Polite staff. They speak Russian, Uzbek, and English. Very convenient location in the very center. Not bad rooms. The weak point is the restaurant. During breakfast, tables are poorly cleaned, interruptions with the assortment, which is already not up to par
A tired hotel, Uzbekistan does not have international quality standards, so unfortunately you will not receive service in this country. Sanitary standards are not great. Uzbekistan does not look bad on advertising and bloggers, but in life and in reality everything is not so.
The old Soviet hotel. The furniture is also old, but in good condition. The layout is quite bizarre, the room area is therefore quite large. The bed is comfortable, the room has a refrigerator, a table, two armchairs, a wardrobe. There is a carpet on the floor. There is a balcony, if the Windows overlook the park, then a great view. On the other side, in the morning, in clear weather, too, the mountains are visible, but a bunch of construction sites spoil the landscape. I talked to the reception three times a week. Of these, once upon check-in, the second time upon check-out. There are no complaints. I never saw the maids, but the room was cleaned every time. Wi-Fi is weak. As a result, I bought a card from a local provider and forgot about the problem of Internet access. The constant noise from the ventilation is a little annoying.
Breakfast is a buffet. Great!
The location is convenient for excursions and trips - right in the center, one minute from the metro, 15 minutes by taxi to the airport. Near the Timurid Museum, Broadway.
Trying to find something with national cuisine in the area is not an easy task. Pizza, hamburgers, please.
A Soviet-era hotel. It's pretty well-groomed, sorry for the slang. But I put 4 out of 5 for the location, decent breakfast, refrigerator in the room. It's spacious. And very polite and friendly staff!
Budget hotel, no more than three stars, good lobby , very modest rooms, worn-out stock, decent breakfasts on the ground floor, disgusting restaurant on the top floor, excellent location, friendly staff.
Soviet chic of the old days. The building itself is interesting and iconic for the city (the opportunity to live in the sights), but the rooms have not been updated for a long time and almost everything is in a rickety condition. The service is good, the prices for room service are low. On the ground floor there is everything you need for a tourist (SIM cards, an exchanger, car rental, etc.). Excellent location in the city center.
The hotel is tired, the staff is polite. When we were put in a room with English sockets, I called the reception desk and asked for an adapter or adapter to charge the phone, I was very politely told that there was no such thing in the hotel and offered to go to the store. At 22.10
This is a special style. It's like a Soviet classic. Thanks to the hotel staff. They helped with all the questions in general. Transfer, storage, currency exchange. In general, thank you very much.
A very good hotel. In the very center of Tashkent. Amir Temur Square is nearby. A pedestrian street with a huge number of souvenir shops. 10 minutes by taxi to What Su market, 5 minutes by taxi to Alai bazaar. Very good breakfasts. The only disadvantage for me personally is that the bed is too soft.
The place is very nice, beautiful cleanliness, good furniture, good bed, very soft, we liked it, but the minus is that the room is slightly cold, but normally the morning meal is wonderful, there are all the juices everything that suits your taste, but there is no lunch and dinner, but you can take everything from the store and so the service is very fast

I was very pleased with this hotel. Its biggest advantage is, of course, its location in the very center of Tashkent near the metro (Amir Temur Xiyoboni / Yunus Rajabiy). The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is a traditional buffet. There is a currency exchange office, which is also convenient.
I can't put a "five", because I still need to renovate the furniture and repair the rooms (but everything is still clean and the bed linen and towels are good), and there are minor interruptions in WiFi (but you can surf the Internet and call home via messengers)
Shampun, sovun v xattoki tish yuvish pastasi yo'q ekan bu yerda. Bilmadim, balki aynan biz turgan payt shunaqa bo'ldimi. Nima bo'lgandayam bunaqa bazoviy narsalar hattoki hostellarda berilsa kerak. Uzbekiston nomi qo'yilgan mehmonxonada bunaqa past darajadagi servis ko'rishni kutmagan edik ochig'i.
P.S. Savol bo'lsa telefon qilib so'rasangiz bo'ladi deyishgandi xonaga joylashayotganimizda, keyin bilsak shu telefon ham ishlamas ekan)))
Otzivni yomon niyatda yozmadim, shunchaki bo'lgan vaziyatni gapirib berdim
Nice hotel! This is not a five-star hotel, of course, but in general everything is simple and convenient! The coolest thing about this hotel is its location in the heart of Tashkent! But there are problems: safes, they are mostly either small or do not work! The problem of living on the top floors is that music often screams at night, so you will never fall asleep from such basses in your life! And you can also hear people running on treadmills! And last time I was even checked into a room in the clear there was no bed, there were boxes on the floor with a "seasoned" mattress on top! It was terrible, I slept on boxes for almost 4 days and it was for $55 per day!
An old hotel, sometimes they waited for half an hour for hot water, the Internet is only in the Lobby. The rooms were not cleaned, but towels were changed and water was brought. In 7 days, the bed was made 2 times, apparently it depends on the shift. The breakfasts were monotonous, the tables were poorly cleaned, sometimes there was nowhere to sit. The reception is responsive. There is a good elevator, tour buses run from the hotel. I recommend a cheese factory nearby.
I liked everything. Furniture from the time of the USSR. A memory of the past).
The breakfast is normal, like everywhere else.
The room is large (improved layout).

