Gardenmart learned about the online store from an advertisement.I made an order and an advance payment for the sprayer.And I won't find the ends.Only unsubscribes.The order is not sent and the prepayment is not refunded.The term is about a month.This is not a company, but real ***! I ordered strawberries of different varieties in this store for the first and last time.
Strawberries came absolutely in an obscene form (photo attached).
This package was in progress for a week, but during this time the seedlings could not deteriorate so much, which means that they are initially sent in this condition!Actually, in correspondence, representatives of the store confirmed that they have a lot of orders and there is a place to send unsuitable material.Apparently, this is the norm for them, since they are not shy about talking about it out loud.
To my indignation, I was asked to resurrect strawberries under their guidance and regularly send them photos for confirmation, and only in this case will I get my money back or replace the goods.
But I ordered this product for my grandmother, who is an elderly person and does not have the opportunity to send photos!
If the goods had originally been shipped in good condition, then this whole circus could have been avoided!
A complete disappointment!

Like many people, after reading good reviews about Gardenmart on their website, I believed and ordered roses and 1 grape. What came cannot be described in words, 3 months have passed, the grapes somehow began to grow, but it is not a fact that they will survive and there will be no re-sorting, one of the 4 roses did not grow, the other 2 were re-sorted and only 1 Rose seems to be what I ordered. For the recalculation, 50% of the cost is returned, 1 I took a picture of a blooming one with a tag, the other one does not have flowers yet, the one that has dried out-the tag has not been preserved-and so I was offered to return 50% of the cost for only 1 rose and that's it. To be brief, it is not worth ordering anything there, it is better to overpay a little and buy in nurseries
