Unfortunately, I was unlucky. I ordered seedlings: Rose, Buddleia and strawberry (5 seedlings). Both the Rose and the buddleia, one strawberry seedling out of five, are absolutely not viable. I wanted to check everything at the post office, but they told me that the parcel was non-refundable. I looked at it at home and was horrified. I use online stores widely, but this is the first time. The package did not last long, 5 days. During this time, the seedlings could not have become unusable if they were of high quality. And now I am in correspondence, I want to return the money, but I am offered a refund only for the product for which the tag has been preserved. I've read the reviews, they're all great. I ordered about 16 seedlings. 3 cherry seedlings are just terrible. Not only are they one-year-olds, and not 2-year-olds as stated in the characteristics, they are dried up, I did not find a single living leaf or kidney on them. It feels like all the nonconditioning that was to be written off was sent to me, and they also took the money. The big question is whether they will take root. The root system leaves much to be desired. Initially, I had a good opinion about this online store, I was disappointed. R.S. Out of 16 seedlings, 5 turned out to be absolutely dead (plum sharafuga, and 4 cherries), 4 raspberry seedlings are questionable, sit in the ground for 4 weeks, and do not give signs of life. Hence the conclusion of 16 seedlings, 9 turned out to be unusable. Make conclusions about whether it is worth ordering seedlings on this site. And yet, the root system of seedlings is just in terrible condition, it simply does not exist, and for such seedlings they charge from 600 rubles. Think a hundred times before ordering planting material from them.

That's just terrible. I have been ordering seedlings through online stores for many years, I decided to order them at Gardenmart here, I fell for the promotions. Not only did they send the parcel after half a month of their stated shipment, already in the winter, so half of the strawberry seedlings were sent rotten, the remaining half barely breathes and is unlikely to survive. Seedlings of trees, shrubs and roses also have little chance, judging by their appearance and root system. It's a pity that I was so deceived and threw away the money. It will be a lesson. P.S. I am completing the review. In the spring, there was barely a live currant and that's it. The rest dried up and caught up. Do not be fooled, customers are very deceived, bad reviews are removed from their site. This strawberry came in the photo. After the correspondence, the money was returned. At least they didn't cheat here. I didn't expect it.

The most disgusting, unscrupulous Gardenmart company!!! They advertise rare seedlings at a cheap price with a discount, which are not available. You order these seedlings and something else along the way. Packaging has been in progress for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, when the parcel is already packed, no one reports the absence of seedlings, as is usually done in decent companies. It takes 8 days for the parcel to arrive in Almaty. When the buyer receives the parcel and discovers the absence of seedlings, he must submit an application by the specified phone number to Whatsapp and wait another 2 weeks until the application is reviewed and the money is returned. As a result, the company spends a month spinning the money received from the unlucky buyer. And there are dozens of such buyers. Other seedlings sent along the way are of very poor quality. All absolutely dried. In 8 days, they could not dry so much in the parcel, i.e. they were already put there dry. I will not order anything else from this irresponsible company and I do not advise anyone!