A good classic hotel ( more precisely, a hotel ) . The rooms are spacious and the location is fabulous. The staff is excellent and helpful. Of the minuses, there are rooms where the Internet is practically not caught, the water is warm, not hot, smoking is allowed in the rooms, because of this, it often stinks of smoking in the corridors.
In general, it is a great place to stay in Tashkent.
Very convenient location of the hotel. We lived on the 15th floor, the Windows are on Amir Temur, the view is excellent. Delicious breakfasts. The staff is friendly. The hotel has a currency exchange office.
The view is unusual, there are double-decker buses nearby, with a guide, an unforgettable journey through the city for more than two hours with a detailed story about the city.I advise and recommend it to all guests and relatives
The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, clean, cleaning every day, the staff is polite and helpful. A great hotel! I recommend. The breakfasts are varied and plentiful.
The hotel is the pride of the Soviet Union, but since then everything has remained unchanged... The air conditioning system is the same for all rooms, it is not subject to adjustment. Wi-fi is available, but the speed is only to receive mail. The rooms are furnished with furniture that was purchased at the time of the opening of this hotel. The mattresses are just awful.
There is a plus, it is a very decent breakfast buffet.
We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and there was not a day that there were no problems. Wi-Fi with interruptions, we turned to the reception, there is no sense only promises. There are no bathrobes in the room until you asked for them. One-time dental accessories, shampoo and conditioner are not provided. There is no kettle, cups, spoons in the rooms, only 2 glasses, one of which is in the toilet and this is a double room. The furniture and rooms are from the Soviets, the toilet doors are closing with a bang. The only thing that pleases, the person is friendly. In general, the hotel category is 2 stars🌟🌟
The hotel is a beautiful historical monument dating back to the USSR. Poor ventilation. Old shower stoves and tiles . Both the sink and the bathroom would be nice to change to a more modern one.
Everything is super good, a big hotel. Everything is within walking distance, beautiful view from the window. But there is one caveat. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. Everything seems to be free of dust and dirt from above, but the toilet room is not cleaned very much, you just have to lift the toilet seat or look behind the toilet…
An excellent building of Soviet architecture. There is a 24-hour rest (cafe) with alcohol, Parking and breakfast. The rooms are decent more or less. The staff could have been faster, very slow, checked in for an hour and a half
We booked and paid for the room 2 months before the trip, paid everything instantly, the payment was successful, the reservation was confirmed. Closer to the point, we developed travel routes, agreed with the drivers based on the location of the hotel.
And so, a day before our arrival in Tashkent, a letter arrives by mail: "we are very sorry, the Uzbekistan hotel will not be able to receive you."
At first I got angry, then I thought, "Well, maybe it's an emergency. There was a flood, for example, and our room now needs to be repaired. In the end, they offered options for accommodation (the location is not even close, but somehow...)"
But! The message was later updated. "The Uzbekistan Hotel will not be able to accept you due to OVERBOOKING." What I definitely did not expect was that the most famous hotel in Tashkent would do this during the tourist season.
This building is one of the symbols of the city, we can say that its business card. The hotel is located in the city center. I advise you to examine it. Nearby there is an alley for hiking.
From the positive, only the position. That was the end of it.The service is terrible. The feeling that there are only bosses around you and you owe everyone.Neither hello nor goodbye (very rarely).According to communication, it is clear that the majority are not qualified, not professionals and not competent in many matters. It is clear that the hotel does not strive and does not want to recruit good specialists in their field.

I really liked the hotel, the lobby was renovated, but inside I don't know if I want to see the renovation from the exterior facade, the main thing is the lactation is excellent
Ideal location, very customer-oriented guys at the reception. A huge building, a lot of people, life is boiling, a persistent reminder of the Soviet common past)
a bit of a Soviet hotel - at least the rooms of the youngest category. the room is clean, tidy, small. The elevators run fast. the breakfasts are quite decent.
There are a lot of people, large groups of Pakistanis or Indians, the breakfast restaurant is overloaded, there is nowhere to sit, the interior is old, the suite on the 16th floor is smoky.
Who missed the USSR, come here!!. Nice, cozy room. The breakfast (buffet) is very varied. The reception staff is polite and responsible, they will help in any situation.
The horror! The hotel where the time of the 70s stayed! The $80 superior room turns out to be the best they have! You know how it thundered here!the air conditioner located in the battery! It's like you're in a factory where piles are hammered. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast was included-this is generally a separate song-you were served frozen and cold foods, and as soon as the owner came, the food was brought out to him separately! That's it! A nightmarish hotel, don't waste your money
One of the oldest hotels in Tashkent and one of the most central. Right in front of Amir Temur Square, whose monument is on horseback and is located in the center of the square with fountains. Nearby there are clock towers and the Palace of Forums.
There are cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as a canteen-cafe "Diet".
Everything is super and at the highest level, I am very glad that I stayed here, I advise you to visit the Uzbekistan hotel, Tashkent city is also beautiful, come and enjoy)!
The impression is twofold.
The main advantage of the hotel is its location. The very center. Plus the metro station is right at the exit of the hotel. Red tour buses are parked at the hotel.
The hotel itself is quite shabby. I had a room on the 14th floor. Everything seemed to work, but the toilet was leaking, rusty hot water was coming out of the shower, I had to drain it for 5 minutes, the door to the balcony was jammed. There is a carpet on the floor in the room, dirty.
I arrived on frosty winter days. The room was warm, the heater was blowing, but the air was very dry. It was cold in the hotel. People were sitting at breakfast in jackets. By the way, the breakfast itself is pretty good.
For the price I paid, I think that such a hotel is a good option if you want to live in the center.
