I didn't recommend it. There is no air conditioning, we settled in together - one towel. Yes, everything is done for one person. Although two people were registered at the time of booking. The only plus: the staff is polite
We stayed several times, at first there were promotions, discounts, at the moment all rooms are sold at maximum prices. The rooms are clean, large, cleaning every day, near a park with a lake where you can feed ducks, large Parking under a barrier, friendly staff. I took off the star for the lack of discounts.
Nice hotel! Clean towels, bed linen and room. Good service, delicious breakfasts😚 there may be one minus : hard beds (maybe I was the only one who came across such a room🤷♀️)
In general, the impressions are normal, clean, neat, but there is one disadvantage for visitors - the absence of a bar and restaurant for 24 hours.....
In general, everything is not bad, but there is only one coffee machine in the dining room, the queue is large all the time. You can put a can of coffee, I think the queue would be reduced. The food is delicious, the buffet is great. But the queue for coffee spoils everything. And another point - on the day of departure, it was impossible to collect water, all the bottles on the floors were empty,
The rooms are great, the beds are great. For hockey athletes, that's what you need. Only with the restaurant there are misunderstandings. The food, though delicious, but you wait for it for 40 minutes, then some kind of wake, then there is no buffet. The ice arena is five steps from the hotel. Parking is spacious, there are always places.
A disgusting hotel. It's dirty, there's no water, there's no kettle, there's no air conditioner. Plumbing is broken, clogged. The room has a thermometer at +30. A restaurant is just a dining room. They were detained at the check-out because they could not find a folder with information about the hotel and the room, allegedly we stole it. I don't recommend staying there.
A decent place, there are rooms with mobile air conditioning. There was no feeling of discontent and disgust. BUT, there are also disadvantages. For example, insufficient ventilation of the bathroom.Duct-taped sensors of the fire protection system, by previous guests!(so they smoked, so there are smells in the room).
A wonderful hotel on the outskirts of the city, which is very convenient. There is a beautiful park nearby. I've been to the delicious restaurant twice and hope to visit it again.
The rooms are old, we traveled with a company, so we saw as many as three rooms. The carpet is stained and definitely needs to be replaced. The mattress is comfortable enough, which cannot be said about the pillows. The reception staff is friendly, but unfortunately they are not qualified enough. A simple question is whether it is possible to send a letter with the help of the reception staff, which at first caused confusion, then misunderstanding, and in the end we were told in response to the question "how many stamps do I need to send a postcard to Russia? - "Let's Google it." We decided that we would not entrust our correspondence. About cleanliness, the room was cleaned twice a week, and that's not for sure. Only towels were changed daily. The location - if you are by car, is ideal, you can quickly get to the center and the MKAD near at all. There is also a small supermarket nearby, where you can buy everything you need. The breakfasts are very good, but they strongly depend on two factors: 1. The number of guests in the hotel, 2. Who works in the cafe. The man is a great fellow, everything is fast, brings the missing food, takes away dirty plates, etc. And the girls are much inferior. The only advantage of the hotel is its relative cheapness. This covers all the disadvantages.
The second time we were, the second time there is no adequate hot water. It takes 5-7 minutes to drain the water. Unfortunately, there are no air conditioners. For some reason, the staff, except for the guard, are not friendly.
The hotel is designed to accommodate sports teams, so it's probably unfair to make any demands on it outside of its function.
For those who came to Minsk for tourist purposes, it is not very suitable, but it cannot be said that it is bad.
Positive:
- The staff is friendly, trying their best. But it is immediately clear that no one taught them the specifics of working in a hotel. But they try.
- Spacious rooms.
- Large free parking.
Cons:
- So-so food at the hotel. It will do for breakfast, but it's better to have lunch and dinner somewhere else. Or better yet, in another area.
- There is 1 cue in the paid billiard room. It is not clear what is difficult to buy a second one, instead of apologizing all the time.
Under the impression of the kitchen and billiards, they did not dare to go to the SPA)
In good weather, you can walk around the large park of the 900th anniversary of Minsk (the hotel, in fact, is located on the edge of this park). Also within walking distance (a kilometer or one and a half) there is a very nice Minsk Zoo with a dolphinarium.
I lived in 3 rooms, somewhere there is a smell from the sewer shower, somewhere the light in the hallway does not work on the floor, the cooler did not work on the floor, but everything is fine, it is very convenient for someone to go by car towards the Russian border.
The rooms and the hotel itself are good, but its location is not very good - there is nothing nearby that is interesting for tourists, far from the center
It is located far from the center, but the inexpensive cost and clean pleasant rooms and a beautiful view of the reservoir from the window compensate for this moment. Basically, athletes stop because it is located on the territory of a sports complex. You can eat at the hotel's restaurant. Pleasant in every way. Can I come back
The price-quality ratio is excellent. This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel for several nights. Its own large free Parking. The rooms are large and clean. The bathroom is clean too. There is a water cooler on the floor. Great view from the window of the park and the river.
Of the minor disadvantages: there is no air conditioning in the rooms of the usual category.
There is no metro nearby, but if by car, the location is very good, near the Mkad. You can take a taxi to the center in 20 minutes.
Beautiful view from the window of the water storage. It's a beautiful neighborhood. Nice bed. There is no air conditioner, kettle. A bad refrigerator. It does not freeze and turns off when you leave the room.
