1) A new hotel.
2) Clean rooms

4) Daily wet cleaning
5) There were enough sunbeds on the beach and by the pools in June for vacationers
6) A calm family atmosphere, at 22:30 the music was turned off
7) Very friendly staff
8) Delicious varied breakfasts (everyone had enough of everything)

I don't understand who writes that there are new rooms and a great vacation here. It's not a vacation - it's a horror. The houses are trailers, it's good if there are 12 square meters. Everything is shabby, there are no windows except the front door, tiles are falling off in the shower-toilet. The bed is broken, the mattress is a separate story. The first night we didn't sleep at all, the springs rested on the bones. We are here for 6 days, we arrived by train and we have no options to change the hotel. I had to go to the administrator to ask to change the mattress. And what was my surprise that in such a large (within Abkhazia) hotel there are no additional mattresses. Of course, we could not change it, they offered mattress pads, apparently from cots. At least thanks for that, at least you can sleep somehow. When the bed was taken apart and I saw the mattress, I felt so sick. The mattress is stained all over, as if it was shat on, vomited on, etc. I do not understand at all how the owners are not ashamed to offer such conditions for 5,500 per day. It was possible to prepare for the season more responsibly. And make timely repairs, update furniture. It feels like they just don't care about returns and customer reviews. The dining room is like a dining room, who writes that it is diverse, apparently they have not been anywhere else. The level of the school cafeteria. Sutra there is simply no place to sit down and eat, well, or you have to run to take a seat at 7.30. The menu in the restaurant is very meager, the kebab is not delicious. The beach is full of branches, there are not enough umbrellas. Well, it seems like the administration doesn't care about this issue either. People come not only to wallow in pools, but the main thing is the sea. On the beach, in addition to branches, bottles, plastic, wrappers are still lying around. The pools smell of sewage. It smells like the sea air, I want to run away and lock myself in the room. Well, in general, it's just a great hotel and nothing more. There is no desire to return here, the rest is ruined. Instead of relaxing in comfortable conditions, we counted the days until the train. It was the first time we had such a vacation! Don't set foot here anymore!

A terrible place. Don't be fooled by the picture with the infinity pool, people, this is Abkhazia after all. This pool is unsuitable for swimming, it is standing, without pumps and filters, the water is green ... since September 15, the restaurant has not been open, only the dining room with boors employees who even swear among themselves. The breakfasts are the same every day, meager. The only plus is children's animation and clean children's pools. Rooms hello baba galya 300r per bed, there are no double beds, they shift 2 pcs, shower ... well, you wash just sitting on the toilet and water all over the floor in the bathroom. To say that it is not worth the money is not to say anything.

The rooms are clean. Convenient location, right on the beach. There are three pools of different depths. We were in May, the pools had not yet been launched, construction work was underway to replace the wooden floor around the pool, everything will be brand new by the opening of the season.
A cafe with a not very rich selection of dishes, but I think this is due again to the unseasoned season. The prices are quite acceptable. The food is delicious.
The territory is well maintained and clean. There is wifi. It is very convenient with children. There is a children's playground with a rubber coating.
The beach is small pebbles, large, there is enough space for everyone in summer. There is a barbecue area.
I wanted to come back here in the summer.
There are two disadvantages, this is that the windows in the rooms are floor-length, there are blackout curtains, but you will not close them during the day, and if you do not close, then your entire room is visible from the street. And the windows of many rooms overlook the central alley. And the second drawback is the shower. The very location of the shower head, it is right next to the toilet ... I.e. it is impossible to swim and not wet the seat and the hanging roll of toilet paper. Plus, you always have to clean the trash can so that it doesn't get wet either.
As for the proximity of railway tracks: railway tracks along the sea go all over the Krasnodar Territory and Abkhazia, this noise did not bother us.
There is audibility in the houses, but you can't get away from it, it is also present in brick houses, and here wooden walls, in general, are also not critical. It all depends on the peace of mind of your neighbors.

But the advantages end there. The pools are in poor condition, muddy, mud on the bottom, without heating, the tiles bordering the pools are stripped everywhere (children have scratched on the sharp concrete edges more than once). The dining room was cooked in such a way that intestinal upset was our companion throughout our stay there (14 days). The rooms were poorly cleaned. Ants in the room, a pool with black mold, a tree rotting next to the pool, in some places to holes.
My husband did not sleep for 5 days because of the hard mattress. I'm fine. The question is individual. But you can take a note .

