A great place, suitable for family holidays and for company. Normal food, not a restaurant, of course, but everyone ate and did not complain) the houses are cozy, inside there is a refrigerator, a TV, outside there is a veranda. Wet cleaning is done every day. The pool is the cherry on the cake, overly photogenic). A cool hotel located right on the beach, with a gorgeous swimming pool. Five-plus breakfasts, very good buffet. Of the disadvantages, the rooms are not large in size and there are a lot of ants in them. The shower is located right in the toilet, above the toilet bowl. I highly recommend not having dinner in the local dining room, the food spoils in the heat, and by the evening it lies with a clear smell.

We really liked it! We have been resting for 8 days since June 22. Everything is wonderful! Every Saturday there is animation for children, a foam party! It was a very pleasant surprise for the child! The staff is very attentive, always wondering if everything is okay! I really liked the food, especially the pizza! There is enough variety in the menu for us, for 8 days every day we take a new dish for dinner! Porridges for breakfast are always different. Wine in the bar of our own production! - Beautiful!
Flowers and palm trees are all around - the territory is well maintained. The pools are clean!
The location of the hotel is very convenient. 10 min to Mount Athos, 15 min to the market in Gudauta, 20 min to Sukhum. A taxi was called from the reception.
If you keep the house clean, then the ants will not come to visit! As they write below about the shower, if you use it according to the rules and pull the curtain, then everything will be dry! You can always ask the staff for extra towels!

We chose this hotel on the recommendation of friends, it's good that it's only for 4 days, because we wanted to leave much faster. Of the advantages, proximity to the sea, but the question is which sea, the beach is not well-groomed from the word at all, there is dirt everywhere, there is not even a shower (and instead there is a hose under the stairs) umbrellas for the entire beach 4 pieces and then half of them are all torn. The large pool is not bad, the children's rooms are in terrible condition, dirty, and even the yard dog constantly wrote into it. There is a smell of sewage throughout most of the day, as the drain machine arrives. The rooms; yes, they are not big (but when we moved in, I immediately saw tufts of hair), yes, an uncomfortable bathroom (as many write it can be seen from the photo), but the fact that the beds have ugly mattresses is not visible and is not indicated anywhere ((, all 4 days we just suffered, since sleeping on them it's just impossible, some bare springs dig into the sides. It is simply impossible for children or adults to sleep on them. We put blankets under the sheet for the children. The breakfasts are simple. The restaurant on the second floor is beautiful, the advantages end there. The fish is not tasty, the kebab is too, the kebab is disgusting. We only took fruits and French fries. Well, that's probably all I wanted to say. Honestly, I don't understand people to whom all these disadvantages seem to be advantages. But stroking the vacationers who are drinking kvass all day at the pools, smoking, but probably they do not notice these disadvantages. And I also wanted to write a few words about the barbecue area. Positive:
- gorgeous sea view
- large terrace for relaxing in the sun
- swimming pools for children and adults separately
- timely cleaning of rooms
Minuses:
- THE DINING ROOM deserves special attention:
- It is better not to take breakfast included in the price - porridge on the water, the cheapest and sometimes not fresh products.
- I have to clean the food myself
- Draft beer is warm, without gas
- The staff is constantly in a bad mood, they look with malice, answer any question sullenly and not though.
- Heated pools do not include cold water
- Shared shower + toilet , you wash while sitting on a sanfayance
- The kettle is not working
- 3 single sockets for the whole room, and a kettle, a lamp, and a refrigerator were installed to one . We turned on each device in turn

We are currently vacationing at this hotel. Very nice, well maintained, closed area.
The house rooms seemed to me a very cool idea, because everyone has a separate terrace with a table and chairs + a clothes dryer, which is not unimportant!
Breakfast. It was delicious for us. There are plenty to choose from.
The main disadvantage is the staff of the canteen. They are rude, they do not want to answer questions. I can't get the words out.
When you order food, they say that this is a dining room for you, not a restaurant, they say what did you want? And we are just trying to find out what kind of meat they will cook for us and what sauce to have with it!
It's our second day here, but I don't want to go there and order anything anymore.
Friends, we are not so spoiled, but basic politeness has not been canceled.
Especially in the service sector.
Will I recommend the hotel to my friends?

But... there is no heating in the rooms at all. The air conditioner does not work well, dries the air, and it is not comfortable to sleep. The toilet is a separate story🤨 the shower is located above the toilet , that is, you wash by pouring everything around (toilet bowl, sockets, toilet paper, trash can, etc.), how to use the toilet afterwards is not clear.🤷♂️
In this regard, without clarifying the relationship, in the morning I asked the administrator to shorten the time of our stay, return the money for 2 days and part with good intentions. The answer was as follows: we will deduct money from you for 2 days in any case, these are the rules of the hotel. They did not respond to my explanations and request to contact the head of the hotel, they said that they would not give rooms, they would not call themselves. - Maybe they'll come by lunch, talk to them yourself.

