I can't write anything good from talking to Gardenmart. The order was placed on October 1 for 5 positions, the shipment was supposed to take place on October 10, as a result, the delivery was postponed to October 16-18, and sent on October 20. I had to postpone the boarding trip.only 4 seedlings came in the parcel, they did not allow you to pay for the shipment because they did not open the entire parcel at the pharmacy. There is no trust in the quality of seedlings now. Also, the slices are not sealed.

DON'T order anything from them! I was looking for a climbing rose and a domino. Since they have a minimum order amount to send, in addition to 2 roses, I additionally ordered one border rose and 1 cherry. The order was placed on May 5, and the seedlings were sent only on May 27 (supposedly they check the quality and will send the best). As a result, the crackers arrived. My complaints were answered by a link to a video on how to "revive" plants.
One rose survived from the entire package and now it has bloomed. Re-sorting. I just gave 2500 to this company. The stated guarantees are only on paper

I was making an order. The amount is small, around 1250. Three positions: blueberry, Canadian rose and dwarf persimmon. The persimmon has not yet spread its leaves (but the twig is green. maybe he'll wake up next year). The blueberries were completely dried up, but in response to the claim, they asked for a lot of information, so there was no point in proving anything. The rose together with the white one on the website (Louise Bagnet) turned out to be clearly something like a floribunda and with completely different colors. Now I'm trying to find out from them what they sent me. Moreover, the tag on the rose, as it should correspond to the order. In general, unfortunately, everything is as usual. It's a complete deception.

I ordered seedlings from this online store in November 2023 at promotional prices, and we have Siberia, in November the soil is already frozen. They all came well packed in stretch film, with a weighty lump of earth, added water to the lump and rewound more of their film. I placed the seedlings in the cellar. I ordered rose seedlings. Due to the great distance, they promised to send it quickly, out of turn, but these turned out to be empty promises. Several times I contacted the store with a request to cancel the order, as the time for boarding has passed in my region. The store politely responds and does nothing, ignores calls, stops responding to messages.

I will tell you about my first experience of ordering through the Gardenmart online store (order no. 14642)
I have been looking at the online store for a long time, but I was afraid to order online, since I heard negative reviews about some stores. But when I saw the catalog of roses in the fall, I decided, I was not. I made an order from as many as 14 rose bushes, adding berry crops to the order.
I made the order in early September 2023, the manager contacted me very promptly, after clarifying all the information, they sent a link to payment via Caspi (convenient, since this is the most popular, "Halyk bank" in Kazakhstan) after making an advance payment, it remains only to wait for the order. The order arrived at the end of September, and Kazpost and Gardenmart managers notified me of the receipt of the parcel. The package was neatly and carefully packed, each seedling was also well packed. The package included gifts - a fig seedling, fertilizer for roses, a biostimulator and instructions. All the seedlings had name tags, and when unpacking the root, I was pleased with the presence of good live white roots, which contribute to rapid survival.
What I would also like to note is that only when planting I noticed the absence of one rose variety, I wrote to the manager about it and within 15 minutes this issue was resolved (we looked at the cameras during packaging and the underinvestment was confirmed) - the rose will be sent to me in spring shipment. Since the quality of the seedlings is decent, the managers work quickly, then in the spring I made two more orders, and perhaps I will make a third one.
Thank you for the opportunity to purchase high-quality planting material, discounts and promotions, agronomist consultations and a well-designed website.
And finally, an appeal to novice gardeners, do not be afraid to order some plants, if you do not have experience working with them, you can get advice from an agronomist on planting and other issues.
I can't attach photos of flowering plants yet, but now, on March 9, 2024, it is already clear that the plants wintered well without shelter in our Almaty region, and the frosts in winter were up to -28.

There was only one good one. I managed to take a picture only when they arrived. I ordered roses for autumn last year to plant an array of 5 Angel roses and one Duchess Christiana. Of the five roses, 4 are of the same variety, it is not clear which, not an Angel at all, the fifth is of an unidentified breed, like, and not at all Duchess Christiana. Of course, I am upset ((( 100% re-grading, and I put three stars because the seedlings are of normal quality, only one did not take root. But I won't order anything else from Gardenmart. I ordered it for the first time. Delivery is expensive, the order takes a long time. Everything is packed well, but the seedlings are not of the best quality. If the seedlings of fruit trees, roses are not bad, spring will show what will come out of them after autumn planting, then strawberry seedlings are terrible, black, rotten, without leaves, there were not even withered ones. That is, all 15 seedlings were sent from the nursery in terrible condition!!! The money for the seedlings was returned to the account to pay for the next order, but the unpleasant residue from the store remained. It is better to buy in local shops, nurseries to immediately see the quality of seedlings.

I didn't want to take it to the SDEC, but the manager assured me that after I send a photo of the slices, I will receive a refund, including for delivery. As a result, I lost 1,617 for seedlings and 640 for delivery. Of the entire parcel, I now have a half-dead blueberry bush in my possession for 2,200 rubles. They've been messing with my head for a week with their offers of another product that I don't need. She asked me to send everything on time. And again, the catch is, they are already collecting on April 11-13, and now they will only send it on April 28. Trees, shrubs, and roses are already being planted in our region. Again, it turns out that everything will come late. and again, nothing will take root. If you have an overpayment, ask for a refund, otherwise it turns out to be some kind of vicious circle. And the most upsetting thing is that everything is sent at the wrong time.

I do not recommend it!! Divorce.! Almost all the seedlings came dried, not viable, and they went for a long time with 100% payment in the spring. Some of the cuttings have no roots at all, but are carefully wrapped in an earthen lump?? From the planted dry grapes, only one grape took root and from the padocerus from the rootstock went bird cherry (for release). This is 0.1% of the order. The money is not refunded under the Guarantee. And yes, they give a discount for a good review, but it is impossible to write a review on the site at all.

Today I received 2 parcels with seedlings. All the seedlings came in excellent condition, the plum-cherry hybrid Bee and the English rose (gift) began to develop buds. All seedlings have a well-packed root system. I did not open the packaging of the roots, because due to the deterioration of the weather (snow is expected on weekends and the temperature will drop to -1 degrees), planting seedlings will have to be postponed for at least a week. Last year, the seedlings had an excellent root system. The delivery took place in 7 days.