It's not the first time on the Terrace. A wonderful place, clean rooms, change of linen and towels on demand, there is a building, the sea is nearby and it is clean and deserted, three swimming pools. A great dining room with delicious food. The prices are more adequate than in Athos. The staff is pleasant and very helpful.

I don't like places where I feel like I want to wash up. In order. Immediately at the reception, I noticed the worn sofas with a stripped surface. Checked in earlier than 14 thanks. On the path to the room, I immediately noticed the garbage lying on the side of the road, steers, plastic cups, dog feces. There was hair lying on the floor in the room that day they were not cleaned. The pastel linen and towels are all washed in gray, not white. And the most interesting thing is the shower that is above the toilet, and there is a cloth to wipe the water, to my remark that I did not come here to wash the floors, but to rest, the administrator was so surprised, because it's elementary. Let the director of this hotel come to the room and wipe the water from the floor and toilet bowl after each trip to the shower.
Then there are breakfasts, it was very scary to eat them, ants are crawling, the floor is dirty, they don't wipe the tables, the food is cooked on the dump. Cheesecakes were generally killed, there was no smell of cottage cheese in them. 3 in 1 coffee and that's it. To order black, you need to wait for 11 a.m. when the bartender arrives. The kid at the bar has no respect for vacationers, is not polite and twitchy.
The famous pool that everyone goes to this place for, the children's pools are cold, the big one is warm, the sun beds are all dirty, the umbrellas are torn, the broken pieces of wood around the pool with nails sticking out. There are 4 umbrellas for the entire pool. Garbage is not cleaned, plastic glasses were lying around the pool all our vacation. The beach is also not cleaned, there are no umbrellas on the beach. The hotel has no territory, it is located in a village in the middle of all cities, there is nowhere to walk, there is no asphalt to the hotel. There are no shops nearby.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, IT'S THE SMELL OF THE SEWER! AND THERE IS A PUDDLE RUNNING IN THE SEA NEARBY. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO LIE ON THE POOL, THE STENCH IS TERRIBLE.

There is a washing machine, but you need to keep an eye on the queue)), but you wash what you need for free. There is a playground with roller coasters. The view is gorgeous. But you have to walk far to the nearest cafe or store, there is no entertainment, although there was a 10-minute cocktail mixing performance in the cafe in the evening)). At any request, the staff always goes to a meeting and immediately provides assistance. There is a taxi on site, you can always get to New Athos or somewhere else, but prices can be much higher than ordering through the app or in the city.
But I would like to say that breakfast leaves much to be desired, it is very monotonous, the food is often cold, too sweet or too salty, on day 3 you can no longer see it all 😂😂😂
There is no shop or a good restaurant on the territory of the hotel, I had to go to the nearest hotels or to New Athos (by the way, in the neighboring Anakopia hotel they feed well in the restaurant and there is also a small shop there, you can buy the most necessary things). The food in the food court is about nothing, but if you are very hungry, then in principle it may come off, we ate there on the first day and did not go there anymore. on the second floor, the restaurant is declared as "molecular cuisine")))) well, the prices and the choice of dishes there are appropriate, depending on your tastes and purse))

I understand at breakfast, but in the evening, when you rested, you drank a glass of wine in a beautiful dress and you have to get up, take the tray and clear the table after yourself. For me, this is a fat minus.
We ordered fish and barbecue , waited 40 minutes . As a result, it turned out that our receipt was lost, and no one had prepared anything . We waited another 25 minutes.
The next day, we ordered draft beer . It was not possible to drink it . Warm and exhausted . To which the employee of this institution was surprised at first and said that they did not have various beers, and then turned around and left altogether with the words , I do not know anything.
We checked in at the end of May for 4 days and the weather was bad, we were glad that the pools were heated.
But from the second day they almost stayed and no one warmed them . Of course, you don 't want to get into cold water . The receptionist stood impudently and claimed that the pool was warm and everything depended on the weather conditions.
In general, we are very disappointed ((((
And I do not require super service, it would just be nice to have adequate attention to the guests.
Such a cool place was built and such inarticulate staff was hired ((( , which spoil the whole picture.

