We were at the restaurant on Herzen, this is the second institution in the project, which opened in 2024, not everyone knows about it yet. The menu is based on the national cuisine, but still it is the author's vision. Very tasty pancakes with steak. The restaurant is booked 3 days in advance, while there are plenty of empty tables under armor, but we were put at the bar. 6-7 people are placed quietly behind it, a very professional bartender. And when they turned off the air conditioner, which was blowing in the back, our happiness became complete...We recommend you to visit. Questions are only for booking. We arrived, the restaurant was half empty and after 1 hour most of the empty tables continued to wait for guests....

The best cuisine I've ever tasted!
Absolutely everything is amazingly delicious.
The service is excellent!
You can only get in by appointment, but once I was lucky - I went for luck to the opening and had a great breakfast.

That's great! For more than a week now, I've been remembering how delicious everything was, and I plan to come back again to try everything that hasn't been done yet. The atmosphere is fire! The interior is super! The staff is wonderful (from the girl in the wardrobe, who remembered without any numbers who came in what, to the waiters. Everyone is friendly, they will tell you everything, show you, joke if it is appropriate! The food is great! Special praise to the chefs!
In general, I think that when you arrive in Minsk, the first thing you need to do is go to Bulbashi!

A good restaurant with a professional team of staff. All dishes are fresh, "from under the knife". Beautiful serving and very tasty. The products are all local, from different regions of Belarus, so the names of the dishes contain the area from where the main product was brought. I liked the deer stew, the gorgeous borscht, the excellent assortment of pancakes grated on a coarse grater.
But I especially recommend their branded liqueurs: fresh and properly saturated taste (I have tried liqueurs in many nearby establishments, no one can compare with them!).

A great place in the city center! The kitchen is beyond praise! The staff is responsive and creatively approaches the performance of their duties - the waiter who served us, a young guy, behaved moderately openly, without unnecessary helpfulness, telling with knowledge and interest about the dishes offered.

After reading the excellent reviews, I decided to visit the Bulbashi restaurant.Everything corresponds to the reviews - a good interior, large portions, everything is delicious, but the prices are slightly above average and there is no wi-fi in the restaurant, since the restaurant is positioned as a place of "live communication"
We ordered borscht with bacon and beef with mashed potatoes and pickled cucumber.

Great restaurant, very fast and very tasty. The portions are huge - count your strength. The only place in Belarus, it seems to me, where we were greeted with a smile (and not answered ours, as in other shops and restaurants), created a wonderful warm atmosphere.

It's beautiful, delicious, atmospheric.
This place is a must-visit in Minsk.
Food 10 out of 10. We took pancakes with fish and meat. It's probably not very cheap for pancakes (about 30 Belarusian rubles per serving), but the taste is fantastic, and the serving size is large.

The kitchen is top!!! Everything was very tasty! Here are the most delicious pancakes, unreal cabbage rolls in a sauce made from cancerous necks, salad with pears, cheese for dessert melts in your mouth, very tender, amazing!

We were in Minsk with a friend for a couple of days and really wanted to get acquainted with the local cuisine. And we can say with confidence that the most delicious pancakes are here! Amazing, delicate, the oil does not feel at all. Trout is a delight. And cheese is something incredible. Very delicate cottage cheese. We definitely recommend visiting this restaurant.

The hostess boy, about 23 years old, says that, unfortunately, everything is booked. I left the restaurant, called and asked if I could book a table for now, they said "of course, we are very waiting"

Very tasty. Interesting dishes, a pleasant combination of local cuisine and something exquisite. The food is excellent, the staff is excellent. I can't say anything about the interior, we had lunch on the veranda. The serving of the dishes is fast enough. The price tag is slightly above average, but it seems worth it.
