A beautiful pitch. Excellent tinctures. Good service. The kitchen has a hint of exclusivity, but there is something to work on in terms of taste sensations. Borscht, cold is the most common, you can find it tastier without too much trouble. If you are aiming at a claim, then you need to comply with everything, while this is not there. A lot of effort and money has been invested, I hope soon the quality will surprise in everything, not only in the interior.
You definitely need to come in once.

This is the most excellent restaurant we've been to lately. Everything is very tasty, the waiters are great, they memorize everything by heart and do not confuse anything. The interior, the food, the service are on top! By the way, tinctures are also a bomb!

Service for 5+. The waiters know the menu, what, from what and how it is cooked. There were 4 of us. We took borscht is not ideal for 4+. The salad with pears is perfect, it combines all the ingredients completely. Venison tartare is recommended to all lovers of raw meat. The Kortofel dumplings in cream sauce with lesichki are not real. Cabbage rolls from pike are perfect, served in a creamy sauce. I liked the tartlets with herring, the lust with eel is above all praise, the child just swallowed it. For dessert, they took cream from melted milk, a very delicate custard, moderately sweet, served with seasonal berries.
For drinks, we took all the available tinctures one at a time, I'll say so everyone will find a tincture to their liking, just tell us about your preferences and they will advise you. We liked horseradish and blackberries.
The place is popular, it is better to book a table earlier.

All the dishes were acetic-sour-salty. Not a foot the second time)
• The borscht was delicious, but after 5 tablespoons it stung in the throat from the acid, I wanted to wash it down with water.
• Pancakes with chanterelles are ordinary, you can eat them, but without enthusiasm. Again, they are poured with beef sauce (vinegar). The taste of potatoes is not felt.
• Beef cheeks with spelt are delicious in themselves, but again!!salty sauce. The spelt is floating in it. And for some reason the beef tasted like a rotten rag. Although it was soft and fresh. Maybe that's how cheeks smell on their own.
Bottom line: we ate everything, but the aftertaste is not very good. And after their meal, hard drying!!! I had to douse myself with water all evening. Conclusion — monosodium glutamate is added to sauces. After it, there is always a wild drying, it is 100%.

A chic restaurant, a must-visit if you come to Minsk, the cuisine surprises with its simplicity and elegance of taste. The potato porridge is hearty and surprisingly tasty. We were very pleased with our visit to the restaurant! The descriptions of the dishes, the serving, the taste - everything is a solid five. It is a somewhat pretentious place, located in the tourist center of Minsk, therefore it is popular, so I recommend booking a table in advance. It was here that my first official acquaintance with Belarusian cuisine took place. What is the result. Cozy, delicious, a wide selection of dishes and drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, competent polite staff, the price tag is not cheap, but here it is. By the way, of all the borscht tested in Belarus, in my opinion, one of the best here.

I tried draniki for the first time in my life, I am delighted, I recommend it with beef and mushrooms, the fish appetizer in the form of eclair was served in an original and delicious way, this was the only lunch, I was very full. The only thing I would find fault with is the close arrangement of tables and the lack of windows in the lower room, but this is not critical. The prices didn't seem expensive at all for such a high-quality cuisine and a super popular establishment. Definitely five points and I definitely recommend it!

They asked her to bring bread three times, until a young man came to correct the situation and there were shots from the institution as an apology. As for the food, I only liked the dumplings. We also ordered beef pancakes, a salad and a dish with black pudding. We visited the Bulbasha restaurant at Herzen 4 twice, and we enjoyed the food and service many times more.

Insanely delicious food, polite staff who present everything well, but I didn't like the trick at the entrance... they said everything was booked and there were no seats, they put us near the entrance, people without reservations came after us and they were calmly let down, they weren't even shy about the fact that we were sitting next to and hearing the whole conversation.
We wanted to book a table for our spouse's birthday, but after that there is no desire to do it!

I liked the interior, but then the surprises began. The menu does not list ingredients that can cause allergic reactions, in particular honey. The author's cuisine in this institution does not imply a creative approach and an individual attitude towards visitors, the refusal to remove onions from the pancakes. The menu turned out to be an eel prohibited from fishing in the Braslav lakes. The cook should go to the villages and learn how to make pike cutlets there. Plus, this dish was apparently so in the blanks that it was obviously heated in the microwave, judging by the appearance, served on absolutely cold mashed potatoes and something else there, it was impossible to eat this something something rubbery. At the same time, the casserole and pate were impressed. The female staff was clearly not friendly that day. A waiter named Ilya tried very hard to fix the situation.
