It's a great place. Houses with terraces, the territory is not large, then everything is done very pleasantly and efficiently. A playground and, most importantly, swimming pools on the shore. We had a great rest. The only disadvantage is the distance from populated areas. When we were in 2020, there were no shops nearby or cafes. There is one cafe on site with a very limited selection. We ate only pizza for three days because the kebab man got sick. But for Abkhazia, such a service is the norm. I got a solid five for the hotel, I got one star for the restaurant.

The kitchen is bad, the staff does not know how to behave, there is constantly not enough food for breakfast.
Grilled dishes are a waste of money. The man at the grill just translates good products. They don't do the beach at all, it's a garbage and firewood warehouse. It is a pity that such an attitude towards business and people. I don't recommend it, there are better places.

A 4* hotel. Significant disadvantages: 1. food, there is not a single store around and you have to dine for expensive and not very tasty in the hotel restaurant. 2. An unfriendly receptionist, a dark girl with long hair. She was the receptionist at the restaurant. It is always unpleasant to communicate with a dissatisfied face. 3. The restaurant is just terrible. Claims to be a delicacy, ordered a salad, decorated with funny loaves, cheesecake with a frozen wooden base, sour ravioli with beetroot. They carried it for a long time. The wine set is good. 4. There is no hair dryer in the rooms 5. Only one pool was working, others were being repaired. The noise had been going on since 9 a.m. 6. The tours from the hotel are expensive and terrible. In fact, there was no tour, we were just driven, there was no story. I recommend a tour in the city of Apsny
Now from the pros: a dark reception girl, very friendly, helped everything! Beautiful large swimming pool. The breakfasts are not varied, but everything is there. New houses. Cleaning every day.
We went in May, I hope the disadvantages were fixed in the summer. I advise you to go to this hotel only by car, otherwise you will splurge on a taxi (the hotel provides a taxi to the city, which is 10 minutes away for 300 rubles) more expensive than prices in Moscow.

We have been vacationing in Abkhazia for the third year. This year the choice fell on this hotel. Terribly sorry!
1. The room is small, but okay. But the toilet-shower is a tin. The shower is located directly above the toilet. This may be a space saver, but convenience is 0.
2. Breakfast is an attraction. There is a distribution in the dining room. The queue is created for 40 minutes. There are not enough tables. Sometimes it's scary to take food. And the choice should be said so-so.
3. There is a dining room and a restaurant on site. On the first day we went to a restaurant for lunch. They gave away a cosmic sum without really eating. As we were told, there is a "high" kitchen. It's hard to understand what it is. They left hungry. There is absolutely nothing to feed the children there.
4. Someone will probably be attracted to the pools. On our arrival, the large pool bloomed on the second day. It was closed for 2 days. There are a lot of young people in the hotel. As a result, a group of young people were relaxing in the children's pool with beer and smoking in between! For me, this is TRASH! And none of the staff made a remark to them! Later, the child was injured in the pool - either cut himself on the glass, or on a nail.
5. Beach towels are NOT changed during the entire stay. You will be there for 10 days, and the towels will be with you all the time.
No, of course you can wash them! There is a washing machine on site. But she's alone! There are 85 hotel guests in the area. It is almost impossible to get to a free washing machine during the day!
From our observation, many travel outside the hotel to eat. Including breakfast. They go to the shops to buy groceries! This is NOT the same as a vacation for us!
In short, the management of the hotel, delve into his life! The idea is great, but it is desirable, at least, to keep the level!
We will not go to this hotel anymore and we will not recommend it

Stunning swimming pool, 1 line, close to the highway. The condos worked properly, cleaned every day. The place and the houses are great!!! They are standing to return. The only drawback is the power supply. The restaurant with Alaskan cuisine was not impressed by the word at all (there is nothing to eat at Moscow restaurant prices). The cafe on the 1st floor has a stripped-down European menu and it's in Abkhazia! It is better to make home cooking + local, rather than pizzas and 2 soups to choose from. There's really nothing to eat except barbecue in the evenings. Special thanks for the cocktails and coffee, it's super delicious!!! The breakfasts were delicious, although they did not differ in variety. I would also like a stall or a store nearby. We went to Anakopia for everything (including water).

