What was my surprise when the operators immediately contacted me, clarifying the details of the order dated 11/21/2022 No. 92889! The order was divided into 2 groups: the first contained flower seeds (some of which I first learned about on the Gardenmart website), the second - seedlings of fruit trees. I received the first parcel in December, without any problems, with a coupon "Thank you" (with a discount of 1,000 tenge for the next purchase). In February, I sowed flower seeds, everything sprang up perfectly, as I followed the recommendations of the specialists of the online store. There is a photo report. On December 3, I made another order #93675 with a discount. And on March 9, a parcel with seedlings was sent to me in Taraz. Today, on March 14th, I received it. Two boxes with holes for air exchange were well equipped with seedlings and thick paper. The trees are neatly folded, the root system is covered with a substrate, which is wrapped in an opaque black film. The planting material was of excellent quality, there were tags with the name of the variety on each. They also sent me a gift: 2 magazines "Gardenmartinka" (they contain interesting information, a kind of encyclopedia for gardeners) and a bush of hybrid tea rose Black Baccarat, for which I am grateful to the employees of the online store. Perhaps I will "mature" for roses in the future. Today I planted seedlings in the garden on the recommendation of specialists. I am very glad that there is such a professional team of Gardenmart, with whom it is interesting to cooperate.
I would call them scammers, because this is a divorce. When ordering raspberry patio bonbon berry, which is no more than 50 cm tall, an adult branch and a multi-stem, they sent a trimmed giant bush of two thick branches, dry, not viable. The patio branches are thin, no more than 4-5 cm thick, there are 15-20 stems in the bush, but not 2 thick sticks more than 1 cm thick.
They do not match even with the catalog image. The deception of buyers is obvious. Apparently the catalog is separate, and the seedlings were dug out in the trash(((((

I placed an order on August 29. Prepayment is 100 percent. We were fed breakfast for a month, the order was never sent. In 2 weeks, we will already have frosts and an average daily temperature of 1 degree, and they promise to send everything. What for? So that the plants just freeze. It's already September 28th, I'm writing to them, asking them to cancel the order and refund my prepayment, but they just stopped responding to my messages. There are many companies and websites, I began to communicate with this company not so long ago - about five years. I ordered both in autumn and spring and never threw anything away! Last year, roses and grapes came in autumn. It was too late to plant, the ground was frozen, and they lowered it into the basement. In winter, I never remembered how my roses were there and in the spring I took them out with caution. When I opened it, there was no limit to my admiration - everything was alive, as if I had just received them. This does not mean that they were stored correctly, not at all, I have a problematic basement, sometimes potatoes freeze, this means that the seedlings were of very good quality! I didn't unwrap anything, I put it right in a cellophane wrapper (maybe this is wrong), when I unwrapped it in the spring, then small suction roots already went there! We have planted it, now we will wait for the flowering!
I ordered seedlings from two companies and it so happened that I received parcels in the fall on the same day and what a disappointment it was when I opened the second parcel, to be honest, I was already used to it and was not even very surprised that herbariums came. It was a shame for the peony - I was waiting for it very much ...

Good day! I do not recommend this store to anyone. I don't know who writes positive reviews, probably for money or discounts that the store offers for reviews. Think 300 times before you buy. Last year, in the fall, I made a large order of seedlings, 90% of the ordered ones did not survive. The seedlings are not of high quality, not viable and the roses are 100% re-graded. In my case, it is. I am not an agronomist, what was really dry and broke off was photographed and sent to them, they promised to replace it with an order in the spring.
In the spring, I also decided to order raspberries for those seedlings. 13 bushes - 4 varieties of 3 pieces and 1 of another variety, hopefully, well, hotodin would be 1 of 4 varieties, should have survived, but only 2 bushes of all survived, the rest are still standing with sticks. And in the spring, it was also promised to replace ziziphus and apricot with a check. .
And that in the end, neither ziziphus nor apricot survived. It turns out that in the fall I ordered 2 ziziphuses, and 1 apricot and in the spring, they were replaced, and also planted are not viable.
There is a separate story about roses. I really wanted the Alexander Mackenzie variety. There was a place for 2 roses, for bouquet planting. I got my 2 roses, and now they have bloomed, and none of them is the right variety. 2 roses are absolutely different.
Regarding ziziphus, there is a story with a sequel. When I took pictures of dry planted sticks for them. I was sent a message that at the next order, they will add them to the order. That is, I have to order more from them for the n... amount, sorry g... oh, and they will send them to me. And again a vicious circle... Dry sticks will be sent. Moreover, I want to warn everyone, that's what they write in WhatsApp messages, what they will replace with the next order or send, it is safely forgotten, there must be a receipt with 0 value. But do not be fooled by the replacement, demand a refund.
Deception! I ordered 4 positions. 2 arrived. 2 positions did not arrive for 427p each. And they returned 314 rubles, like we deducted for the shipment of the remaining seedling. And why was it necessary to send a non-set?. Don't mess around. Deception!
I do not advise, dry seedlings come, they refuse to change, as well as to return the money, impose the next purchase, only then will the seedlings be replaced.
