A VERY, VERY, VERY dishonest company. I ordered blueberry seedlings of the variety I need. Considering the amount of the minimum order, I got gooseberry and blackcurrant seedlings. The order came WITHOUT BLUEBERRIES!!! Moreover, NO ONE notified about the lack of goods in stock!!!! They just didn't send it with the signature - "out of stock." This is a direct violation of the RFP!!! The correspondence says that it is necessary to return the goods AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE, then there will be a refund! I NEVER RECOMMEND using the services of this LYING OFFICE to ANYONE!

Order 143249 initially ordered 3 seedlings, placed an order, paid, the next day decided to add another one, the manager promptly made changes and two days later the order was shipped from Uralsk. I was pleased with the quality of packaging and processing of seedlings, the parcel arrived in Karaganda in a week, without damage. Customer orientation is "on top". Five seedlings in the order. The order has been paid in full. Only four came, two of which are not viable from the word at all. No instructions or paperwork. You can find out that not everything has been sent only by making an official claim. They do not want to return the money for the unloaded seedling. They spin like hell, just not to return it. What will grow from two live seedlings is an open question.
