From now on, and always only this restaurant! The dishes are very tasty, exquisite and unusual. The service is at the highest level. In general, everything is great here except for one thing - it's difficult to get here😃 you need to book places right in advance. Among the dishes I especially recommend: venison tartare with delicate mousse, eclairs with Red fish cream, venison tenderloin with mashed potatoes and poultry pate.

The perfect place! Firstly, the service is at a high level, the waiters are very polite and attentive, they are very familiar with every position: from the history of the kitchen to the details of cooking and proper eating. Secondly, the atmosphere: the music is very pleasant and does not interfere with conversation, the interior is concise and authentic. Thirdly, the dishes themselves: the author's reading and perfection of traditions is felt, respect for them is preserved. The serving is incredible, the time between dishes is perfect! I recommend it to everyone.

We were at NG 2024. In general, according to the plan, we did not visit this restaurant, but the wet rain and snow literally drove us into it and looking ahead, I can say this is the best rest in Minsk, I would even say the author's cuisine, but we were a lot of places. Well, first of all, there are the most delicious pancakes, with the right oil, and the rest of the dishes are very interesting, delicious and well served. Our waiter also deserves special attention, who could clearly give information on any dish and even some kind of light excursion, and most importantly, I was surprised that he advised me not to take obviously too much, repeating our order. He explained the portionality, etc. Usually, no one stops you.. in general, I liked the approach. And the interior is very cozy. There are not many places. I recommend it.

We visited the restaurant twice. We had lunch and dinner. An interesting interior. Great service. There are a lot of waiters, they work well together. Delicious food. The staff is very polite and attentive. Beautiful interior. Unfortunately, I did not like the tinctures, but there was no horseradish. The mushroom soup is wonderful. Pancakes with chanterelles are super. I didn't like the trout. The expectation of the dishes was not long in coming.

Guys, I certainly don't quite understand where you got 5 stars from. But with reviews of 1-3 stars, I still agree.
We came to dinner having booked in advance, went to a meeting and made gluten-free pancakes (without flour). Special thanks for that. It's nice.
But the fact is that it was extremely difficult to eat these pancakes, even I would say almost impossible. Before we finished the draniki, we told the two waiters everything. They agreed with us, but they didn't remove it from the bill. It was very insulting. And it left a very bad impression. If they had removed it from the account, I definitely would not have written this review. But to make oiled-through pancakes with black edges for 900 ~ Russian rubles, of course, this is no way at all. It literally can't be worth that money in ANY WAY. It could have been safely removed from the bill. And there would be no problems.
I can only say one thing about the service - it's not professional at all. A very young team that is just having fun. And everything.
It's not entirely clear how the waiter's story about snot should even be at a couple's dinner in a restaurant.
Personally, such things don't spoil my appetite at all.. But for a girl..? And anyway, where is the professionalism here.

Expectations based on the reviews were not met. The interior was surprised by the mix of loft style and crystal chandeliers... There is no Belarusian authenticity... The kitchen seemed ordinary. We ordered borscht, salad with eel, pancakes with trout, cutlet with crayfish necks, mors, and pudding for dessert. It's not bad... but to say that directly ah- probably not...

He knows the approach to each client individually, even the tea that was mixed up when serving, brewed anew and brought a new one. The dishes are carefully and beautifully decorated by the chefs. I didn't want to write a review, but today I received an advertisement for "Forget about Vaselki" from the Bulbashi restaurant. This is the bottom. And so on in order.
We decided to go to Minsk for the November holidays, and in three weeks we booked three of the best restaurants in our opinion, one of which turned out to be Bulbashi.
After visiting this restaurant, the eldest son had severe food poisoning. It's a shame in this situation that we came to a medical conference at the BDMU and, accordingly, we had to skip part of the conference.
The restaurant replied that everything was fine with them and this could not be, and what we took for poisoning was an allergic reaction to celery.
After the answer about "celery", I was "undermined" and I "got" the SES service-despite all their objections during the day to take a statement and measures for this restaurant, in the evening the statement was accepted. At the time of writing the application, the SES employee did not know how to accept the application from the Russian and called the head for consultation, but she was deaf and turned on the phone on speakerphone: I learned new information about myself, but the main thing is that already in the morning in the restaurant all the spoiled products on a call from the SES had to be thrown out and "this" let there He won't find anything anyway.
I think Russia is a sample of the 90s, but no, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an official response about the inspection and the violations identified, for this the employees of the SES "offset".
It is better not to go to this restaurant with children, otherwise celery allergy is a contagious thing.

On June 17 and 18, we had dinner with my wife twice in Bulbashi. Well, that's just great. We tried a lot of things. Snacks include mini cabbage rolls, tartlet with herring. We tried borscht, beef stroganoff, venison stew, pancakes with brisket. For dessert, my wife tried glazed cheeses. Everything is very tasty, and the pancakes are the most delicious in Minsk. Good local beer, very tasty liqueurs. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, good design, and pleasant service. Ilya, the waiter, was always informative and professional.
