Today is the last day of rest in Green Tetrace. We spent 9 days here. Before going to this hotel, I read almost all the reviews. I am surprised that there is not a single decent review of the restaurant! We have been here three times during the holidays. Everything that was ordered is VERY TASTY!!! Respect to the chef, all the dishes are very delicious to taste, the design and presentation are beyond praise! In Moscow, you will pay at least 3 times more for such a kitchen! I highly recommend it to everyone who is vacationing in Abkhazia!

We rested with friends in this place for a couple of days in August. We had enough - we were horrified. Complete unsanitary conditions. The beach is terribly dirty, the smell of sewage is everywhere. There are few chaise lounges and those are collapsed.
Meals for 2 are expensive and not tasty. The only plus is the spacious rooms. But even in it, the toilet and shower are considered on top of each other, it is inconvenient to swim, plus the water and light were periodically turned off.

I rested for 10 days at the hotel. Perfect! That's it! Comfortable rooms, each with a veranda. The houses are close, but you can't hear the neighbors, as well as the children from the playground. The rooms are cleaned regularly. WiFi, guys, beats even outside the hotel and it is of excellent quality - there were no problems with the remote control. Breakfasts - there is everything for a balanced diet, plus - a wonderful bartender is always ready to make you freshly brewed coffee for 100 rubles. Oriental style) the staff are responsive and attentive. They always respond normally to an adequate request and wish. How do they manage it with so many people ...? For me, the main thing was the proximity of the sea (10 m) and my house. I am 100% satisfied. By the way, the photos of the hotel fully correspond to reality.

The beach is terrible , dirty, the deck chairs are all broken on the beach , there are few of them near the basik - everyone is missing . The dining room is expensive , and there are a lot of flies that discourage appetite . Breakfasts were included , but somehow not very appetizing , so they ate small things , the bass is cleaned in the evening , but not to the end , they leave the chemistry and figs , like they say in the morning everything will disappear from people 😁rooms are Normal in general , shorter by 3 . I do not recommend it

1. Sooo small rooms!!!
2. Sooo strong audibility. The conversations behind the wall were perfectly monitored.
3. The pool is small, there are not enough sun beds. Russian people have been occupying deck chairs with towels and T-shirts since the very morning (and some go to do anything but relax on these very deck chairs).
4. Houses with 4 rooms. Entrance glass door =window. Shower = toilet. The watering can is right over the toilet. To wash, you need to close the toilet with a curtain.
5. There is a railway nearby. At 00:30, the Abkhazian driver greeted us with a strong horn when we were already asleep.
6. The territory is also very small and limited.
7. There are no cafes, restaurants, or shops nearby. You only need to get by taxi to N.Athos (250 rubles).
I can continue, but I won't. In the morning they took the money for the second day and left.

A cool pool with a beautiful view of the sea, next to which there is a stinky sewer drain. In the cafe on the ground floor next to the pool, they don't let you in swimming trunks / swimsuits for beer, you need to get dressed, which in my opinion is nonsense (local draft beer for 100 rubles, not bad). The menu in the cafe is not bad, but half of the range of dishes is not available - for example, you can only eat shish kebab at 17-00. The food in the cafe is tasteless, in disposable dishes. But it is very tasty in the gourmet restaurant on the second floor.

The place is beautiful. A cozy hotel with a sea view directly from the pool. Picturesque sunsets. The staff is responsive, they responded to all requests instantly. There is a buffet system for breakfast, the menu is of course monotonous, but you can choose something. Well, I would like to have full lunches and dinners. I had to either go to the neighboring hotels, or go to New Athos. Of course, you won't stay hungry, you can have a fast food snack at the bar. There is also a restaurant with interesting dishes, but not everyone will be able to afford it. There were problems with the sun beds, but rather not a claim to the hotel, but to vacationers who occupied these sun beds in the morning (or evening) and did not always use them.

We rested at a nearby hotel, but for several days in a row we came to the Terrace. A large selection of food, pizza and fries. And the children are ready to eat it around the clock, so we went there for lunch. Very beautiful views and a wonderful pool. I haven't been to the rooms, I can't say. But in the future, I would love to come to this hotel.

In general, the hotel is good, the rooms have everything, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, although we did not get the refrigerator on the compressor, so of course I did not cool anything, the hotel is 2-3 years old, in principle it is not bad, but I would like a little better, various little things, but they make up the big picture. The staff is friendly, they do not answer questions rudely. In the cafe by the pool, the variety of the menu is not great, often there was not what you want to try and this is sad, unfortunately.
To say that I really want to come here again is to lie to you. It's worth visiting, but unfortunately not more than once (my opinion is subjective)

Breakfast food for 3.5 , if you come early in the morning there is a choice, then everything is worse with the choice
The food in the cafe is terrible , they take it out in plastic containers , everything is delicious, pasta with cheese is full of trash, overcooked pasta is sprinkled with cheese , without sauce and spices, the tongue will not turn to call pasta , pizza was also so-so, salads for 300 rubles are also not worth the money
The hotel has problems with electricity , often the light disappears completely and the water , respectively, too , because the hot water is heated by a water heater , wifi leaves much to be desired , constantly disappears or there is not enough speed
The walls are thin in the houses , the audibility is maximum
The only plus is the sea nearby
The price does not match the quality!