The location is good for those who want to relax by the sea, but that's where it ends. The photos of the rooms do not correspond to reality (small) toilet-shower surprised and killed completely. Having resigned themselves to a miserable room, they came to the "beach" dirty, not equipped with broken sun beds, but whole sun beds forever occupied with towels but without vacationers. There is, of course, an alternative to dirty stained mattresses for sun beds, the kind of which you want to go out. As a result, people are lying on the rocks. The pool is a separate topic, there are three of them here. One more or less for adults was cleaned once in my presence and then from numerous complaints from vacationers, I am silent about children's pools, it is scary to run a child - they have not been cleaned more than once in 10 days. Then complaints about rotovirus and so on.
The kitchen is monotonous.
There is a lot to write, but I don't have enough nerves from what I saw. As they say, they lay well and take money regularly. In fact, you get a bottom that is not worthy of a 2-star review.
You can draw conclusions, but I do not recommend this hotel.

If the administration is reading this review, then I would like to recommend a greater variety in the basic diet and change the molecular cuisine in the restaurant to a more familiar one (profits go to other cafes that you have to go to). Increase the number of deck chairs. Arrange a transfer to the city, at least a couple of times a day. Keep the beach clean.

The place is awesome!! We were in September 2020, there are already few people, the sea is warm and clean. The rooms and houses are new, everything is there, shower, air conditioning, necessary Furniture. The hosts and administrators are responsive and respond to requests. Breakfast is included in the price. The rest of the food is expensive, you can walk to a nearby Hotel. Awesome pool! Sun beds, towels, awnings - everything is there. In the evening, you can walk along the shore, we burned a bonfire not far from the hotel, there is a lot of firewood. I'm going there this fall too. There is no entertainment on site, I hope the owners are working on it :)

For 5000 per day, you expect a good room with a normal bathroom in which at least there is a window or a powerful fan (in my case, the fan did not work and no one changed it in five days).
There are only three in the room! sockets, two of which are designed for sconces above the bed and they also need to include a kind of mini refrigerator (which does not cool two bottles of mineral water per day) and a third opposite the bed at a height of 30cm, the distance from the bed to the wall is 40cm., that is, you can only throw the phone under your feet. Now he takes Wi-Fi almost everywhere on the territory, but he didn't take it in my room, I went to the reception for the first few days, then I realized that it was useless. Further, the territory of the pool there are sun beds in the amount of about 10-15 pcs (this is for all guests) in some there are just holes in the bottom, the color of soft pillows discourages all desire to fit on them, in the pool itself it would be nice to clean the bottom from plaque more often. Just where the canopy with sun beds is located, there is a persistent smell of sewage (perhaps somewhere on this side a pipe goes into the ground, twenty meters closer to the sea, smelly sludge oozes out from under the pebbles), I suspect that this is the reason for the enterovirus infection that we all got over.
The beach on which there are about 40 sun beds and about 10 umbrellas (again for all guests) is completely unkempt, garbage brought from the sea is scattered everywhere.
There are no complaints about the dining room, the breakfast is without frills but quite edible.
In five days, the electricity was turned off three times, the generator turns on with a wild growl, but it is not clear why, because there is no electricity in the rooms, respectively, stuffiness in the room.
In short, this is the worst vacation I've had in Abkhazia.