They smoke everywhere! Just everywhere, both in cafes and in restaurants. In fact, this logic is not clear to me on vacation, a lot of people relax with children, and are forced to sniff tobacco smoke. When you come to the sea to breathe the sea air, and in the hotel you can smoke in every corner, the impression immediately deteriorates. It's not difficult to do, just make smoking areas, and hang signs that smoking is not allowed on the territory. The restaurant can also be divided into smoking and non-smoking areas. We were sitting eating, with the children, and smoking a hookah at the next table. They feel good, but we were suffocating. The same situation is at the pool, with the icos. In short, it's a nightmare.
The next moment. The shower and toilet are 5 cm apart. They are not fenced in by anything. You wash behind the curtain, pour water on the toilet. Then the bathroom floor is covered in water, wet toilet paper, a trash can, does not dry out during the day. No rags to wipe, no buckets, nothing. This is a very big minus.
The rooms are normal, there is enough space! There is no table in the room, and it is very inconvenient. A hairdryer is available on request at the reception.
Mattresses are hard, be prepared for this! And the ants! There are a lot of ants! Do not bring food to the rooms. Fruits, and everything you eat, eat immediately and preferably outside, otherwise you will have an anthill in the room.
Garbage is burned every morning, right behind the dining room. All the smoke goes to the beach. That is, at 6 a.m., everything is in smoke. And the beach and the nearest houses. It doesn't seem to be a big deal, but swimming in smoke in the morning and sleeping with the door open won't work anymore.
There is a large swimming pool overlooking the sea, but the water is slightly greenish and dirty. In the children's pool, you will have blue, slightly transparent water. There is a smell of mud in the pool area. Sometimes very strongly and sharply. Probably from the sea, or the fact that the water from the pool stagnates.
About the restaurant and cafe.
The food is scarce. There is not even boiled buckwheat for breakfast.... And the porridge will be served to you with such a face that you will not want to eat it. And in general, the attitude of the staff towards vacationers is not clear to me. Neither hello nor goodbye. Like you came at all.
At 16:00, there was practically no food. At 18:30, stop the barbecue, if it's full, no barbecue, and don't expect anything like that. They just don't have time! The restaurant, which opened recently, has a simple and affordable menu. But there are only two waiters for the whole restaurant. The fries and nuggets arrived 40 minutes later. The children ate with toothpicks, as they forgot to bring us the appliances. The boat was hot, but the dough was raw and not baked at the bottom. The barbecue was eventually brought to me two hours later and cold. The meat is dry and tasteless in general. They did not eat shish kebab. There are many places, both in the restaurant and in the dining room, but the staff cannot cope with such an influx of vacationers.
The place is very nice, large territory, lots of plants. Its access to the sea, sun beds on the beach, a view pool. Despite all these shortcomings, the administration has something to think about, all these shortcomings are easy to eliminate in fact.

Positive aspects:
- hotel 2019, single-storey houses with their own terrace;

- 3 km from New Athos;
- reasonable price.
Disadvantages:
- the food is monotonous, not suitable for consumption. For lunch, what you didn't finish for breakfast, for dinner, what you didn't finish for lunch ....... A restaurant with its own molecular cuisine is out of place, you can't order anything from the usual cuisine. As a result, they are forced to travel to the city. The local restaurant is not aimed at making a profit;
- during the day, the sewage is pumped out, in the evening and at night it overflows and flows down the shore into the sea;
- during the first three days, 7 people were ill (11 people came with a company);
- the administration does not keep order. Vacationers who think that they have paid a penny and now they are allowed everything and they are alone here, other hotel guests are forced to make comments, as a result, conflicts arise;
- rattan furniture near the pool has fallen into disrepair for three seasons, as a result, sun loungers from the beach migrated to the pool. As a result, there are not enough sun loungers, besides, most of them are engaged from morning to evening (they put towels), but in fact they are not used.
Result:
We came for the second time, because in August 2020 we liked it, but no one else set foot here, and in Abkhazia in general.