We had a rest in July 2021, I read the reviews, nothing has changed. I decided to write, suddenly they will listen! When choosing a place to relax, I was looking for a place with a swimming pool and next to the sea. The coastline is large, you can disperse and no one will interfere. The coast is really not cleared by anyone! Even near the hotel, household garbage bottles, forgotten swimming trunks... this is clearly not the responsibility of the staff, and it spoils the view at the same time.
FOOD. we lasted 2-3 days, then only rode to Mount Athos, for soup! Fried potatoes, pizza, barbecue. Chicken soup and the one with buckwheat noodles, I love, but the children got upset .... cutlets, purees, there is nothing ordinary. The restaurant is not clear who it is designed for, certainly not for those with children.
The location of the houses.
The windows are facing each other, if you went out to your terrace in the evening to relax, be prepared that people are also sitting in front of you. There are only 3 lines, and you may be lucky to be a guest and not live on the central line when everyone passing by is looking at you.
The pool is good for everyone, the view is amazing. But the question is who cleaned it and when. And the question brings up the smell below him...by the seashore. The drain is exactly in the sea. Nowhere else to go
Water and lights are turned off at night, saving electricity in the country. And if suddenly the child feels bad, this is still an adventure.
Plus, it's a change of linen on demand, the presence of a washing machine. It's a pity that I'm alone, it's important to keep up.
Parking for cars is free. Wi fi.
Yes, I forgot.
Russian Russians are the ones who provide the sun beds and umbrellas, but our Russian people are Russians. They put a towel or, like in the photo, their bedspread and can leave for the whole day. Scored, so to speak, a place .... by the pool in the same way. But these are Russians, the hotel has nothing to do with it....

The pictures will not leave anyone indifferent. And we booked a room from 20.09-28.09.
We stopped by late at night, so there wasn't much to see. And in the morning the most interesting thing began. My husband went to breakfast with the children. If you want to see how the service takes place in the Soviet dining room, you are here. Rotten pasta, porridge with more sugar than cereals. Butter in huge chunks, no fruit, scrambled eggs that are over and will not be cooked. The wildest queue and fat Soviet aunts who shout that you have to get in line to take a plate! In short, there is nothing to have breakfast with. Lunch, actually, too. Even pizza, which is difficult to spoil, is impossible to eat.
While they were trying to find one sunbed on the beach, the second one was dragged away. The beach area is dirty, no one cleans, there are no umbrellas, bags and some objects are floating in the sea. Please note - this is the fixed territory of the hotel.
The terrace with pools is a separate story. The floor is rotten, nails are sticking out and outright holes that no one is even trying to fix somehow. Many sun beds are broken, and they fall on the terrace itself, no one cleans them. The pools are cold, although it has been stated that they are heated. The water in the children's rooms is already an incomprehensible color, it's scary to be near them, let alone go in.
There is garbage on the territory of the hotel near the houses, a lot of garbage. The room itself is a separate art form. Small, the walls are nominal, since you will hear your neighbors perfectly, it's good not to see them! Everything is complicated in the shower. I couldn't figure out how to wash with a watering can over the toilet. I couldn't get over my squeamishness.
Well, the apotheosis of everything was the smell of faeces ! He's everywhere. Your meal and rest on the terrace itself will be accompanied by this "subtle" all-pervading fragrance... It was a mystery to me why people rest there, why do they stay there at all? What attracts them? How can you enjoy a glass of wine while exquisitely sipping it on a smelly riser???
Let it remain a mystery to me, because as soon as we saw it all, we quickly packed our suitcases and left wherever we looked. We must pay tribute to the girls at the reception, they did not resist giving us the entire amount. But I think that we are not the first to do this and they already have experience.
What I would like to note. The investor invested in a wonderful hotel with a great idea, but the implementation failed...

Great location, the hotel is right on the sea, 3 swimming pools, the view is mesmerizing. The food is more difficult, only the breakfasts, which are the same every day - vegetables, sausages, pudding, porridge. Lunch and dinner are available immediately, but for the price of the restaurant.
But you can drive to New Athos for 10 minutes and skimp there.
In general, we did not come to eat, but to swim in the sea, and there are all conditions for this. The place is secluded, if you want entertainment and the noise of the embankments with parachutes, catamarans, etc., etc., then not here, this is not here.

The hotel positions itself as a pretentious place, but in fact, it is a campsite on the outskirts. There are very cramped single-storey houses on a small territory. There is no proper nutrition at the base. By the way, the neighboring Anakopia Club has a more interesting territory and a dining room with meals is available, including an open one, but here there is only a pretentious cafe. Imported musicians perform in the evenings. All the hotel's show-offs are around the infinity pool, but the territory behind it is not particularly well maintained, the beach is without umbrellas. They also talk about draining sewage into the sea.

Probably one of the few places in the whole of Abkhazia where the hotel is designed in a modern style. There is no such interior of Sovdepov a la hotels. I do not recommend the hotel. The terrace is all rotten (photo attached) and there are many holes into which you can fall. I especially consider it dangerous for children. It smells like sewage. A strange-looking stream flows next to the pool (photo). The food is terrible. There is a very poor choice for breakfast, it is not tasty. We ate extra-dairy porridges and waited for 11:00 to order ndu in their cafe, in which some items were delicious. There is nothing nearby, I had to take a taxi to the cafe to feed the children. The beach is dirty (mysor) and no one has cleaned it. I put 2, not 0, just because of the good cafe staff and maids and the clean pool. Everything else 👎 I do not recommend visiting their restaurant on the second floor separately. There is only a molecular cuisine, which is specific in itself, so the staff is not competent and the food is good.