It's better to pay extra and relax in Sochi, because the whole of Abkhazia sucks! There is no sewerage even in expensive hotels, and even more so, everything goes to the sea. It stinks by the pool (sewage) to the point of nausea. The beach is terribly dirty, syringes, cows, garbage. The pool is also dirty. The food is just disgusting. The canteen always smells unpleasant, not the way good food should smell. And then this smell haunts you everywhere. On the second day, the neighbors warned that they were sick and the whole hotel was sick, on the third day our whole company was sick. Fever, nausea, fever - rotavirus. Room cleaning is generally lol, only the toilet is cleaned and that's so-so, they'll wave a broom, they'll raise the dust and that's it. In short, going back to the beginning, think 1000 times whether you really need the Abkhazian nature and local attractions, whether they are worth your comfort and health. The weather did not spoil: cloudy, rainy, the weather was caught....Breakfast is normal, there is no fruit at 9-00, you need to make it to 8-30. Paid lunches and dinners: the prices are too high. First courses do not know how to cook at all, cakes are stored without a refrigerator from 11-00 in the morning until the evening.... During our shift, many people and children had digestive disorders. The room was cleaned 2 times in 10 days. There is no hair dryer in the room, you need to take it and return it to the reception. There are ants in the rooms, and wasps' nests on the outside between the board paneling. The sea and the beach are dirty. In the pool, sun beds are occupied from 8 am, at 10 there are no free sun beds((( There is not enough convenience store on the territory, because you have to take a taxi 300 rubles there and 300 back: bathing accessories, fruits, vegetables, souvenirs. I liked the nature very much, and the city itself: everything needs repair and reconstruction. There is no desire to go a second time yet

The toilet is separated by a curtain, and in front of the curtain is a shower.There is no hood!Gels and shampoos are not provided.Let's move on . There are no questions about the territory. Pools, there are three of them, the water is green, the bottom was cleaned a little bit with us and that's it, the water is the same green and remained, and the people swam again, the children's pools are the same.The stench of sewage is unbearable! And the people lay sniffing all day (well, maybe they liked it)The sun beds are woven in holes, the beach mattresses are gray, soaked in mold.

At first glance, it's beautiful, but it's worth looking closely and you can see how the sewer overflows and drains into the sea, tiles have fallen off in the pools, a syringe is lying on the beach, garbage, deck chairs are holed, beach towels are stained, they need to be replaced, in the restaurant the unfriendly and lazy staff brings absolutely tasteless and expensive food, in the dining room for dinner they offer What's left from lunch is surrounded by flies and wasps. Someone threw up in the big pool, it was closed. We ordered pizza, and it turned out to be a rotten chicken. Unsanitary conditions, the whole family got sick with rotovirus. In this regard, the baby, who is 2 years old, needed medical help and we were forced to leave. We contacted the head of the hotel to resolve the issue of a refund, but he threw all responsibility on the administrator. The administrator, in turn, spread her hands with the words: "I can't help you in any way." The money was not returned, the vacation was ruined, and so was my health. I do not recommend it!!!

We rested in hotels from 07/25/27. to 08/27/12. The hotel has two stars according to European standards.
The cleaning of the territory is terrible, there are 3 swimming pools on the territory, they are not cleaned, the large pool is even closed for three days, the water in it has turned green- it has bloomed.
The hotels smell of sewage, especially by the pool and the houses located next to it.
Breakfast is traditional: two porridges, an omelet, an egg, cheese and meat filling, sausages, fruits, sliced vegetables, cookies and fruits. But!!! There are flies all around, they sit on cheese, sausage, cookies, and at the distribution, do not hesitate to rest, just add raw milk to the finished porridge, which, by the way, is prohibited by the norms of the sanpin.
The logistics of organizing breakfast are terrible, everything is located very inconveniently, people who took porridge have to stand in line for another five minutes to come and pour themselves tea. There are not enough tables for breakfast, people come earlier to occupy tables to eat and go to rest.
The beach is not cleaned, there are several sun beds and umbrellas on it (the photo that is posted on the hotel's website is post-made).
The rooms are cleaned daily, but not of high quality. In 14 days, the plumbing has never been cleaned, the floors are washed every other time, there is no welcome kit: shampoo, gel.
The hotel is located in the village, water and light are often turned off.
The nearest store, if you need to buy water, juice, cookies, is 1.5 km away in another hotel.
The hotel is declared for a family holiday, but even adults are not very comfortable to relax.

