The hotel is good, clean furnished rooms - the price corresponds to the quality.the food is good and tasty.I liked the atmosphere and the staff, all responsive and friendly!!!I will come here!
It is located far from the center, but the inexpensive cost and clean pleasant rooms and a beautiful view of the reservoir from the window compensate for this moment. Basically, athletes stop because it is located on the territory of a sports complex. You can eat at the hotel's restaurant. Pleasant in every way. Can I come back
I didn't like the hotel at all. Gloomy, isolated. When they called to book a room, they asked specifically if breakfast was included in this amount, the answer was "yes" and in fact there were not even slippers in the room! The price does not match the quality. The shower is leaking, we had everything in the water all the way to the room door. Of the advantages, these are female maids, very nice people who know their business. I do not recommend to the room👎
The rooms are old, we traveled with a company, so we saw as many as three rooms. The carpet is stained and definitely needs to be replaced. The mattress is comfortable enough, which cannot be said about the pillows. The reception staff is friendly, but unfortunately they are not qualified enough. A simple question is whether it is possible to send a letter with the help of the reception staff, which at first caused confusion, then misunderstanding, and in the end we were told in response to the question "how many stamps do I need to send a postcard to Russia? - "Let's Google it." We decided that we would not entrust our correspondence. About cleanliness, the room was cleaned twice a week, and that's not for sure. Only towels were changed daily. The location - if you are by car, is ideal, you can quickly get to the center and the MKAD near at all. There is also a small supermarket nearby, where you can buy everything you need. The breakfasts are very good, but they strongly depend on two factors: 1. The number of guests in the hotel, 2. Who works in the cafe. The man is a great fellow, everything is fast, brings the missing food, takes away dirty plates, etc. And the girls are much inferior. The only advantage of the hotel is its relative cheapness. This covers all the disadvantages.

I really liked the rooms and breakfasts, but the distance from the center was disappointing.
Inexpensive hotel, low prices. Clean, big room. Breakfast is scrambled eggs, omelette or cheesecakes plus a buffet. The staff responds to requests , everything is prompt
An excellent hotel for its 3 stars. The room is clean and spacious enough. No pathos, the reception is also without show-offs. I didn't go to breakfast - I don't know. There is a parking lot for guests and it is quite large.
They moved in with an eight-legged resident, who was clearly not happy with the neighborhood. And immediately ran up to the ceiling ...
In general, a clean room, reasonable food. But!... 3* because of a huge spider web in the bathroom, a tired shower stall and a dirty extractor fan. Toilet paper is not updated...
A great hotel. 2 elevators. I've been there 2 times already. When in Minsk, I book this one.

As usual - at the peak of the heat in the rooms, the air conditioner "flew"
Otherwise, everything is great, quiet. The food is delicious, a large selection for breakfast
, there was an old towel in the room, I didn't even use it, they demanded to pay for the damage on the day of the eviction, it wasn't nice when the maid didn't see that the torn towels were in the room or specifically to pay extra, if you stay in this hotel, check everything carefully,

An excellent hotel, fully meets the requirements of its stars. Even better, it seemed to me, and the borscht is delicious. Thank you!
We arrived with a colleague in Minsk, we did not look for a hotel, we decided to find the nearest one. It turned out to be the Arena hotel. One big minus in the room was very cold. We went down to the reception with a proposal to change the room to a warmer one. From their side, we heard only one thing. giggles and offers to warm up with alcohol to our colleagues and friends. I will not advise this is not even a hotel for This is a real idol for me
The rooms are clean. The service is excellent. The staff is helpful. We arrived at the reception and were checked in immediately. My wife went to bed. And it turns out that my visa savings card does not work. It is impossible to transfer, they tried to withdraw the cash - it does not even work at the savings ATM. The administrator is a nice girl who gave her card for transfer, but the security service does not work. Tinokof, by the way, too. I had to go to the railway station, to obnennik. The course is predatory. 18 kilorubles of ours for 252 rubles. white. For two rooms for four people. They gave away 190 rubles. The room is clean, shower, toilet. Everything is great. I recommend it!
