Great restaurant!
I liked everything very much, the dishes are delicious. The portions are decent. The only disadvantage is that you need to book a table in advance. Very early on, it is very difficult to get there day in and day out.

Be sure to visit - without this restaurant, impressions about Minsk will not be complete. The best that is appreciated in Belarus is reflected here: hospitality, goodwill and, of course, the amazing skills of the chef and the whole team. All dishes are worked out to the smallest detail!!! If you are going to visit - book in advance, especially on weekends. However, I am sure that it will be difficult to get into everyday life.the real Belarusian cuisine is only here.

We came from Moscow to Minsk to celebrate the silver wedding. We were very lucky to have chosen this restaurant for this event - everything is delicious, unusual interior, interesting serving of dishes, beautiful dishes, excellent service - thanks to the waiter Ilya! The most delicious restaurant in Minsk. It was a very pleasant atmosphere, the sweetest girl was a waiter (I don't remember her name). All the dishes that were tasted there were wonderful. Pancakes with brisket sauce, medallions, meat salad, baked eggplant on toast - everything is super simple! The tinctures are excellent, especially the crambambula. I advise you to book in advance.

We came, no one met us. We approached the waiters, the girls, they looked at us and stood in silence. We asked: can I sit down at your place?
They said no. There was an empty table on the veranda, and they pointed to it. The answer is no. There are 2 chairs. We can't rearrange it. There are no chairs.
While we were there, people left from another table. We ask: here, can I take it from here?
Answer: no, we had a case where people were unhappy.
A very strange reason why someone was unhappy, we never understood. But the waiters were very disinterested, they could not properly say why they would not be able to accommodate. We talked as politely as possible, so we didn't understand at all why the waiter couldn't even say hello

The food is fine, but the service is very low. The service is about zero! The staff is not polite, does not know the menu, the table was dirty. The bathroom is dirty too. No one warned about the closure of the establishment, only that the kitchen will close soon, but the bar will be open until the last minute!But in fact, at 23:05, they were accusingly asked to leave. The waiter ruined the whole experience!at the same time, he took a tip in foreign currency. Food 4/ Service 0!

I just fell in love with this restaurant. We came on the advice of friends and were completely delighted! The next day we also went here for dinner. Absolutely everything is delicious! The service is excellent and professional. With great love and skill, national Belarusian dishes are prepared here from local products. An excellent selection of liqueurs, tinctures. Here you have the concept of modern, "rethought" Belarusian cuisine made from local products, and the composition of the menu, and the presentation, and the interior! And the waiters will tell you everything about each dish. Of course, it is impossible to compare with the popular "just" establishments of national cuisine, this is already a level!
I am absolutely delighted with all the tinctures. It is immediately clear: a small sediment, cloudy, all tastes are natural, bright. Cute "delicious" glasses — five points!
We took eclairs with trout, tartlet with herring and antonovka, cheese with jamon, duck hearts and pancakes with beef cheeks: all delight and revelation. Separately, about the meat for pancakes: a masterpiece, my heart was stolen!
If you really find fault: one tartlet, two eclairs, three cheeses with jamon in a serving: we were a little confused, but we shared everything for two :)

I didn't like the taste of all the dishes. The pancakes were barely finished - in some there is too much horseradish sauce (with fish), in others there is not a very pleasant taste of dry porcini mushrooms, I expected that fresh (frozen) mushrooms would be used. I liked the pate, liqueurs, bruschetta with eel. I didn't want to come in a second time. Firstly, you need to book in advance, and secondly, you liked other places many times more. The service was wonderful.

One of the best establishments of traditional Belarusian cuisine in a modern way. We were with my wife for the first time in 2022 in August. We have already visited it 3 times on this trip in 2023 and we will definitely visit all subsequent visits to Minsk. The kitchen is simply gorgeous. All the dishes tried were wonderful, balanced in taste and with excellent serving.
Separately, I would like to note the staff, very polite and attentive, it is clear that professionals who know and love their work work.

We had dinner at Bulbashi twice in 3 days in Minsk, unfortunately, we couldn't get in on the first day, because there were no empty seats, so I recommend booking in advance. Super!!! It's expensive, but it's worth it. Very tasty, beautiful pleasant view from the outdoor terrace. The waiter with the business (it seems Nikita or Ilya-- I've already forgotten the name, may he forgive me) is just super!!! The perfect waiter!!! For which he received a generous tip from me (by the way, if there is no cash, you can leave a tip on the card). The World map is working.