I do not advise you to come here. We didn't believe the reviews and went there to rest anyway. We lasted 3 days, the food was disgusting, and it wasn't cheap either... There are always a lot of green flies in the dining room... As I understand it, the hotel is 3 years old, but it is already falling apart, the tiles on the pools have fallen off, there is a lot of mud on the large pool. The beach is dirty, the deck chairs are already tired. In the rooms, only the bathroom is washed, which stinks very much, since there is no normal ventilation. There are ants and mice in the rooms, at night you can hear them scratching. At the check-out (we left at 11:30), the room key was snatched right out of my hands... well, the most important thing is that, judging by the conversation, 90% of the residents had rotavirus. In short, there is a lot of pathos, but there is no service at all. Still, all this is far from Mount Athos and if you need to buy something, then only take a taxi. There is no alternative to food, they are alone there and you will have to eat with them or go to Mount Athos, 300 rubles one way. Unless, of course, you're driving. I forgot, the bathrooms are full of mold.

Cons: The hotel is good, while it is new, the hotel is not well looked after, there were a lot of children, but the children's pools were dirty, with green water. (the main pool is lovely and has always been clean) The wooden floors near the pools were smashed, and the children could have been very badly injured. There is garbage in the surrounding area, and there is a lot of it. The food in the hotel is not good at all, breakfasts are a translation of products, people who write that delicious breakfasts, where do you eat? the food that you can buy in the cafe on the territory is also three-star, the menu is meager, there are not enough meat and fish products, only pizza saved, which is difficult to spoil. Fix the meals at the hotel, and offer 3 meals a day at the hotel, this is a 50% success rate, Turkey is an example of this.

Having rested in this hotel, there were two feelings. Let's start with the pros:
- near the sea
- there are three pools, one for very young children, one for older children, and one adult with direct sea views.
- children's playground, very convenient for family holidays.
- the rooms are quite decent (beds, bedside tables, refrigerator, large wardrobe, TV)
- there is a restaurant and cafe on the territory (by the way, this is also a minus, which I will write about below)
- there is a small town of New Athos nearby, with restaurants (I will separately note and recommend sea place veranda, here they will feed you very tasty and quite at reasonable prices)
- wi-fi throughout the complex.
- the most responsive and courteous staff.
-each room has its own mini terrace, with armchairs, a table and a clothes dryer.
Well, now about the cons:
- let's start with the sickest one, this is a cafe.
Terrible food, especially breakfasts, I ask you to open your imagination and remember the pasta from the school cafeteria, which stuck together into a homogeneous mass and sausages with the taste of toilet paper with the feeling that they had already eaten it before you. The rest of the food is slightly above the level, small portions, where it should be liquid, where it should be thick, where it should be liquid. Barbecue only from 16:00. And several times we came across the fact that there is simply no meat at all. And there's just nothing to eat. The only thing that saves in this situation is a trip to New Athos, if you are in your car, you can constantly eat in the city, there are many places, each is good in its own way. But if you take a taxi, it's better to go to the city once to buy groceries, and for breakfast, eat what you bought. Or choose, at your own risk, the food that is easy to spoil.
- The terrace has not been repaired for a long time, there are places with breaks and holes, you can easily injure your foot, wood tends to rot due to dampness if it is not properly prepared before use.
- sunbeds, this is also a separate song. There are a lot of them that are broken and they are definitely not
- the beach is not cleaned at all, if there is a small storm during your vacation, then be prepared for the fact that the next morning the whole coast will be covered with trees, and so on until the end of your vacation.
- sewage, sewage is drained directly onto the beach. So it's better to swim in the sea while walking away from the hotel. The aromas of Chanel number 5 will accompany you every evening when you lie on the terrace drinking wine.
These were the main and obvious disadvantages that can slightly spoil your vacation.
In general, the hotel is a confident three. If you go to eat at restaurants in the city, then everything is not even bad. But I definitely won't come here a second time. I just shared my opinion, it's up to you to decide what to do with this review!