Good afternoon! We came with our family by car on vacation to Minsk. The hotel was booked on the day of arrival, as we stayed on the way in Smolensk.I read only the top reviews, which I regret.View of the Soviet-era hotel.
I put 1 star only for the room rate per night, this corresponds to 3 stars.
A huge minus:When checking into the room, there was terrible dirt.It feels like the rooms are not cleaned after other guests, from the word at all. There is garbage on the floor, dust everywhere, the window sill is covered in dirt, the curtains are stained white (something was wiped on them), the bedspread is all dusty, like the curtains....It feels like no one is watching the cleanliness in Minsk hotels at all (where is the Sanitary inspection??)
I immediately called the reception and asked to clean the room. After cleaning, it became a little cleaner.
We lived for 3 days, changed only towels, no more cleaning.
They wanted to pay extra for breakfast, but they were discouraged from eating at this hotel after seeing dirt in the room.
I do not advise anyone to stay at this hotel!!!
This hotel has exceeded my expectations. Pleasant service. Polite staff. Delicious breakfast. The rooms are clean. A comfortable bed. Great location.
We were very satisfied.
It 's a good hotel for 3 . . For breakfast, you can take a buffet for a fee, without delicacies, but you can choose something to have a snack. There is a public transport stop nearby, 5 km from the metro, by taxi it can be reached in 3p~ 150p.
There is a cable TV in the room.
It was a little cool in the room, I turned the battery to maximum.
The room is not very tired, there is an uncomfortable mattress in the extra place.
A meager breakfast, you can't get coffee.
We didn't get to the restaurant in the evening, there's nowhere to eat nearby.
I would really like this response to be read by everyone: both tourists who plan to visit this institution (it's hard to call it another way) and the management of this hotel, in general, a separate "Hello" to them! And so the pros: clean, that's it. Minuses: 1) the attitude of the staff towards the visitors is the most disgusting that I have ever met! They respond to any complaints that they do not want to communicate, to requests to call the manager, they say that he has no time and is busy. When asked to at least contact you by phone, he still continues to ignore you and does not call back. To the question "How can they with such a rating and marked with three stars so strongly allow so many joints and open rudeness" - they answer very simply: "Well, what did you want? This is the Arena. You knew where you were going." From such words, I want to fire everyone or bring it to the top management of the hotel that their staff pushes customers away and shits into their own reputation. 2) The furniture is old, it creaks, in my room in general the lower hinge on the toilet door was torn off, so in order to close the door I had to lift it and push it into the door frame with effort. 3) to close the front door, you need to slam it very hard, of course, another Russian word applies here, but you can't do it here. 4) the mattress is like a board -as hard as possible, you can lie on your side for exactly a minute, the pillows are like a crumpled intestine, the blanket is cotton, inside in pieces -there is no longer there. 5) the sound insulation is even minus zero - the door closers do not work on the doors, so the doors in the lobby are open in the morning!Get up! there was no sleep, just a fabulous morning from five in the morning) 6) Breakfast is a fairy tale, it works on the principle of "who managed, he ate." In short, if you come for breakfast at 7 a.m. you have a chance to eat at least something, but if you stayed until 9 a.m. that's it! you will find a maximum of a couple of eggs on the buffet, the table is not updated from the word at all. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone!!!
There is no air conditioning in the rooms (not even a floor fan), the hood (fan) did not work in the shower
The rooms are clean, the service is good, the staff is friendly and helpful. Meal... tomorrow 20p. Take what you want from a person.
I moved in out of desperation, I had to urgently change my place of residence, and everything is busy in the city for the May holidays ... the room is terribly cold, they can't offer any heating device even if the heating was turned off in the whole of Minsk, only the second blanket (and in the room I only sit under a blanket?). Maybe I demand a lot from a hotel with a reduced star rating, but I need to warn you about this when checking in. The room is like Dracula's crypt: all black: from furniture, to curtains and carpet with a blanket (at least you would dilute it with textiles, it is impossible to stay, especially opening your eyes in the morning). You come for breakfast, they tell you the price of 500 Russian rubles, as a result, they withdraw 570! And they refer to the bank (and why misinform at all, well, tell me right away how much is in Belarusian). They do not know the conversion to the Russian ruble at the reception: that is, they cannot tell the rate at which the write-off is going through the terminal of the servicing bank. You'll find out by the trick method.
Everything is fine, they served quickly, the room is clean and bright, minus one star for a broken shower (surprised at all), they informed the reception at the check-out, very good location, near a park and a lake, guarded parking with a barrier at the exit. The cost per day is 90 Belarusian rubles (2800).
A good hotel for your money. Modern renovation and furniture.
Its own Parking lot, near a park and sports facilities.
Friendly staff.
A large room, a huge bathroom, + another bonus with a view of the river.
Since it is not in the center, it is not overcrowded with guests. In general, I really liked the hotel.
I didn't like the hotel at all. Gloomy, isolated. When they called to book a room, they asked specifically if breakfast was included in this amount, the answer was "yes" and in fact there were not even slippers in the room! The price does not match the quality. The shower is leaking, we had everything in the water all the way to the room door. Of the advantages, these are female maids, very nice people who know their business. I do not recommend to the room👎