Apparently people who write negative reviews, from Turkey and Egypt 5 star hotels, decided to visit Abkhazia))
Everything you need is there. A kettle, a refrigerator in the room, a hairdryer is provided, you can wash and iron in the administrative building. Large parking lot for cars. Easy accessibility (exit from the highway and in 1.5 minutes the hotel is already there). The availability of swimming pools is a huge plus. The sea is right there. Sun beds, towels for the beach - everything is there. At the beginning of June, only the dining room was open, as I understand it, later it will be on the second floor and the restaurant will work. There is a playground. The houses are small. But you won't be sitting in the rooms for days on vacation either) the only thing is that the mattresses are very hard..I didn't like that. Yes, there are ants. But they didn't interfere. In general, I liked everything.

The linen is grey, they wash it themselves.Glasses and an electric kettle in the room. A hairdryer is available on request at the reception. The breakfasts are almost the same, but you will not stay hungry, there is plenty to choose from. Once we had lunch and dinner in the dining room, the food was cold, heated in the microwave. There is a toilet next to it, everything is wet, after each wash I had to wash the floor (I kind of came to rest from this), well, really, because it was possible to make some kind of side and a longer curtain. Food. Oh, this topic still triggers me. Breakfasts are still more or less - pancakes, sososki, porridge, omelette, vegetables, some fruits - no complaints, only the queues were infuriating, and if something was running out, I didn't have time - I was late. There is no coffee. Lunches. We love soups. Are you guys serious? How can soups be ruined? Borscht is tasteless, the hodgepodge of morning sausages is spicy - it is impossible to eat and give to children. More or less homemade noodles, but straight to the top three. At prices from 150 rubles and above soups. The girl at the distribution is always terribly unhappy. As if she was annoyed by everything and everyone. It seemed to me that a little more and she would throw a plate at me. You will find out the prices at the checkout. Is it really difficult to write at least on a piece of paper, and when you ask, they answer with such dissatisfaction. In general, a new cook and a girl are at the distribution and we would come back again, because, as it turned out, food is very important, especially if there is no cafe nearby. We were looking for accommodation for 2 days, rested in the midst, prices were off the scale. In New Athos, a room with 8000 amenities, a worse room with a shared shower and toilet 5000. On the way, we saw a sign for this hotel, we stopped by. Everything was pleasant at first, they even agreed to stay for another day because they categorically refused to rent the house for 2 days. These are their rules. The price is 8000 per day.

Separate rooms in the house, we are with 2 children. We have a double bed, they have two single beds. I liked the small terrace with chairs and a table, its own dryer.
I didn't like it - hard mattresses, non-cooling refrigerator, dirty pools. There are only three pools. The pools were not cleaned, there is green mud in two children's pools (50 and 80 cm). Because of this, the children were forced to swim in a deep pool. On the third day they were cleaned, clean water was poured, but it was very cold, and the children could not swim there. The large pool is cleaned even less often, but since the volume is larger, it is not so noticeable, but the water was already greenish. No daily chemical treatment is carried out.
Breakfast-I couldn't eat anything but doughnuts. Green flies fly around, sit down on food, spoils all appetite. The water is scaly, unpleasant, the tables are not wiped after each one.
The beach is bad, dirty, large rocks. There is no comparison, for example, with Pitsunda or Tsandripsh, in terms of the purity of the water in the sea.
There is a laundry room, 2 cars. When I came to do the laundry, one of them was busy, and the other one had a very dirty powder tray. I turned to the administrator, explained the situation, and asked, for that matter, a basin, I'll wash it myself faster with my hands. The cleaner refused to wash the tray. A basin was provided.
Another disadvantage is the lack of a shower rim, the whole floor is wet, you can't get to the sink or the toilet. You constantly have to wipe and turn on the ventilation in the bathroom.

Hello! I am resting in this hotel at the moment, namely 08/20/2023! I want to share my impressions about him, I will build on past reviews. The territory is beautiful, three swimming pools, 2 children's and one large adult, cleaned every evening at 22:00! There is a smell from the sewer, BUT not all over the territory, but in just one place and it is not always there and not so strong that it is straight🤮 The rooms are small, but very, very cozy! Everything is made of wood, we have 5 sockets , a TV with Internet, air conditioning, two bedside tables, a mini refrigerator, one closet! They give towels for one person as many as 4 pcs, you can not take them with you, they also give toilet paper! There is an ant, but if you don't bring anything sweet to the room, you will meet 1-3 and that's it! There is a dryer and a table with armchairs on the balcony. As for the food: there are 2 cafes on the ground floor, a buffet and a bar, very tasty pastries and an awesome chicken kebab, I haven't had time to try the other one yet. On the second floor there is a disco and free karaoke, the menu is different! The staff is very polite and kind, the girls at the reception will always help you, they are very nice and helpful. You still have to take a taxi to the nearest shops, but if you are with children there are no daily expenses😁 But still, it would not be bad for you to open a shop here, even with fruits. And most importantly, there are few people at sea)) In general, I like everything, THANK YOU for the rest❤