They lived in a wooden house. Overall nice, with a veranda, but there are a few noooooo!!! In the afternoon, there are a lot of wasps on the veranda, one of our two wasps was bumped behind his back. The food for breakfast is bland, not tasty, it is not possible to eat, we rested for 7 days, on the second we stopped eating there. There is a barbecue, it's dirty around, if you fry meat, take everything with you!!!! The meat of the skewer is kindled with firewood (from the proposed grids, they looked like they were a hundred years old and had never washed, and were lying on the ground). There is a Playground on the territory, it smells very strongly of sewage. There are cows on the beach, mud, but the sea is clean. The pool is normal, clean, the sunbeds are very tired. The good thing is that they were not at the base most of the time.

Dear people, this is like a nightmare! Yesterday we checked in and endured one day and ran away from this "hotel" due to the complete lack of conditions for rest! We (our family of 2 adults and 2 children) as soon as we entered the house of 2 rooms, we were horrified there were no beds!!! some kind of hard podium (base) and a hard mattress on it. Rooms without windows at all, only the front door and if you want to ventilate the rooms, you need to open them completely, they do not open for ventilation. It is impossible to sleep with the doors closed, there is no oxygen! The air conditioner works very poorly! The rooms are so small, a step away from the bed and there is already a wall! In general, the impression of the house is like a small wooden shed, in which it is impossible to sleep / relax at all!!! This is the main DISADVANTAGE, which overlaps the beautiful pools, the proximity of the sea and the included breakfasts!

The location is good, though to N. Athos by taxi for 200 rubles. or along the shore 30 minutes on foot. We lived in the house next to the cafe and the pool. Nature and people are wonderful. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is more than up to the standard of the hotel. Everything is edible, fresh and beautifully served. The restaurant for dinner did not really understand, because the portions are small, with a claim to either molecular cuisine or Michelin stars... This cafe downstairs has the best Abkhazian pizza - they don't put so much cheese anywhere else. Cocktails are not very good, and it is better to take bottled wine at the market or in the store. My biggest disappointment is the beach. It's at the hotel, and unfortunately, it's not very clean. But this is definitely the best hotel in N. Athos. Recommend.

You are great fellows in organizing the recreation of the complex. We appeal to you, we are on vacation now, everything is fine, except for a huge BUT! Please fix the power supply system. Downstairs in the cafe, the dishes are the same every day, it seems that what was left from yesterday was recycled the next day, given away. There is a restaurant on the second floor, with molecular cuisine, not everyone understands it. We are your guests who would be happy to taste the national cuisine, ordinary, especially mostly with children. After all, we have to go to the city for this and spend your profits there.
Don't be rude, but there's really nothing to eat, so there are no people in your establishments. The only thing that saves is baking and a barbecue, but you won't live on them for long.

The houses are adjacent and the neighbors are very audible, even the usual conversation. The bed is made up of two constantly moving mattresses. A strange configuration of the bathroom. You need to go to the toilet on the wet floor through the shower room, which is not fenced in any way, i.e. water flows simply on the floor, without a pallet. It would be more logical to do the opposite. The heating in the pool did not work, although it was stated that it was there. We were not very lucky with the weather, it was rainy and cold, and a warm pool could fix the situation. There is a dining room. The breakfasts are hearty, buffet style. You can also have lunch and dinner.

Everything seems to be fine, there is a beautiful pool for 2 more children, breakfasts are included, condors in the houses, etc.. BUT let's start with the houses- they are really not bad, but the mattresses are already worn and the shower over the toilet is nonsense, we knew what we were going for. That's all he earned his two stars for, now about the cons: the restart on the second floor did not impress us at all, the food is not tasty, especially carbonara. My wife became ill on the second day of my stay (it was bad for one day), I became ill on the third day of my stay (I was sick for 2 days, vomiting and fever), my daughter became ill on the fifth day of my stay (fever, vomiting, diarrhea). In a word, rotavirus, but what's the point?! Flies are everywhere in the kitchen, on everything. The sewage pits are overflowing, pumped out, but they still overflow and flow into the sea. We ordered a pizza, it turned out to be made of rotten meat, presented it to the cashier, she agreed and changed it for us. We were traveling with a company of 11 people, only 2 people out of the whole company were not ill. We could not stand this bullying of people and left on the 6th day of vacation (it was paid for 7) the money was not returned to us. Although the baby was taken for treatment. She's two years old. Friends who were regular guests here were shocked how a good hotel turned into a DUMP, they were familiar with the director and wrote to him personally, but he did not react in any way.