I would really like this response to be read by everyone: both tourists who plan to visit this institution (it's hard to call it another way) and the management of this hotel, in general, a separate "Hello" to them! And so the pros: clean, that's it. Minuses: 1) the attitude of the staff towards the visitors is the most disgusting that I have ever met! They respond to any complaints that they do not want to communicate, to requests to call the manager, they say that he has no time and is busy. When asked to at least contact you by phone, he still continues to ignore you and does not call back. To the question "How can they with such a rating and marked with three stars so strongly allow so many joints and open rudeness" - they answer very simply: "Well, what did you want? This is the Arena. You knew where you were going." From such words, I want to fire everyone or bring it to the top management of the hotel that their staff pushes customers away and shits into their own reputation. 2) The furniture is old, it creaks, in my room in general the lower hinge on the toilet door was torn off, so in order to close the door I had to lift it and push it into the door frame with effort. 3) to close the front door, you need to slam it very hard, of course, another Russian word applies here, but you can't do it here. 4) the mattress is like a board -as hard as possible, you can lie on your side for exactly a minute, the pillows are like a crumpled intestine, the blanket is cotton, inside in pieces -there is no longer there. 5) the sound insulation is even minus zero - the door closers do not work on the doors, so the doors in the lobby are open in the morning!Get up! there was no sleep, just a fabulous morning from five in the morning) 6) Breakfast is a fairy tale, it works on the principle of "who managed, he ate." In short, if you come for breakfast at 7 a.m. you have a chance to eat at least something, but if you stayed until 9 a.m. that's it! you will find a maximum of a couple of eggs on the buffet, the table is not updated from the word at all. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone!!!
When choosing a hotel, I read the reviews. Well, more or less. I decided to stay here. Check-in at 2 am, the girl at the reception is quite awake, courteous.
I promised not to write a review on the fact that there were no slippers in the room, but it forced me to stay here! You see, slippers are given in this hotel only in suites.... That is, choosing a regular room, know that after a shower you will walk barefoot on tiles and relatively clean carpet. Do you know why it's relatively clean? Therefore, if a nice girl had not provided us with slippers, there is a 100% probability that we would have walked in the room in shoes (and it's good that it's already dry outside). By the way, there are no slippers on sale, the girl gave them out of "stocks" at her own risk. The number is more or less. It turned out to connect to the network by calling the reception (do not connect yourself). The second striking moment is the breakfasts. Upon check-in, they said that the Cafe is open from 7 to 11 o'clock. Our visit at 10 o'clock turned out to be a visit to a deserted oasis, there is no one. No one came out to us for 10 minutes. Let's go to the reception. The girl who had already changed went to look for staff. We sit and wait. A sleepy girl comes up (not to say with a friendly face) and asks: Do you want to eat? No, we came here to watch a movie!! Realizing further that there are certain risks to order anything here, it was decided to have breakfast on the road… Having asked if there were any questions for us, we got into the car and... We ran into a barrier. 5-minute wait... zero reaction. We turn around and go / go to the reception (the guards are also not up to us).
Result. A hotel of the Union level, where they don't really care about their rating. I'm sure it will be more comfortable in roadside hotels.
Minus a star for sneakers, breakfast and a barrier....
Good afternoon! We came with our family by car on vacation to Minsk. The hotel was booked on the day of arrival, as we stayed on the way in Smolensk.I read only the top reviews, which I regret.View of the Soviet-era hotel.
I put 1 star only for the room rate per night, this corresponds to 3 stars.
A huge minus:When checking into the room, there was terrible dirt.It feels like the rooms are not cleaned after other guests, from the word at all. There is garbage on the floor, dust everywhere, the window sill is covered in dirt, the curtains are stained white (something was wiped on them), the bedspread is all dusty, like the curtains....It feels like no one is watching the cleanliness in Minsk hotels at all (where is the Sanitary inspection??)
I immediately called the reception and asked to clean the room. After cleaning, it became a little cleaner.
We lived for 3 days, changed only towels, no more cleaning.
They wanted to pay extra for breakfast, but they were discouraged from eating at this hotel after seeing dirt in the room.
I do not advise anyone to stay at this hotel!!!
A good Soviet hotel. And in a good sense of the word.
Nice clean rooms, excellent polite staff. There were minor flaws, and there was an instant response to everything. I think they keep their top three confidently.
Everything is fine, they served quickly, the room is clean and bright, minus one star for a broken shower (surprised at all), they informed the reception at the check-out, very good location, near a park and a lake, guarded parking with a barrier at the exit. The cost per day is 90 Belarusian rubles (2800).
