Yerevan again, I will stay here.

1. Wonderful service.
2. In my opinion, the privacy and security of the room is good. This is encouraging. Although I'm still a little paranoid, especially when there are sooooo valuable things. Nevertheless, I give it my due. The general organization and the key of the card are programmable only for you, as I understand it. There are cameras in the Lobby and a good safe (I'm not an expert, but it looks and works well) I checked it out.
3. Additional options in the form of laundry. It is very convenient and inexpensive.
4. The rooms are excellent in quality. Finding fault is sooooooo difficult.
5. A large set of things: shampoo, shower gel, TV, kettle and much more. Comfortable and intuitive climate control in the room.
6. Everything is clean and very pleasant to the touch in bed.
7. We will try breakfast. I want to try as I understood 3 options.
8. The view from the window is beautiful. There is a review in the photo.
9. I almost forgot: Free Internet in the room, which allows you to watch videos from YouTube in 1080p
Minuses:
There is no room service. But this is pure nitpicking. Since, if desired, you can go down to the bar and you will be provided with ice and a glass, for example.
My personal experience: I definitely recommend it. In terms of price, level of service and quality, it's hard for me to imagine who can get around them.
