The horror! The hotel where the time of the 70s stayed! The $80 superior room turns out to be the best they have! You know how it thundered here!the air conditioner located in the battery! It's like you're in a factory where piles are hammered. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast was included-this is generally a separate song-you were served frozen and cold foods, and as soon as the owner came, the food was brought out to him separately! That's it! One of the oldest hotels in Tashkent and one of the most central. Right in front of Amir Temur Square, whose monument is on horseback and is located in the center of the square with fountains. Nearby there are clock towers and the Palace of Forums.
There are cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as a canteen-cafe "Diet".

The impression is twofold.
The main advantage of the hotel is its location. The very center. Plus the metro station is right at the exit of the hotel. Red tour buses are parked at the hotel.
The hotel itself is quite shabby. I had a room on the 14th floor. Everything seemed to work, but the toilet was leaking, rusty hot water was coming out of the shower, I had to drain it for 5 minutes, the door to the balcony was jammed. There is a carpet on the floor in the room, dirty.
I arrived on frosty winter days. The room was warm, the heater was blowing, but the air was very dry. It was cold in the hotel. People were sitting at breakfast in jackets. By the way, the breakfast itself is pretty good.
For the price I paid, I think that such a hotel is a good option if you want to live in the center.

Well, on a time machine you get to the times of the Soviet Union). But there is even something in it. Huge rooms with Soviet period furniture. From the same time when it was possible to smoke in the room, the smell of tobacco remained, ingrained in the furniture . Not much, but still felt.

It looks amazing from the outside. Everything is old inside, but this is the entourage. The 'lace' facade hides communications, so if you stay in a room with windows facing the facade, you will see the whole inside out, not for the faint of heart, but we liked it. It's all clear. In the very center, the business card of the city. The interior, of course, is not at all modern, worn carpet, old bathrooms, there was no hot water, only warm. The audibility is excellent. The heater was not turned on, there is no battery. It was not possible to move 2 beds together.
On the plus side: there were no foreign odors, they responded to requests quickly. There were no batteries in the remote control, they were replaced promptly, the leaking pipe in the sink was repaired, although then the smell of sewage came out of it.
Breakfast is normal, as a light snack is fine. The staff is polite, they try their best. Well done.
It is suitable for sightseeing, the metro is nearby, many places can be reached on foot quickly. a hotel without frills.

The sinks and the bathtub are clogged. The safe didn't work. As the waiter said later, the building is for sale, and the owner is in America. Although of course it's a pity. The location is top-of-the-line, in the very center of the city with a fucking view!

Good location. Decent lobby. Good breakfasts. But... the number. Everything needs repair. The floor is not level. I wanted to twist the handles of the balcony with a screwdriver. I lived on the 9th floor. To go to the shower, you have to wait for 10 minutes until the water heats up. One day there was no hot water at all. The mood was spoiled by this hotel.

The oldest hotel in Tashkent - I lived in it because of nostalgia. Located in the old city center, a good view of the city, but the hotel is very tired and old.