Clean, comfortable, 3 minutes walk to the arena, a little longer on weekends, because the market is open between the hotel and the arena and you can have a delicious barbecue 😊
It takes about 25 minutes to get to the city center by taxi
09/14/2022 brought a colleague to this hotel. To get there, you need to open the barrier, there is a button. I pressed the button, and they rudely replied that it was better for us to walk, but after a while the barrier was opened. I dropped the co-worker off at the entrance and drove to the barrier, but it was closed again. I walked around for 7 minutes, rang the bell, but all in vain. Apparently the opener fell asleep in his den. I went back and asked for a book of complaints and suggestions at the reception, but they didn't have it! They said that for some reason she is with the management, but of course he is not there now. I thought about calling the police to draw up an administrative report on them, but I was really tired during the day, I wanted to go home already. The boorish attitude of the girls at the reception finished off. They sit and giggle. In principle, what can you expect from a hotel of this level? I have already talked with the employees of my company and all those who will be on a business trip have agreed to stay in other hotels in Minsk.
I myself from Moscow, well, it took me to pick up a man with things, one day I went to Minsk..
At 17.00 on Sunday in Minsk, I wanted to have lunch with something national like borscht and draniki..
Yandex maps gave 5 points where it is possible to eat, of which only the restaurant at the hotel worked..
The bartender served very quickly and then talked to him mentally for 3-5 minutes.. the food is delicious, but 17 Belarusian rubles for a set lunch are almost Moscow prices.
There is a large free parking in front of the hotel.. However, with a barrier that was opened on Sunday.
I moved in out of desperation, I had to urgently change my place of residence, and everything is busy in the city for the May holidays ... the room is terribly cold, they can't offer any heating device even if the heating was turned off in the whole of Minsk, only the second blanket (and in the room I only sit under a blanket?). Maybe I demand a lot from a hotel with a reduced star rating, but I need to warn you about this when checking in. The room is like Dracula's crypt: all black: from furniture, to curtains and carpet with a blanket (at least you would dilute it with textiles, it is impossible to stay, especially opening your eyes in the morning). You come for breakfast, they tell you the price of 500 Russian rubles, as a result, they withdraw 570! And they refer to the bank (and why misinform at all, well, tell me right away how much is in Belarusian). They do not know the conversion to the Russian ruble at the reception: that is, they cannot tell the rate at which the write-off is going through the terminal of the servicing bank. You'll find out by the trick method.
A good hotel for your money, please make breakfast affordable and it will be generally top.

Good staff, always happy to help, the room is clean, good. The repair is good. Towels were changed every day, good secured parking. The place is really not very convenient, to get to the metro by bus or minibus. In general, when traveling by car, the place is ideal, it takes 15 minutes by car to the nearest metro station with parking.
I stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights. The room is standard, with a large bed. The room is quite simple, without unnecessary amenities, even in small things. There are no slippers, not to mention a bathrobe, detergents in dispensers, not even a corkscrew. Breakfast in the restaurant, buffet, hearty and without frills. Another moment, in the evening there was an unbearable stench from the river, the windows had to be closed, and there was no air conditioning. The parking lot is large, there are no problems here. In general, I was not satisfied.
The worst service I've ever met.
1. We left a reservation for a double room with separate beds, settled in a room with one bed. The receptionist on the call moved to another room corresponding to the reservation. Okay, thanks, it happens to everyone - we've improved.
2. Keep in mind that the price indicated per day is actually indicated 22 hours in advance, since you can check in no earlier than 14.00 and must leave at 12.00. Did you arrive 2 hours earlier?! It doesn't matter! Pay 50% of the room rate and you will fall into the category of "early arrivals". The scheme "checked in earlier-checked out earlier" does not work.
3. There are minimum claims to the room as such: a broken hand shower holder (not critical, you can hold it in your hands), no disposable slippers (maybe not provided for three stars), but you can put a floor cloth in the bathtub (puddles from wet feet do not evaporate! ). There is no kettle in the room, but there is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor. It's just a pity that the next morning I was thirsty, but there was only enough water for half a glass.
3. During the check-out, I stood at the reception desk for about 20 minutes, as I needed an invoice and a receipt for payment and accommodation. There was no queue, they just couldn't find my receipt. But they found it, though in the trash, but they found it! Thank you for apologizing and carefully pinning the receipt to the bill.
4. Admin guys, if you are reading this review, please know: You tried very hard to spoil the impression of the hotel and you succeeded.
